Monday Post 323c

 Good evening and potentially one final  greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's potential final,  final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3359 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "There's A Plan" but  thirdly  and way most importantly, I'm  really still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-EIGHT MINUTES online after dinner!! Anyways, just  briefly,  events for today?

• WhatsApp video chat with dearest dad this morning:  Singapore's two hours behind Brisbane; he's having breakfast @ the airport (the hardboiled eggs there are still clear, does that mean still  raw??) and will fly to HK this arvo!
• Saw Ray for some acupuncture and massage.
• Had a tuna toastie with only one slice of cheese for lunch.
• Jacinta came @ 2pm and took me to   Breathe for physio: 1.375km bike ride, forty bar-assissted push ups with left weight shift, forty step ups for Erf with more left weight shift, forty step ups for Elf, forty v-bar cable rows for both hands, forty leg curls for Elf, forty leg curls for Erf, forty leg extensions for Elf, forty leg curls for Erf, tennis ball throwing and catching for Era and boxing! Plus, today's Winnie's BIRTHDAY! She's thirty-six~
• Bought groceries from  the Sunny Park Woolies and enjoyed a soft serve before  going home~
• Took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one  gloopy mouthful of yummy passionfruit, one tasty cracker and TWO big mugs of white tea with sweetener! Clever Jacinta found where sneaky PIG mum hides it~ XD
• Used the loo for two more tinkles @ 5:55pm then signed Jacinta off with my thanks and byes. She's back same time next Monday
• Toms: Louiza's minding me from 9:30am till midday. She's helping me up, we're grabbing groceries from Coles  plus my once-weekly crunchy pork  bahn mi for lunch from  the Pinelands Bakehouse then coming home for lunch. Hoping  she can find the  sweetener else I'll haveta text Jacinta again.    XD
• Peggy's coming @ midday and taking me to the NAB for two hours of physio with a new student! 
• She'll see  me home  and showered before leaving @ 4pm.
