- Physio today: 1.691km bike ride, forty steps for Erf with left weight shift, forty bar-assisted push-ups, forty v-bar cable rows, forty leg extensions for Elf, forty leg curls for Elf, tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing! We arrived early, meaning I had like five minutes to play the newest version of Bejeweled I'm currently playing; when Winnie came for me @ 11am I immediately showed her the AFO photo Peter sent me!
- After one loo trip, (CZ258 unlocks the female toilets but it'd been left unlocked this morning), Jane tootled us off to Rochedale Coles to buy groceries and grabbed a trolley for us. She's unsure should I sit on the self-serve checkout platform where you put your scanned items, but I tell her I've never had any problem and sit.
- Back home, I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jane who rinses out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
