Friday Post 323d

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 6183. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• At 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the  loo for  one more tinkle and back,  always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Jacinta's coming @ 8am to help me up and gimme morning shower, since Noel's coming @ 10:35am and taking me to Rosanna's birthday party!
• We're having our once-weekly dinner together toms night coz dearest dad's leaving for HK afterwards; lol, he'll be away for both Father's Day and the parents' anniversary!! Will haveta ask PIG mum  about lunch after ESS with everyone else and what's happening to our Sunday dinner outs; will she swap them for Sunday lunches out instead?
• Righteo, hope  everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!

Friday Post 323c

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 5886 (so prolly won't reach 6000 before tonight's out, sorry XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "Don't Just Cover Both  Ways". Anyways, continuing tonight's  events?

• Card writing done and arvo tea (two tasty rice crackers, one gloopy mouthful of passionfruit and one huge mug of green  tea) I used the  loo for one more tinkle then  returned online to watch the  6pm news (Nine's) for the 185TH time. All the things I like recording are @ the bottom of  the previous post. Dad tried  summoning me over for dinner @ 6:58pm but I replied if you can't wait two minutes please eat first; I'll join once the news finishes.
• Permission given to join dinner after the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle then walk myself slowly  and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight:  rice, lotsa not-very-yummy pumpkin, lotsa some other vegetables I've since forgotten, some yummy snow fungus and like two lil chunks of delicious chicken.
• Dinner was spooned down  with one bowl of  soup; after taking  the bowl  over to the  sink I used the loo for another tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Immediately turned on ABC radio and listened to the Broncos match coverage; eep, we were losing  by fourteen points! 
• When I tuned in, the Broncos immediately scored and soon regained the lead with ten minutes left!
• Dad randomly demanded I come over and watch the last ten minutes  on  TV;  I immediately complied, replying please turn channel nine on.
• We all forgot: Nine doesn't have streaming rights for Saturday matches until the finals! I grumpily returned online and listened to the end of the ABC's commentary; phew the Broncos FINALLY won and I'll have a match to watch toms!! :D
• When nature randomly called @ 8:25pm I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total  for today, the final, final events for  tonight plus what's happening toms else wishing everyone a smashing  weekend ahead!

• Once I'd used up  the most important  two  hours of my day online I used the loo for one tinkle then sat @ the gobbling :P table, asking PIG mum please to gimme arvo tea plus Rosanna's birthday  card for writing!

Friday Post 323

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding exactly 5300 steps (sweet I'm more than half  a normal person today - that's rare! XD); secondly,  John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Jesus Is Who You're Looking For"; thirdly, TWFT topic's "The Greatest Moment In Your Life's Now" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Faithfully Serving Others"  Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, what better way  than to end the week with an awesome night's sleep? Nature didn't call until 7:45am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• I'm counting  myself back to  sleep when PIG mum   suddenly goes THUMP and I   remember that's right, the carer's coming @ 8am today! Soon,  she's let herself into  my room to hit me  with the eye  goo then returning outside and awaiting  Faith's arrival  @ 8am but comes back @ 8:01am snapping "Fifteen more minutes.  She's late." I immediately comply but remind PIG mum please to ring CODA should Faith have not arrived by 8:15am.
• Luckily, she arrives shortly afterwards; when she taps me @ 8:15am I sit up, say good morning, introduce myself  then use the pot :P for  three tinkles. After we get me kitted I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth before sitting over the loo  for  one tinkle. After washing and drying  Era, I head out  to  the gobbling :P table with  Faith,  who tells me that she had ugali  for breakfast this morning. She's only twenty-four from Kenya,  BTW~
• Breakfast's one slice of dry (unbuttered) salt very lightly spread with  avocado  and hopefully very lightly  sprinkled with  salt, all my usual  drugs :P and one full mug of  water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh* Thanks to  PIG mum who  turned Sunrise/The Morning  Show on  for my viewing pleasure; originally I asked Faith please to.  Unsure why she did it? Prolly coz the carer could see her; when  it's just me with her she NEVER helps! XD
• After breakfast, I ask Faith to please gimme (my face and both  hands) some sunscreen then she walks behind me back  to the loo before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast dishes up. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! 
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Faith's car. Sweet, she drives  a BMW! Comfy leather seats and lotsa legroom~
• Physio today: Eleven sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift, ring work stacking and reaching for Era and Ela standing and one fast hike around the Great Court! Best of  all, PIG mum kindly left me ten bucks to order myself  a LARGE dirty   chai with marshmallows and Kat left  four/five little Cadbury chocolates for me! Obviously, I wolfed them all down during the drive home; PIG mum wouldn't have lemme enjoy them had I brought them home! 
• Got home and took a nice hot shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Faith who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one bowl of the delicious oyakodon I'd cooked with Ari yesterday heaped to the brim with vegetables (lotsa yummy cabbage and lotsa soup carrot) and one huge mug of green tea.
• Lunch finished, I asked Faith to please washup the lunch dishes while I used the loo for two tinkles then plopped online and did my daily Bible readings. I also asked PIG mum to see Faith off after she finished washing the dishes; she's got one more shift from 4pm till 8pm tonight.
• Toms: Jacinta's minding me earlier, since Noel's coming @ 10:35am and taking me to Rosanna's birthday party! So expect a super-pissy plodding total from me toms~

• When dearest dad summoned me for dinner, I used the loo  for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely  to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: the delicious oyakudon that I cooked with Ari this arvo, topped with all these vegetables like yummy wombok.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 9pm I   walk  myself once more slowly and safely  to the loo  for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Faith's minding me from 8am till 2pm and taking me  to the NAB for two hours physio with Amr. 
• Since I already cooked with Ari this arvo, once Faith leaves I should be free for the rest of the  day;  looking  forward  to my most important  two hours of the day online, reading A Fortunate Life for one hour and watching the 6pm news for the 185TH time!

Thursday Post 323b

 Heylo again and good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 3808 (so won't reach four grand before tonight's out, sorry  XD) but secondly  and way most importantly,  I'm really still owed SIXTEEN MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Righteo, lemme start with Tuesday's events, just briefly?

• Had my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse for lunch then  had UQ physio with Vincente for two hours: Barefoot Elf thirty-five sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift, more standing reaching card work for Era, five hikes up the slope and back down.
• Wednesday's events, just briefly?
• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:45am~
• Louiza took me to table tennis @ 1:30pm but was stuck majorly in bad traffic all the way home; I thanked her every time I passed another level of Jewel Queen. XD
• Pastor Peter Pie gave me a lift to GG~  Loved the three slices of sausage PIG mum included in the rice leftovers she gave me for dinner!
• Muji started with a prayer for us before she goes to Toowoomba for five/six weeks physio placement!
• Last night, Pastor Peter Pie led everyone through Study 5: Facing Your Thorns and he dropped me home afterwards.
• Now, today, just briefly?
• Louiza minded me from 9:30am till 2pm; we went grocery shopping @ the Underwood MarketPlace Woolies and bought groceries for my cooking adventures with Ari this arvo!
• PIG mum ordered I write out the recipe for Ari and kindly found a lined notebook for me before going out for pool exercises.
• After Ari and I cooked chicken  oyakudon together, PIG mum drove me out to Bupa Optical and we  both collected our new specs from Bupa Optical; Rico was there! Unfortunately PIG mum wouldn't lemme grab any arvo tea from Eight Street (even though I told her I was willing to hike all the way there) but she lemme buy a box of green tea Pocky from Daiso! 
• Got home, did my daily  Bible readings, tootled online then watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's)   for the 184TH time. All the things I like recording are @ the bottom of the previous post.

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3943. Sorry, not quite four grand; maybe toms. XD Righteo, final,  final events for tonight?

• After another loo trip, PIG mum tootles me home and we share lunch with dearest dad, just one bowl of rice leftovers spooned down with one bowl of soup.
• After taking the bowl  over to  the sink, I walk myself slowly  and safely online and start  reading  the day's Bible passages, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Only thirty minutes left, so just  briefly: Jacinta came @ 2pm  and took   me to  Breathe for physio: 1.518km bike ride, forty bar-assissted push ups with left weight shift, forty steps for Erf with more left weight shift, forty steps for Elf, forty v-bar cable rows for both hands, forty leg curls for Elf, forty leg curls for Erf, forty leg extensions for Elf, forty leg curls for Elf, forty leg extensions for Erf, tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing!
• Less than thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
• Bought groceries with Jacinta @ the Sunny Park Woolies, came home and showered - hairwash  today.  Also thanks to Jacinta who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut,
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was some fruit, one tasty cracker and TWO big mugs of white tea with  sweetener - Jacinta found where PIG mum had hidden it! Read A Fortunate Life for fifty minutes.
• Used loo for two more tinkles @ 5:55pm then signed Jacinta off with my thanks and byes. She's back Saturday 9:30am till 1/1:30pm.
• Happily watched the 6pm  news bulletin (Nine's)  for  the 182ND time. • Had dinner, drank soup, read for ten more minutes (since I like reading for one hour where possible), used loo for one tinkle,  returned online and used loo for one more tinkle @ 9pm.
• Toms: Peggy's minding me from 9:30am till 4pm. We're buying groceries from  Pinelands Coles plus my  once-weekly  crunchy pork  bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakery and then coming home for lunch before Peggy tootles me off to  the NAB for two hours of physio with Vincente.
• Excitement: dad's taking me  too  see The Odyssey @ like 5:45pm! PIG mum  says I've gotta hike a few stairs to reach the D-BBox seat that shakes; worth it!  Would love dinner out afterwards but   prolly just  coming home for dinner. *sigh* Still, yay for some precious Dadddy-daughter time.  Jacinta warned me today that the movie actually   gets quite bloody vut I'm not scared: dad will protect me.  XD

Monday Post 323c

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3882 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'He Held Nothing Back' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTY MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• After PIG mum helps me with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap and laying the tee out she leaves me  to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after immediately struggling into the tee and giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns to finish with  absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me  to walk over to the batthroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo  for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk  myself slowly  and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast is one slice of dry (unbuttered)  toast very lightly spread with avocado and for some reason the PLATE (not the toast) very lightly sprinkled with salt (no matter, I just licked the plate  clean afterwards XD), all my usual drugs :P and one full  mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. •  After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and she tootles me off to     see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Lol, we arrive that early; he's not even opened his front gate yet! XD

• After it's time, we head inside. I use the loo for  one tinkle then lie down for some @ times ouchy left limb massage and acupuncture. PPIG mum's in her element, yapping ceaselessly @ Ray;  my grateful thanks to him  who  always replied and kept  a conversation flowing. Actually,  PIG mum deserves congratulations too; today she only repeated one syllable thrice and another four times! XD

XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1449 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily   devotional  topic from last night's 'Why You Give Into  Sexual Sin'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Have A Cooperative Spirit' and fourthly, Our Daily  Bread's devotional topic's 'Plague Of Lies' but fifthly  and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-FIVE MINUTES after I watch  the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 182ND time!! Anyways, events for today?

 One final good evening and greeting  for  tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 2848. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• Once PIG mum dried my  back and the back of  the  chair  for me, I did  everything else and she didn't feature again until Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying.
• After drying the loo seat I sat for  one tinkle, stamped both feet dry, dried inside both ears, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly  and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Less than thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
• Had our once-weekly dinner out @ Ho Lin Wah, got home, returned online and used loo for one more tinkle @ 9pm.
• Toms: seeing Ray for some acupuncture toms morning then coming home for lunch with dearest  dad before Jacinta takes me to Breathe for physio with Winnie; presuming we'll buy groceries afterwards before coming home for personal  care.
• Hoping to read A Fortunate Life for one hour and watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 182ND time.

 Good evening again! Em's new plodding total for  Sunday now stands @ 2781. So yay that I'm over  2.5 grand but sorry, I shan't reach three grand before the night's out. XD Anyways, continuing Sunday's events?

• Reading for one hour completed, I went and took a nice hot shower - I  washed and rinsed my own   hair today.  I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud. Actually, I was  done after only 10%, but  happily leaned fully against the right side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling PIG mum back.

• After using up the most important two hours of my day, I used the  loo for one tinkle then sat  @ the gobbling :P  table to   munch  the  arvo tea PIG mum had kindly  left me before hitting pigland upstairs, finish  sharing my Facebook memories  and read A Fortunate Life for one hour.
• After peeling one yummy   banana myself, I also munched one tasty cracker and drank one huge mug of green   tea and happily  read A Fortunate Life for one hour.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2095 steps (ha, I'm just over two thousand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily  devotional topic from last night's 'What We Were Made For'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Understanding The Kingdom Of God' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Wounds That Build And Heal'. Anyways, events for  today?

• Lol, considering the poor Broncos got FLOGGED last night I'm hardly surprised that nature called partway through the night! >< XD Aside from that, 'twas a sound sleep~
• Following the first daylight pot :P trip around 6:30am,  I immediately tried falling back since I bet that PIG mum would get VERY noisy @ 7am!
• Instead, I cuddled Daddy Bear and fell back that deeply asleep I didn't wake until PIG mum let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo! After she helped me with absolutely  nothing bar the  bra strap and laying out the tops she left me  to get myself mostly independently kitted,  which I comply with after immediately struggling into the tops then giving  myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me over to walk over to  the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast's one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly  spread with avocado and for some reason the PLATE sprinkled with  salt (hence why I licked the plate afterwards XD),  all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of  water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast I walk myself slowly and safely back to  the bathroom,  again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! 
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car  and she tootles us off to church, parking near the very end of the grassy park. I haul  myself  up the ramp, use the disabled toilet myself once (yay the lid was up  and the seat down) then grabbed my usual spot in service on the most left.
• Yay I got to stay seated for worship today. I sang everything, plus the harmony for two songs but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
• Didn't catch the speaker's name but his sermon topic was Where Is Your Cross?
• After service ended seventeen minutes early, I used the disabled loo myself for another tinkle then went with PIG mum to buy some morning tea; fundraising for the upcoming Africa Mission trip! After buying sth I took a seat and PIG mum introduced me to Laurence's dad!
• Whoops less than ten minutes left so super-briefly:
• ESS had lunch @ some steakhouse, PIG mum had her usual coffee and gossip social with her friensa and dad dragged me back to Hungry Jack's for a cheeseburger and like ten chips. *sigh&*
• Got home, used loo for one tinkle, did the daily Bible readings then plopped online.
• Toms: presume I'm seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage, before Jacinta takes me to Breathe for physio.
• She'll see me home and showered before leaving @ 6pm; hoping I'll watch the 6pm news for the 182ND time since I don't wanna watch it tonight and hear how the Broncos lost AGAIN! ><" XD

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard  @ work plodding 1506 steps (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'God Forgives, And Is Still Just'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Money: How You Get It, And Give It' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Living Out God's Love". Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, what better way to start the weekend then with my second consecutive awesome sleep last night? Nature didn't call until 6:45am and after one pot :P  trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore; the next time nature calls again  following another pot :P trip I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. Soon, she's let herself  into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf's ankle a very  brief rub since she'd  totally  ignored my  poor foot  last night. That's alright,  Era rubbed her for fifteen minutes  and let her wear her sock to sleep last night but obviously peeled the sock off first thing this morning! XD
• Since Louiza didn't arrive @ 9:45am, PIG mum immediately gave me fifteen more minutes. I immediately comply telling mother I'm sure Louiza's just stuck in traffic so tell her to get me up @ 9:45am after she comes. Sure enough, that's exactly what happens!  XD
• Once I've counted down from 900 I announce that I'm hungry to Louiza and swing myself over to  the pot :P for one more tinkle. She's inside the bathroom and immediately comes; we get me kitted and yup, she confirms that she was late since she was stuck in traffic along the Ipswich motorway.
• I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth, before drinking one tall cup of water then sitting over  the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! 
• After washing and drying   Era I  head out to the gobbling :P table with Louiza. Breakfast's my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado, another full mug of water, all  my usual drugs :P  and my  first big mug of white tea sweetened with two  teaspoonfuls of sugar. Over and after breakfast I happily read A Fortunate Life for thirty minutes first up!
• Reading finished, I ask Louiza please to gimme (face and both hands) some sunscreen then she  walks behind me back to the loo before going and washing the breakfast dishes up.
• After sitting over the loo for one tinkle, I climb into the passenger seat of Louiza's car and she tootles us off to Underwood MarketPlace, parking  around the side and grabbing a trolley for us.
• First we buy groceries from Woolies. Like I've said, I don't mind  shopping with carers since they lemme sit on the self-serve checkout  machine.  Wonder why the parents won't?
• We're walking towards Sushi  Creators when the guy  behind the counter looks up, sees me  coming and raises a finger in the air? I  reply with a thumbs up; by the  time we reach the  counter he's already packaged my  sushi and hands it  to Louiza, going "Four dollars." Louiza looks @ me, asking have you ordered yet? I mime our little conversation;   she laughs and pays the guy.    XD
• Back home, I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Louiza who helped me  rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut. At 12:25pm I asked Louiza to please massage Ela but she dithered around washing dishes before very gently massaging he for like ten minutes.
• At 12:55pm I sat over the loo once more for two tinkles then signed Louiza off with my thanks and byes. She's back next Thursday 9:30am till 1pm/thereabouts.
• Instead of reading all  arvo to reach three hours I'm gonna pen a long letter to  Dr. Dr. Tai; she turned FIFTY like eight days ago hence why I bought her a proper '50' card today!
• Have reminded the parents to gimme dinner @ 6pm while I'm watching the news coz the Broncos are playing @ 7!
• Toms: just church, nothing special. Resigned to a bite of lunch with dad @ Hungry Jack's then a stressful arvo @ the hands of PIG mum. *sigh*But should  the Broncos win tonight; I'm definitely reading match report  after match  report toms  arvo   and basking in their glory! XD
• Anyways, hopefully bbl,   else looking forward to seeing everyone  @ church  toms!

• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:15pm I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then  walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, leftover pasta and chicken from the cooking I did with  Ari yesterday, lotsa broccolini, lotsa soup carrot, two/three huge chunks of yucky soup pumpkin, two chunks of soup   pork and two tasty leftover slices of  dad's delicious duck.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowlful of soup; after taking the bowl over to  the sick I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3905 steps (so will hit   four grand today;    sweet XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Three Examples Of How Faith Fulfils Good Resolves'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Let's Tell The Whole World  About Jesus" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'One Worthy Of Worship'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, what better way to end the week then with an awesome sleep last night? Nature didn't call until the noisy garbage truck THUNDERED down our road to  tip bins and woke me; after  one pot :P  trip I immediately did the bed exercises Winnie  taught me   to prevent further back  pain then I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Daddy Bear and I happily cuddled and snored, me again waking for the pot :P when dearest dad came to kiss me bye and retuck me back into bed before going hiking with other church uncles!
• Daddy Bear and I  happily continued cuddling  and snoring, nature  calling once more around 9am just before noisy PIG mum began her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let  herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before returning outside to await Rebecca's mum, only  to reappear @ 9:01am   and gimme fifteen more minutes since Rebecca hadn't arrived yet! I immediately comply and tell PIG mum to ask Rebecca to help me up @ 9:15am after she arrives coz she's prolly stuck in traffic. Sure enough, that's exactly what happens! XD
• After Rebecca taps me up @ 9:15am, I use the pot :P  for two more tinkles and discover that she was stuck in traffic along the Ipswich motorway on-ramp. We  get me kitted, I head over to the  bathroom and brush teeth, then sit over the loo for one tinkle before washing and drying Era then heading out to the gobbling :P table with Rebecca.

• At UQ, I   use the toilet for one tinkle then sit in the waiting  room with the other clients nd chat until Amar (sp? Hammer without the 'h') comes for me.
• Physio  today: Thirty sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift for Barefoot Elf sitting with less thigh support, standing reaching for Ela stacking cones with more left and forward weight shift and walked one fast lap around the great court!
• After one more loo  trip, Rebecca tootles me not home but first    to   the Logan North library  to pickup the new book club novel.
• Only there aren't  any hard copies  left! Instead, some male librarian teaches me how to download and use Libby meaning I've got a digital copy of the book! 
• Back home,  I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Rebecca who  helped me rinse out my  hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid  right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch  was one  delicious bowl  of the pasta I'd cooked with  Ari  yesterday plus one unsweetened mug of English breakfast  tea with milk. Rebecca cleaned the bathroom then left immediately; she's still got a 4-8pm shift tonight! Mostly I just  enjoyed eating with full mouthfuls. XD
• Lunch finished, I took the bowl to  the sink, used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly  and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• After noting down what I did for physio today I did my  daily    Bible readings then plopped online for myself.

• • Grr, nature ruined the awesome sleep streak I'd just started! >< Never mind, I was prolly too excited about my first proper meal out in one MONTH tonight. *sigh*
  • Following the first  daylight pot :P   trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P when PIG mum wakes me with her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf's ankle a very brief rub since she'd totally ignored my poor  foot last night. That's fine; Era rubbed Elf for fifteen minutes and let her wear her sock to sleep last night but obviously peeled the sock off first thing this morning! XD
  • When Louiza doesn't arrive @ 8am  PIG mum immediately opens the door  saying fifteen more minutes; I immediately comply but tell her bet Louiza's just stuck in traffic; just tell her to help me up @ 8:15pm after she arrives. Sure enough, that's exactly what happens! XD
  • When Louiza taps me up @ 8:15am, I sit  up, say good morning then used the pot :P for three more tinkles. Sure enough; Louiza was delayed in traffic: stuck along the Ipswich motorway, actually! 
  • We get me kitted, I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth and then  sit over the loo for one tinkle. After washing and drying  Era, I head out to  the gobbling  :P  table with Louiza, telling her off for not eating breakfast  this morning and informing her that she would buy herself some breakfast after she bought groceries for PIG mum while I was attending GCCW. XD
  • Breakfast was prolly one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly  smeared with    avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Thanks to Louiza who turns Sunrise on for my  viewing pleasure and over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After breakfast, Louiza covers my face and both hands with sunscreen then follows me back to  the bathroom before returning  to  the kitchen and washing the breakfast stuff up. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! 
  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Louiza's car and she tootles me off to GCCW! Thanks to her who kindly helped me with my seatbelt both ways and since we were really stuck along Logan Rd., we didn't arrive till like 9:29am hence why I skipped the arrival toilet trip and just headed straight into Meeting Room One.
  • Ten attended: Alison was here! Tammy went with me  once to  the toilet @ morning  tea and Nancy got morning tea  for me: there was cake and she not only  gave me  seconds but  left me the last slice! Only the meeting ended ten minutes early,  everyone cleared out really fast and then someone switched  off the light  and I  was left in the dark! ><  XD
  • Less than fifteen minutes left,  so super-briefly:
  • Got home, showered and had a tuna in tomato and onion with cheese toastie for  lunch.
  • Rebecca took me  to Wong's for  our book club dinner! Thirteen  attended and I had that   set that  came with  two spring rolls, some sweet and sour pork and some braised chicken with two  prawns; I picked that and the celery out. XD I also finished eating last but that was to  be expected. XD Next month we're reading A Fortunate Life? Maybe that's by  A.B. Facey and about Peekay the boxer?
  • Rebecca tootled me home; she's back toms @ 8am till 2pm~
  • Yup toms I've got  NAB physio for two hours but don't have OT since Ari already cooked with me this arvo! Will eat what we cooked this arvo for lunch toms~
  • Looking forward to reading the new book club novel  for one hour and watching the 6pm news for  the 181ST time.

 One final good evening and  greeting  for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3851. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly  and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• PIG  mum brought  me over one slice of the green tea  cake I helped her bake earlier; DELICIOUS! :D Even Aunty A took a slice home for later!
• At 9pm,  I  walked myself once more slowly and safely to the  loo for one  more tinkle and back,  always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• The Slams and Aunty A left @ 9:14pm~
• Toms:  Louiza's  coming @ 8am and taking me to GCCW!
• Doubt I've got the hours for lunch out afterwards but Rebecca's taking me out to book club toms night and we're having our once-yearly dinner out afterwards @ like Wong's/some other Chinese restaurant; it'll have been one whole MONTH since I last enjoyed a proper meal out!
• Best  of all, it's ice cream night toms night; like I  always say, a very little's better than none @ all!

Wednesday Post 323c

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday's actually 3804 (PIG mum said divide by  1.7, not 1.2) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'He Will Never Change' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really  still owed TWO MINUTES online after I visit the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Breakfast's one slice of toast very lightly spread with avocado and hopefully very lightly sprinkled with  avocado,   all my  usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. •  After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of  the Cherry and buckle my own seatbelt (what I do all day). The parents climb in too, and dad tootles us off first to Hung's Auto  (in Springwood somewhere, maybe?) to borrow sth from Uncle Wah Hung.

• Then dad tootles us off to   visit 28 Barradale Ct., the home he  built for  us all the way back in  like 1992! Wow, it's changed so much: not only is there a new roof but there's been a granny flat added!

• Our final stop today was the Hyperdome! Unfortunately I didn't get to use Sparkless3 but we bumped into  our old neighbours Andrew and Jenny from Barradale Ct.; they're still  there!

• I was hoping for Red Rooster  for lunch  @ food court  but daad had originally decided on sushi; we compromised on Japanese chicken  rice although  dad wouldn't lemme enjoy  a bowl  of chicken katsudon and restricted me to just teriyaki chicken while he  enjoyed KFC. *sigh*

• Back home I plopped online to await Louiza's arrival  @ 4pm;  when she hadn't arrived by 4:05pm I headed  over to  the gobbling  :P table, intending  to ring CODA from  my mobile had she still not arrived by 4:10pm  but phew,  she arrived just then and dearest dad let her inside. Yup, she was stuck in traffic.

• So a nice hot  shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Louiza who  helped me rinse out my  hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo   tea was one juicy yummy pear, one flavoured cracker and one huge mug of herbal tea. Louiza cleaned the bathroom then asked to leave early, I  said sure just  lemme use the loo once more first.  She's back toms morning and taking me to GCCW!

• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's)  for the 180TH time. All the things I like recording are @ the bottom of the previous post. The Slam's and Anna arrived for dinner and started without me; I joined after watching the news and using the pot :P   or one tinkle.

• Dinner tonight:  rice, lotsa yummy wombok and like three pieces of  dad's delicious duck.

 Good afternoon! Sorry for only leaving placeholder posts for the last two days: Monday arvo and night Louiza and I hit the EKKA while yesterday I had NAB physio for two hours then Toastmasters @ night! So Monday's plodding total was 3296 (coz obviously I  used Sparkless3 @ the EKKA) but yesterday I  plodded 8000 steps (my best for 2026 thus far)! Now, today: firstly, I've been hard @ work plodding 4785 steps (sweet  I'm already over 4.5 grand; that's even less common than four grand!); secondly,  John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Different Tenses Of Grace'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Keys To Spiritual Growth' and fourthly,  Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Precious Parting Words' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY MINUTES online after Louiza minds me from 4-6pm!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep  last night; I'm not  really surprised I scored an  awesome sleep last night  since I plodded 8000 steps  yesterday;   my best  for 2026 thus far! Nature didn't call until 7:55am and after one pot :P  trip, I immediately  did the exercises Winnie taught me to  prevent  further back pain then I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Daddy  Bear and I happily cuddle and snore,  me not waking again till nearly 9am  for another pot :P trip.  Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 4519 (sweet I'm even just over 4.5 grand; that's even more uncommon than four grand! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Your Heart Must Be In It'. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

•  Physio today: Standing practice with left and forward weight shift and Ela removing rings and replacing over another pole, thirty barefoot sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift plus resistance band and walked 1.5 laps of the Great Court at a fast but safe pace! Best  of all, after using the loo for one more tinkle and climbing back into  her car, Rebecca went and got a small dirty chai for me! :D 
• Back home I  take a nice hot shower  - hairwash today. Also thanks to Rebecca who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Grr, I'd just started an awesome sleep streak (four nights) last night when nature randomly called around 12:45am and ended it! >< Never mind;  'twas a sound sleep apart from  that~ *sigh*
• After the first daylight pot :P trip, I immediately did the exercises Winnie taught me to prevent further back pain then I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle  and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P when noisy PIG mum begins her daily  a-THUMPING around upstairs.  Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf  a very brief rub, since she totally ignored my poor foot last night. That's okay;  Era rubbed Elf for fifteen minutes last night and let her wear her sock to sleep last night though obviously tugged the sock off first thing this morning! XD
• After PIG mum les the new carer she instructs her to gimme fifteen more minutes. When Rebecca returns and taps me,  I sit up, introduce myself and sit over  the loo for three more tinkles before we get me kitted. I've got dreadful facial recognition but think I'll remember her since she's got a very prominent mole on her chin and that she's Hongkie like me!
• I head over to the bathroom to  brush teeth  before sitting over  the loo   for one tinkle then washing and drying Era before heading out to the gobbling :P table with Rebecca, who tells me that she had steak for breakfast this morning!
• Me, I  get one slice of  dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado and for some  reason the PLATE (not the toast) very lightly sprinkled with salt (no problem; I just licked the plate clean afterwards XD), all my usual drugs :P  and one full mug of  water. Thanks also to Rebecca who turned Sunrise on for my viewing pleasure~ Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I ask Rebecca to please gimme some sunscreen and then she walks behind me back to the loo before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast dishes up. Over  the loo I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! 
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into  the passenger seat of Rebecca's car and she kindly  helps me buckle my seatbelt before driving us out to the NAB.
• Getting a smooth run, we've more than ten minutes to poke @ our smartphones before heading upstairs @ 9:50.
• Today Vincente wasn't with me but Ami! It's pronounced hammer without the 'h'!

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 4784. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• At 9pm I walked myself slowly  and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• It's ice cream night tonight,  yay! Like I  say  every week, a very little's better than none~
• Toms: think some agency  carer's helping me  up @ 8am and taking me to the NAB for two hours of  physio with Vincente? Will ask him did the CEs get my email from today about how I stacked it  totally last night. Gosh, I'm  such an arse. >< *sigh*
• After the agency carer leaves, Ari's coming to give Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises.
• Hoping to read for one hour afterwards and watch the 6pm news for  the 178TH time!

 Heylo again and good evening  again! From the top: firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4722 steps;  secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "10 Things 'Yahweh' Means"; thirdly,   TWFT topic's 'The Quickening Of The Holy Spirit'; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Part Of God's Story" and fifthly, Joni's devotional  topic's 'Burst Into  Song' but sixthly and way most importantly, I'm  really still  owed FIFTY-THREE MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

• Wait! Yesterday's final,  final plodding total was 1551 (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD) and I had AWESOME fun    @ our  GG social but I   was an arse who totally stacked it when walking to   Serena's house with  Angie and her sister *cringe*
• Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 8:45am~ (Obviously I had too much fun last night XD)
• Louiza minded me from 9:30am till pm; I took my 8th hike this year around Underwood ark!
• Got home, showered and had a tuna toastie with  TWO slices of cheese and the inside HEAVILY buttered plus a packet of HK-style powdered milk tea for lunch.
• Got my once-yearly eye test from Bupa Optical; Hayley  did my eye test since Daniel's taking paternity leave!
• Hiked to Eight Street with dad hoping we'd get arvo tea but only shared a bowl of chicken katsudon  *sigh*  Still thankful: originally dad said only sushi~
• Got home,  used loo  for one tinkle, read  daily  Bible passages, popped online briefly  and watched the 6pm news.
