Tuesday Post 331b

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 5560. Righteo, just briefly, final, final  events for tonight?

• Used loo for  one tinkle, washed and dried Era, had the usual  breakfast,  did a stinky unspeakable and then went out to Pinelands Plaza to buy groceries from  Coles and buy my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from  the  Pinelands  Bakehouse. Aunty Nancy told me that she's holidaying overseas (America/Vietnam) for  the next three weeks!
• Got home, used  loo for one tinkle then enjoyed my crunchy pork bahn mi plus one huge mug of white tea (sadly without any sugar) for lunch.
• NAB physio for   two  hours with Vicente: Thirty barefoot Elf sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift, ten more sit-to-stands with forward hip thrust, one thumb war for Ela, stepping for Erf with more left weight shift and three uphill walking loops
• Got home, showered, read for one hour,   watched the 6pm   news for  the 176TH time.

• All the interesting surnames I  saw while watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine’s, read by Melissa Downes and Joel Dry) for the 176^TH time: Geran, Schrinner, Millward, Ryan, Wright, Wilson, Basheer (heard), Todhunter, Cameron (heard), Selby (heard), Te Awhitu, Croucher, Bateman, Thorpe, Hanson-Young, Caddell, Butler, Burrows, Ossip, McKenna, Bell, Trump, Temanit, Butler, D’Alessandro,  Bradley, Young, de Jersey, Bowen, Grande, Sinclair, Diggins, Dobbin,  Horsborough (heard),  Barnett (heard),Ellison, Fletcher, Sulston, Neary (first name), Jakob (first  name), Funk, King (heard), Daley (heard),Ty, Volodomyr (first name, heard), Eala, Pegula (heard), Fritz (heard),Cooper, Berry, McClucaggage, Berry (heard),Jayden (heard), Marinos, Neuendorf, Campbell, Elias (heard),Walker (heard), Toia (heard), Slater (heard),Zelenskyy (heard), Pullar, Phipps, Shannon, Hansard, Dyer and MacLeod. Brett MacLeod read the finance report (1UD= 70.15USc), Aislin Kriukelis read the sports report and Luke Bradnam read the weather report from Carrara. Brisbane was 10-24 today.  Brisbane toms: 11-25. • Read Bible passages, used loo  for one tinkle, drank soup, took bowl to sink,  returned online and used loo for one more tinkle  @ 9pm.
• Toms: PIG mum says she'll help me up and go somewhere before some agency carer takes me  to  play table tennis @ 1:30pm.
• Mostly I'm excited for Nicole's birthday cake and Angie coming  to pick  me up for our GG group  social potluck;   PIG mum's gonna make the air-fryer tofu  for me!
