Monday Post 625

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3392 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last might's "Marvelling @ The End Of History'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Know The 'Season' You're In" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A God-Fearing  Woman' but fifthly   and way most importantly, I'm  really still owed FIFTEEN MINUTES online after Angelica minds me  from 3:45pm till 5:45pm!! Anyways, events for today?

• Nature called around 12:30am; after another pot :P  trip  following the Sun's  rising I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Nature calls again just before 9:30am; when the new carer announces her arrival, I bang the door for dad but he's outside and doesn't hear me! 
• Luckily, it's only a few minutes before dad comes back inside; upon hearing the sliding door open I bang the wall again and call dad she's arrived, but you were outside! Dad hurries down the hallway calling "Coming!" and phew, the carer's still outside~
• Dad knocks, opens the door and says hi, Em ... I nod Mini Pearl @ him and dad next says Mia's here now. I nod Mini Pearl @ her too. Dad laughs and says fifteen more minutes, okay? Mini Pearl gives a third nod then gives the 'shoo' motion; dad laughs and tells Mia lemme show you around.
• When Mia returns, I sit up, say good morning and use the loo for one more tinkle. While we're getting me kitted for the day, Mia tells me that she's actually a registered nurse @ the Royal Children's hospital and she's got a shift there this arvo  after leaving my place @ 1:30! She's only twenty-two and lives northside~
