Wednesday Post 339c

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3355. Righteo, just super-briefly, final, final events for tonight?

• Don't have enough time tonight to play one game of Bejeweled lasting between five and six minutes but will still willingly hit the sack tonight coz I've actually played two more memorable games both lasting over 7:40!
• Saw Vincent for a torture session. Physio today: stood entire session, bent eleven times to ground for Ela to move objevt, timed reaching for both hands, weightshifting, left hip and shoulder movements and five attempts before successfully leaving.
• Saw Ray for some acupuncture and massage
• Got a cheap haircut from Go Cutt
• Had lunch @ Woka Warrigal! Met a new waitress called Coby~
• Pao minded me from 3:30pm till 6pm. 
• Joined choir rehearsal from 5:30pm till 5:55pm.
• Watched Nine's 6pm news - the 69TH time I've watched it! All the interesting surnames I took down: Chalmers, Frydenberg, Uhlmann, Trudeau, Arvier, Washington, Daish, Toledo, Cavallaro, Gooley, Newhouse, Fabris, Knight, Greer, Ahearn, Sanghera, Calcutt, Willcox, Palaszczuk, Gschwind, Crisafulli, Frecklington, Benhke, Trick, Cassie, Pullar, Baronio, Kimba (first name), Rugg, Gaynor, Carrington, Prince, Niu (heard), Carrigan (heard), Sorensen, Briwstow, Marsters, Gottlieb, Parisi and Verhaeren.
• Had dinner; did HEP with PIG mum.
• Toms: Tina's taking me shopping then Pastors Chris and Grace are buying takeaway and coming over for lunch!
• Planning to watch Nine's 6pm news bulletin again, wolf down dinner and watch the Broncos play!
• Best of all, it's ice cream night toms night; like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!
