Tuesday Post 609

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1811 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Better Than Money, Sex And Power'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Rescue Me' and fourthly, Our   Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Exchange' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and SIXTEEN MINUTES online after I get  home from Toastmasters tonight!! >< *sigh* Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:35am~
• Louisa helped me up @ 9:45am, took me to Pinelands Plaza to buy my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi for lunch but still no luck persuading PIG mum to  lemme enjoy a Vietnamese iced coffee. >< *sigh*
• Came home for lunch before Louisa tootled me off to the NAB @ UQ.
• Physio with Vien today: Stepping for Erf with left weight shift, sixteen laps along double red mats over block, 24 double leg squats on the tower of power for both legs and 36 single leg squats on the tower of power for Elf. Why I always check that I have a flat surface to walk over: today Vien had me walking over the double red mats and stepping over blocks; Erf cleared it but stupid Elf clipped it when going over; I hopped several times on Erf and would have faceplanted has not Vien caught me! o_O
• Came home for a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Louisa who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, thanks to PIG mum who gave me some rice for  arvo tea otherwise I'd be fretting tonight since I've not had any today! o_O
• Had to hike upstairs to the loo for one tinkle afterwards since silly Louisa forgot to life the loo lid for me. Must remind her to do that on Thursday since she's back taking me to GCCW then the NAB for SPs!
• Toastmasters tonight! *sigh* that I'm only getting an Unhappy meal for dinner ...  *sigh*
• Toms: will PIG mum   REALLY take me to Excellent Cup for shaved ice!! Will prolly haveta buy groceries from Coles and unsure will she gimme any lunch afterwards before Jane takes me to table tennis; fingers crossed for cake!
• Need dinner @ 6:30pm when Jane leaves since someone's gonna gimme a lift for our first GG this year; I'm back with Pastor Peter Pie!
• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing day ahead!
