Wednesday Post 513

Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4024 steps (ha I'm just over four grand; that doesn't happen very often! XD); secondly, John piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Our Good Is God's Delight"; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Seeing Yourself  Through God's Eyes"; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Jesus'  Work'  and fifthly, Joni's devotional topic's  'The Thought Patrol" but fifthly  and way most importantly, i'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-NINE MINUTES online should PIG mum really order I hit the sack  @ 9:45pm!!! ><  *sigh* But just noting down that I enjoyed my  4th consecutive awesome sleep last night, bought  groceries from Woolies with PIG mum, played table tennis and had  GG Bible study.  Toms I'm got  GCCW in the morning, Breathe physioo  in  the arvo and book club @ night. Best of all, ice cream toms night! Anyways, hope everyone's  having a smashing week!

Tuesday Post 513d

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight!  Em's final, final plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 3805. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

•  After publishing the previous post, I continued chatting with Annie over Facebook Messenger; baby Rhys is only like three weeks old!
• At 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one last tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Toms: PIG mum'll  help  me up since I've got an appointment for some massage and acupuncture. Bet she's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him. XD Me, I'm hoping that he's brought me another Melona ice cream like he did one year ago today! XD
• PIG mum says we can grocery shop afterwards before coming home for lunch with dearest dad, hence why I'm expecting a normal plodding total toms.
• Somone new called Jane's taking me to table tennis! Hope she's nice; also hope there's cake toms! XD
• Jane will see me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm; I'm hoping to watch the 6pm news bulletin for TH time and have reminded PIG mum to please gimme dinner once Jane leaves @ 6:30pm since David's coming to pick me up for the first GG of term four Bible study @ 7:15pm! In the past he's come @ 6:45pm and I've BYO'd dinner but toms night David says he wants to eat dinner with Dr. Esther before she works night shift first.

Tuesday Post 513c

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 3711 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'No One Cares As Jesus Cares'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Once I'd   used up the most important two hours of my day, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat down to eat the morning tea PIG mum had kindly left me (one tasty cracker, one mouthful of gloopy passionfruit and one huge mug of   green tea) before hitting pigland upstairs and happily read The Daily Telegraph for another hour.
• Used the loo for one tinkle, returned online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 204TH time. All the things I like reading are in the previous post.
•   When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:28pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight:  rice, lotsa lettuce, lotsa soup   carrot, lotsa soup potato, two tasteless slices of soup beef and one slice of delicious chicken. Dad also gave me one little cube of cheese; when I asked didn't PIG mum say I could have one after I finished dinner dad replied I'll give you another afterwards.
• Dinner was spooned down with one   bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• When I  remembered that dad had promised me  another  little block of cheese after dinner, I  called out to  PIG mum, who   asked dad was  that true? Dad said I already gave  you one! Lol, I can't be bothered pushing him for another  one;  after all, it's THEIR anniversary   present that I'm  eating. XD
• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm following one last loo   trip  with my final, final plodding  total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's  happening  toms  else wishing everyone a smashing Wednesday ahead!

Tuesday Post 513

 Good afternoon!  Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3307 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Happy God'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'A Life-Enriching Habit' and fourthly, Our Daily   Bread's devotional topic's 'What Will God Dp'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like yesterday, nature didn't call until 7:30am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

•  Mini Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, nature calling once more around 9am just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9:30am.

• After PIG mum lets Peggy in, she knocks, opens the door and announces good morning. When I wave Mini Pearl @ Peggy, she squeals and goes, oh, I've not seen you before! Having no appendages to wave Peggy 'shoo' with, I just flick his body in a 'shoo' motion and Peggy laughs. "Oh, that's right. Fifteen more minutes first."  Mini Pearl wiggles 'shoo' again, Peggy laughs and wisely leaves; phew, since just Pearl, Mini Pearl's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD XD

•  When Peggy comes back, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who squirts me some toothpaste. 

• Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who tells me that she had her two usual fried eggs for breakfast this morning.

• All I get for breakfast's one bowl of healthy cereal (the sticky All-Bran and Minus :P), all my usual drugs :P and one tall cup of water. Luckily, after PIG mum leaves for her Pilates class, Peggy finds where she's sneakily hidden the syrup and makes me one massive, delicious mug of Earl Grey tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• After breakfast, Peggy accompanies me back to the bathroom before returning to the kitchen and washing up the breakfast dishes. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of Auto (pronounced Alto). Peggy kindly helps me buckle my seatbelt) what she kindly does all day) and then she tootles me off to Pinelands Plaza to get my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from Aunty Nancy @ the Pinelands Bakehouse.

• Peggy parks across the road not too far down from the bakery and grabs a trolley for us.  When Aunty Nancy's heating up the crunchy pork  bahn mi for me, she very excitedly tells me that I'll see her next week when I buy another bahn mi but then she's flying interstate to visit friends before flying home to visit family!

• Our other stops Calamvale Central for groceries then I sit outside Woolies on the bench and wait while Peggy buys fresh produce from the Mega Discount Fruit Market.

• Back home, I took a nice warm shower -  hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was my delicious crunchy pork bahn mi (Peggy made it crunchy by putting it into the sandwich press) plus another huge mug of Earl Grey tea sweetened with one spoonful of syrup. While I enjoyed lunch, Peggy cleaned the bathroom and wrote the shift notes.

• Less than thirty minutes left, so just briefly:

• Signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes when she left @ 2pm. She's back same time next week and will give Mini Pearl another pearl! <3 XD

• One tinkle for me before I plopped online.

• Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit to continue reading The Daily Telegraph and wait for PIG mum to gimme some arvo tea.

• Toms: hope PIG mum helps me up shortly after 9am and takes me grocery shopping somewhere.

• Someone new called Jane McMasters will take me to   table tennis @ 1:30pm! Hope she's nice~ Also hope there's cake! XD

• Once Jane leaves @ 6:45pm I've asked PIG mum to please gimme dinner since David's coming to pick me up for GG Bible study @ 7:15pm! But looking forward to watching the 6pm news for the 204TH time!

• Since PIG mum couldn't find the Courier Mail, she'd bought a copy of The Daily Telegraph instead! I happily read that and gloried in the Broncos winning the NRL premiership for the first time in nineteen years while Lorraine very gently massaged Ela for one hour. 
• At 5:55pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles before signing Lorraine off with my thanks and byes. She's back same time next week/the Monday after.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 203RD time.  All the things I like recording are in today's first post.
• When the parents summoned me over for dinner sometime after 7:15/7:30pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling: :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy wombok, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup tomato,  lotsa soup potato and one soup bone with nearly all the meat already gone.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of fairly yucky soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Peggy's minding me from 9:30pm till 2pm and score, I've not got physio until Thursday since Winnie and Shirley are still camping!
• PIG mum says we can buy groceries @ Calamvale Central and then come back to Pinelands Bakehouse to get my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse.
• Nothing happening after Peggy leaves; looking forward to my two most important hours of the day and hoping to watch the 6pm news for the 204TH time!

Monday Post 513c

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 2180 (See? Told you I'd crack two grand! XD) but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed SIXTEEN MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Breakfast is one bowl of two healthy cereals, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. • Only when I wheeled onto the bus, a girl wearing a Broncos jersey and holding a crutch beckoned me over and even put up one of the three folded seats for me!
• We started chatting; turns out they were going to Suncorp Stadium to welcome the Broncos home as reigning   NRL champions for 2025! I told dad and we immediately   had a change of plans: instead of going to the city, we were attending the fan day!
• First, we stopped @ The Sushi Hub for a spot of lunch and then we wheeled me to the stadium! After catching the lift up, turns out everyone was waiting on one side and a stage had been put up on the field! I parked next to some lady using an electric wheelchair.
• Very impressed: even the PREMIER was here and spoke!
• Then the field was opened for us! Some usher lady asked did we wanna head out; when we said yes, she led us back away from some seats, down a lift and out!
• Actually, we were still pretty far away from the stage hence why I just watched the big screen~
• When all the talking was finished and people were finally allowed to mingle, I thought I'd wheel over and try find some player to sign my jersey, but dad decided 'twas time to leave? Doesn't matter~
• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• When Lorraine announced her arrival, thanks to PIG mum who let her in, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door. I noted the time down and immediately headed into   the bathroom myself.
• She says she arrived pm but just took time signing in; I asked her next Monday could you please come and bang the door first before signing in? Else I'm gonna fret that you're late/forgot to come! XD
• So a nice warm shower for me -  hairwash today. Also thanks to Lorraine who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo  tea's one mouthful of gloopy passionfruit, one tasty cracker and one mug of green tea. Originally PIG mum had put the teabag into the white tea with   two sugars biggest mug, but I just told Lorraine to swap it for the smallest one.

Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and hit me exceedingly  slightly with absolutely nothing but the bra strap (she  does the bra strap up) and the lee (she lays  the tee out for me) before leaving  me to  get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with  after giving myself  fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both shoelaces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself  slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

 Heylo again, good evening and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 3288 and secondly, John Piper's devotional topic's 'A Long Obedience'. Righteo, final, final   events for tonight?

•  After I'd used up the most important two hours of my day, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat @ the gobbling :P table and asked PIG mum please for some arvo tea. She passed me one yummy little mouthful of passionfruit, one flavoured cracker and one huge mug of green tea.
• Took a nice warm shower - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also, slowly, softly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter-second favourite song out aloud, opening eyes for all the important numbers.  Actually, I was all done after only 10% but happily leaned fully against the side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before tapping the nice warm water off and calling PIG mum back.
• After PIG mum dried the back of the chair for me, I did everything else, and she didn't feature again until Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying up.
• After drying the loo seat I sat for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, stamped both feet dry, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Did my weekly file backup then wolfed down dinner before sitting on the couch: NRL grand final kickoff @ 6:30pm!
• The Broncos scored right @ the beginning but come halftime we were trailing by two tries! o_O
• Still, dad said we could catch up then win; I had faith: THE BRONCOS WON THE 2025 PREMIERSHIP!!! :D
• My bladder was so excited she immediately demanded I go pee after the fulltime siren. XD
• But I returned to the couch; the parents and I all watched the trophy presentation! :D

• Oh, and long live the King! Dunno  when King Charles' birthday is, but toms Brisbane's having the public holiday to celebrate  it!

Sunday Post 513

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2291 steps today; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Joy Unbound'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Removing The 'Flesh' Element" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Sympathy Pain'. Anyways, events for today?

• BTW, my monthlies arrived last night~
• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:55am and after one pot :P trip I immediately tried falling back asleep since I knew PIG mum would get very noisy upstairs shortly (like, ten minutes) later!
• Instead, I fall back asleep so deeply that I don't wake until PIG mum opens the bedroom door! I quickly use the pot :P again for one more tinkle, she hits me with the eye goo, helps me very slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap and the tee then leaves me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both shoelaces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table. rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. Actually, I first detour to the computer desk and note down that my monthlies arrived last night.
• Breakfast is one bowl of delicious flaky Special K mixed with some other healthy cereal, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! 

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt (what I do all day). PIG mum tootles us off to church and parks outside the service hall; I hike up the ramp, use the third cubicle of the normal lady's loo for one tinkle, wash and dry both hands then grab my usual spot for service on the most left.
• Less than thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
• Stay seated for worship and sang everything plus the harmony for three songs but like every other week meant absolutely NOTHING. ><  *sigh*
• Justin from Malaysia spoke today; his sermon didn't have any topic but was about King Saul betraying King David.
• Had a little lunch (BBQ cheeseburger, twelve chips, half a medium choc shake and half a mouthful of coffee) with dad @ the Rochedale Hungry Jacks while the rest of ESS shared lunch @ Your/My Personal Chef.
• Arrived home, changed pad and plopped online.
• After I've used up the most important two hours of my day, I'll use the loo for one tinkle then sit @ the gobbling :P table and wait for PIG mum to gimme arvo tea.
• Will hopefully shower @ 5pm by the latest since hopefully PIG mum'll feed me dinner @ 6pm coz the NRL GRAND FINAL kicks off @ 6:30pm; GO THE BRONCOS!!!
• Toms: King's birthday public holiday! Originally, I was seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage but apparently PIG mum says dad wants to catch some bus?
• Phew, Lorraine will mind me 4-6pm toms!
• Fingers crossed I can watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 203RD time! 
• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3433. Aww, how come I couldn't have plodded 100 steps fewer?? 3333 would've looked cooler! XD Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, I edited and sent around my GCCW homework!  The meeting's not till next Thursday but I'm probably already the last to   submit homework. XD
• At 9:30pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: just church, definitely nothing special. Not looking forward to a pissy little lunch, nor a stressful arvo  @ the hands of PIG mum. ><
• Wait, the special thing's the NRL GRAND FINAL!!!  Wonder will anyone hold a watch party and since it's not until 6:30pm, can dad take us to The Glen   to watch the game over dinner/can we postpone our once-weekly dinner till Monday? Anyhow, BRONCOS FTW!!!

• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:31pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Turns out dad's having dinner with the other Saturday service folks!
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy cauliflower, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup potato,  lotsa soup tomato and like two/three little chunks of the roast pork dad bought from ALDI that he took to the church dinner tonight. The meat tasted good, but the skin wasn't crispy @ all, huh.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo  trip @ 9pm  with my final, final plodding total for Saturday, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening Sunday else looking  forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!

 Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3065 (ha, I'm not only over 2.5 grand I'm just over three grand too XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Freedom'. Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

• Once the most important two hours of my day were up, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat @ the gobbling: p table to hopefully finish reading Nine Perfect Strangers and munch my delicious arvo  tea honey sushi roll.
• Unsure why PIG mum gave me (a slightly sour) passionfruit and one huge mug of green tea but not my honey chicken roll? Lol, she said she'd 'forgot'. XD
• Happily read Nine Perfect Strangers for another 2.5 hours, since it's only Saturday that I can spend a blessed three hours reading~ Today I reached pg.  425 @ 4:47pm, reached pg. 444 @ 5:12pm, reached pg. 450 @ 5:16pm, reached pg. 475 @ 5:47pm, FINISHED THE BOOK @ 6:04pm, finished the acknowledgements @ 6:07pm and FINISHED EVERYTHING @ 6:13!!
• Did another stinky unspeakable before returningRighteo, hopefully bbl after dinner, else wishi online; unsure why I had constipation?

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2487 steps (so must have passed 2.5 grand before the night's out XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Absolute, Sovereign, Almighty Love'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Understanding How God's Love Works' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A Migrating Savior'. Anyways, events for today?

• Aww, my awesome sleep streak ended this morning around 12:45am when nature called; that's okay: hopefully I'll start another one immediately~
• When  nature called again following the Sun's rising, after another pot :P  trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Mini Pearl and I happily cuddled and snored, me waking again for the pot :P shortly after 9am, just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf's ankle a very brief rub, since she'd totally ignored my poor foot last night before going back outside and awaiting Damaris' arrival. I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. After drinking one tall cup of water, I sit over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. • Breakfast was my DELICIOUS once-weekly fried egg on one slice of toast (phew originally, I'd feared PIG mum would only gimme the egg since earlier this week she'd banned white bread from my diet with  a little avocado, one full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and one delicious mug of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey.  Happiness was reading Nine Perfect Strangers for thirty minutes first up; today I reached pg. 375 @ exactly 10:35am.
• While I used the loo for one more tinkle Damaris closed and locked windows; after washing and drying   Era I climbed into the backseat of her car and she tootled me off to Underwood MarketPlace, parking out the front and grabbing a trolley for us.
• First we buy groceries from Woolies (only the parents won't lemme sit on the self-serve checkout; all the carers do!) and then I get my honey chicken  arvo tea sushi roll.
• Back home I take a nice warm shower -   hairwash today. Also thanks to Damaris who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is a yummy tuna with tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese cut into two triangles and two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey.
• When Damaris leaves @ 1pm the parents have just arrived home.  When I   finish lunch, I use the loo for one more tinkle then plop online, visiting the loo again when nature suddenly calls.
• Only dad suddenly demands I play table tennis with him for thirty minutes! Because of that, I'll prolly  not get to watch the 6pm news for the 203RD time, not since I  wanna read Nine Perfect Strangers for three hours! *sigh*
• Toms: just church, nothing special. Actually, the special thing's it's the NRL GRAND FINAL; GO  THE BRONCOS!!  It's crazy:  coverage begins @ 6AM but kickoff isn't till nearly    TWELVE HOURS LATER, @ 5:30pm!! Wonder will anyone host a watch party/can I invite Uncle Colbert over to watch with me??

• Toms: Damaris is minding me from 9:30am till 1pm but not the Damaris that came today, a new one!
• Presuming we'll buy my  arvo  tea honey chicken sushi roll plus whatever groceries PIG mum wants before coming home for a shower. Must remember to ask Damaris to gimme two big mugs of white tea during lunch.

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for tonight now stands at 4114 (sweet I'm over four grand; that doesn't happen very often!) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic is 'Cisterns And Springs'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

- When I was summoned over for dinner at around 7:15pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 

-Dinner tonight: rice (the less-yummy kind), lotsa soup potato,  lotsa soup carrot,  lotsa yummy cauliflower and one soup bone with most of the meat already gone. 

-Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; entree and dessert was one tiny chunk of the cheddar cheese 🧀 block I'd bought the parents for their anniversary last month; after taking the bowl over to the sink and using the loo for one more tinkle I walked myself slowly and safely back online,  again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 8th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't  call until 6:35am and after one pot :P trip,  I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. • After publishing the previous post, I wrote the first draft of my GCCW homework. There's one whole week before it's due, but Mary tends to complain should she not get enough time to read it. XD Dearest dad also peeled two juicy orange slices for me~

Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 7th consecutive awesome sleep last night; that's the 19TH time this year I've achieved one consecutive week of awesome sleeps! :D Like  yesterday, nature didn't  call until 6:30am and after one  pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of Karina's car, and she tootles me off to Rochedale Coles for grocery shopping.
• Karina grabs a trolley for us on arrival; before/after buying groceries we even duck into the sushi bar and she gets herself some beef rice paper rolls and me a crispy skin chicken sushi! :D
• Back home, I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Karina who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted  I sat over the loo for one tinkle while Karina cleaned the bathroom and then she tootled me off to meet Pastor Grace for our once termly lunch; on the way we even stopped @ Maccas and I got a free Big Mac to celebrate the Lions' winning the AFL GF! :D
• But My Personal Chef's CLOSED every Thursday!! o_O I immediately rang Pastor Grace who suggested Sunnybank Oriental but then Karina said I got the last table @ Vietnam Corner!
• Less than thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
• roast duck with rice lunch special with a HK-style milk tea coffee for me; Vietnam Corner does seriously good roast duck!
• Signed Karina off along  Warrigal Rd. since her shift ended @ 2pm!
• Used loo once and plopped online.
• Will use loo once, eat arvo  tea, and read for one hour @ 4:51pm~
• Hoping to watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 201ST time!
• Toms: have forgotten who's minding me from 9:30am till 1pm/2pm toms; Michelle did just ring and tell PIG mum.
• Presuming Syn's better and will give Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises?
• Looking forward to reading for one hour and watching the 6pm news for the 202ND time!

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 5419. Aww, sorry, not quite 5.5 grand. other day, surely! XD Anyways, final, final events for today?

• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat down for a lunch of rice leftovers with the parents.
• Lunch was washed down with one cup of herbal tea, after taking the cup over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Five minutes before Jules was due to arrive, I sat over the loo for two tinkles. 
• Aww there wasn't any cake today. >< But I played with Kim, Joey and Gary before Joanna and I paired up against two boys for doubles!
• Back home I took a nice warm shower -  hairwash today. Also thanks to Jules who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted arvo tea was some fruit; also thanks to PIG mum for one mug of disgusting coffee since today was international coffee day! Pity Jules couldn't find where sneaky PIG mum had hidden the honey/sugar, though ... *sigh*
• Happily watched the 6pm news Nine's) for the TWO HUNDREDTH time!! All the things I like recording are in today's first post.
• Once the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: the yucky rice, lotsa soup potato,  lotsa soup carrot, lotsa yummy wombok and one soup bone with most of the meat already gone.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• When nature suddenly called @ 8:30pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Karina's minding me from 9:30pm. PIG mum's sending us grocery shopping somewhere, then I'm coming home for a shower, and then @ 1pm I'm meeting Pastor Grace for my once-termly lunch! Poor Naomi has to come with; she'll prolly get bored to death. XD
• Doubt I've got anything happening after Karina leaves; looking forward to my most important two hours of the day online and reading for one hour, then hopefully I'll watch the 6pm news for the 201ST time!
• Best of all, it's ice cream night toms night; like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!

Wednesday Post 513

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 5229 (sweet I'm more than half a normal person today, that's rare! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "Spiritual' Activities" but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FORTY-THREE MINUTES online after I visit the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 6th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:30am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

• Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking to use the pot :P once after dearest dad comes to kiss me bye before working somewhere.

• More happy cuddling and snoring for Daddy Bear and me, nature calling once more around 9am just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my  room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap  and the tee (she  does the  bra strap up  for me but only spreads the  shirt out before I wear it) before leaving me to get  myself mostly independently kitted,  which I comply with  after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.

• When I inform PIG mum I've mostly independently kitted myself, she comes back and finishes with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth.

• That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Breakfast is one bowl of delicious flaky Special K with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado and for some reason the PLATE (not the toast) very lightly sprinkled with salt (no problems, I just lick the plate clean afterwards XD) all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. • After washing and drying   Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt. PIG mum tootles us off to Underwood Park for one more hike around the Duck Pond before it gets too hot; since the Sun wasn't out today, 'twas perfect weather for a hike~

• Hike finished, we popped into Woolies and bought some red envy apples that dad's mate recommended he buy!

•  Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3393 steps (aww, how come I couldn't have plodded sixty steps fewer?? 3333 steps would've looked cooler! XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Make War With Unbelief'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Get Back Up And Keep Going! (1) and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A Leap Of Faith." Anyways, events for today?
• Yay, 5th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:35am and after one pot :P trip, I immediately fell back asleep since I dearest dad saying he'd work @ Aunty Yvonne's place today!
• Sure enough, @ 7:35am dearest dad very thoughtfully walks silently down the hallway and unpops the lock  into the garage, which wakes me for another pot :P trip, after which I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf a very brief rub since she'd totally ignored my poor foot last night. Don't worry, Era rubbed her for fifteen minutes and Elf wore her sock to   sleep last night~
• Once PIG mum opens the door for Peggy, Peggy knocks my closed door, opens it then announces good morning. When Daddy wear nods @ her, she then states, "Fifteen more minutes." This time, Daddy Bear snaps his paw @ her, miming shoo! Peggy complies with a smirk. XD
• Actually, I fall back asleep but awake immediately when Peggy reenters my room when she opens the door. No point going full morgen muffel  on  her now that it's well and truly Spring; I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's already squirted me some toothpaste.
• Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Just over thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
• Had breakfast, did stinky unspeakable and went to the Pinelands Bakehouse to get my once-weekly crunchy pork  bahn mi from Aunty Nancy.
• Got a cheap haircut from  GoCutt; the hairdresser remembered that I taught her the blowing machine was called a hairdryer! Only her working today; she had two kids sitting on the stool waiting for her!
• Walked down to the other end and bought groceries from Woolies; thanks to Peggy who lemme sit on the self-serve checkout machine while she scanned our items and I could rest tired Elf and Erf.
• Got home and took a nice hot shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was my delicious crunchy pork  bahn mi; yay that Peggy found the syrup and poured me one big mug of earl grey tea with one spoonful of syrup and milk! Over lunch I showed her the koala photos from last Sunday~
• At 2pm I signed her off with my thanks and byes; after I finished lunch, I took the plate/cup to the sink, used the loo for one tinkle then plopped online.
• Hope PIG mum remembers to gimme some RICE for arvo tea; since I'm attending Toastmasters tonight with Lorraine and will only get an UnHappy Meal with an orange juice for dinner ... *sigh*
• Toms:  have just emailed Michelle asking for October's roster since October arrives toms but I've not received the roster yet! I know PIG mum wrote out the shifts for Michelle; Michelle has sent PIG mum the first draft and PIG mum has emailed back with corrections, but it's not been finalised yet! Hopefully PIG mum'll help me up not too late toms and take me aisle walking while grocery shopping else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me, since after table tennis GG's still on break till next Wednesday!

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! With a final, final plodding total of 3664, lemme just cover final, final events for Monday?

• Before I signed Angelica off with my thanks and byes I sat over the loo for two more tinkles. She's back again next Monday fortnight.
• Happily watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 199TH time. All the things I like are in today's second post.
• Since PIG mum got dearest dad to start dinner without me  but  with her @ 6:55pm,  once the  news ended I asked permission to  join;  that  given, I  used the loo  for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :PO table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa soup   carrot, lotsa sweet potato, lotsa pumpkin (usually pumpkin and I aren't really friends, but this tasted great! PIG mum said dad cooked it differently?), some fish, one delicious thick Chinese mushroom and some pork knuckle.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• When nature randomly   called @ 8:20pm I walked myself once again slowly and safely   to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• @ 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to   the loo for one tinkle and back, again   and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Today, in her excitement, PIG mum repeated syllables five times before continuing. XD
• After another tinkle, PIG mum tootled me back to the Warrigal  Square Woolies and we hiked nearly every aisle before coming home for lunch with dearest dad.
• Walking in, I bid Bettina good afternoon before sitting @ the gobbling :P table.
• Lunch was one bowl of rice leftovers and was washed down with one mug of herbal tea.
• After lunch I stayed and happily played Royal Match since I'd been given like forty minutes' worth of free lives!
• One tinkle for me before I plopped online.  Bettina left two minutes early and she's not back next Monday since it's a public holiday!
• When Angelica announced her arrival exactly @ 4pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• So a nice hot shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Angelica who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one yummy pear plus one mug of peach tea. Happiness was reading Nine Perfect   Strangers for one hour; today I reached pg. 250 @ 4:29pm (it takes me two minutes to read, BTW) and reached pg. 175 @ 5:14pm. Then I had like thirty minutes to happily play Bejeweled-type games while Angelica gave Ela a long but very soft massage.

 Good afternoon! Anyways, events for today?

Like yesterday, nature didn't  call until 6:05am and after one pot :P  trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. • PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth.  That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Sunday Post 512

 Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3570 steps (ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's "Our Good's His Glory"; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Be There When You're Needed"; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's Way Home and fifthly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Prophesy!' but  fifthly  and way most importantly,  I'm really still owed FIFTY-EIGHT MINUTES  online while I'm video chatting  with Aunty Nga!! Planning   to keep surfing the net since she's always looking away from the camera too. XD Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

• Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night~
• Attended ESS (stayed seated for worship; sang everything plus the harmony for three songs but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING >< Peter Pie's sermon was entitled Loving It Upside-down and there was communion afterwards plus two membership transfers meaning we actually ended five minutes LATE)
• EM visited Daisy Hill koala centre! Bought takeaway lunch from Woka Underwood (fish in sweetcorn sauce with rice plus a HK-style milk tea for me; the lunch set menu's gone!) and took photos with the koalas~ Felt very loved since aren't they nocturnal? One stayed awake and climbed along a tree branch for my viewing pleasure!
• Got home, showered then watched the Broncos BEAT the Panthers; we're into the grand final, baby!! :D)
• All the interesting surnames I saw while watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine’s, read  by Mia Glover)  for the 187^TH time: Uptin, Geran, Heagney, Jackson, Ali (first name), Brigginshaw, Lierach, Wilmot (heard), Cameron, Andrews, Fagan, Ashcroft (heard), Tsimpikas, Todhunter, Heagney, Van Lunteren, Probyn, Albanese, Keating (heard), Hunt, Haig,Simpson (heard), Leary (heard),Schmift,Cameron, Kniese, Dunkley, Dobbin, Gerber, Crook,Trump, Dyer,Kotek, Kennedy, Godfrey, Gomez, Blanco and Swift (heard). Carrigan, Prince, Jonathan Uptin read the sports report and Garry Youngberry read the weather report from Springfield. Brisbane was 14-28. Brisbane toms: 17-31.  Mt. Gravatt toms: 15-31. Sunrise: 5:29am Sunset 5:48pm

• Had dinner @ Ho Lin Wah. Neither set meal suit me; I ate less than one bowl of vermicelli, less than half a bowl of rice, one cup of Chinese tea, half a bowl of set soup, 1.5 deep-fried cuttlefish balls and just over one mouthful of the hot HK-style milk tea.
• Got home, used loo for one tinkle and plopped online.
• Toms:   late morning appointment to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him.
• PIG mum's said we can grocery shop and hike aisles afterwards, I'm expecting to have passed 1000 steps toms.
• Think Angelica's minding me from 3:45pm till 5:45pm.
• Hoping to watch the 6pm news for the 188TH time!
• Anyways, wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!

Saturday Post 512d

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 4767. Righteo, just briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one bowl of rice leftovers (thanks to Damaris who mixed some oyster sauce into the food for more taste) and two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey.

• Used the loo for two more tinkles then Damaris dropped me off @ church to play table tennis with dearest dad Also visited the loo once and played with Uncle Simon~ (Unsure why the dot   points have become HUGE?! XD)
• Got home, used loo   for one tinkle and spent all afternoon reading; it's only Saturday that I can spend a blessed three hours with my nose buried in a book~ I reached pg. 200 @ 4:22pm, finished pg. 222 @ exactly 5pm and reached pg. 225 @ 5:03pm
• Watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 186TH time. All the things I like recording are in today's first post.
•  The Slams and Aunty A are over for dinner celebrating mid-Autumn festival! We even had mooncake and Anna made tong yuen (say that in Canto) for us!
• One more tinkle for me @ 9pm.
• Toms: just church, definitely nothing special.  Actually, the special thing's that afterwards, EM's having a picnic lunch and visiting the koalas @ Daisy Hill! Peter Pie will gimme a lift and Susannah will grab some lunch for me!
• The  Lions winning the AFL grand final must be a good  omen that the Broncos will  win  the Panthers toms arvo; kickoff's @ 4pm!
• Wonder where dad'll take us  for our once-weekly  family dinner out?
• Righteo, looking forward to seeing everyone @ church  toms!

Saturday Post 512c

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 4767 but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY-TWO MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, just briefly, continuing today's events?

• Had  breakfast, read for   thirty minutes (reached pg. 125 @ 10:21am) then went out with Damaris to Underwood MarketPlace to buy groceries from Woolies and get my arvo  tea honey chicken sushi roll. Damaris bought herself one for lunch.
• Came  home and took a nice hot shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Damaris who helped me rinse out my hair, thus  freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
