Friday Post 565

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4730 steps (sweet I'm already even over 4.5 grand; that's even less common than   four grand!); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's "For God's Little People"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Traveling Light' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Walking With God' but fifthly and way most importantly I'm really still  owed ONE HOUR and TEN MINUTES online after I  get back from my once-YEARLY trip to Queen Street  Mall with  Lorraine!! Ugh, what a crummy way to end the week. >< *sigh* Anyways, just very briefly, events for today?

• Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like the past two days, nature didn't call until 6:10am~
• Jane helped me up and took me to Breathe for physio: 2.645km bike ride, 40 bar-assisted push-ups, 40 step up for Erf, 40 v-bar cable rows for both hands, 40 leg curls for Elf, 40 leg extensions for Elf, tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing!
• Used the loo for one tinkle then bought groceries with Jane @ the Rochedale Coles.
• Got home and took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jane who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted lunch was a plain tuna toastie with one slice of cheese and one big mug of herbal tea.
• Signed Jane off with my thanks and byes @ 2pm. She's back toms 9:30am till 1pm and will watch some cartoon movie with her boyfriend tonight (a tradie)  about some cat becoming a police officer!
• Cooked a fried rice with Dorrie! Photos are on Facebook~ Had some for arvo tea.
• Lorraine's taking me to Queen Street Mall for my once yearly shopping trip tonight! :D WINDOWSHOPPING, here I come!! 
• Toms: Jane's minding me 9:30am till 2pm. She'll help me up; presuming we'll buy groceries from Woolies Underwood MarketPlace plus my arvo tea honey chicken sushi roll before coming home for a shower and lunch.
• Unsure will table tennis happen @ church toms but planning to spend three hours reading toms; Saturday's the only day I can spend a blessed three hours with my nose buried in a book!
• Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!
