Em's probable final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 1269, remembering that like 400 of those steps were plodded last night @ Ray's place. D2's probable final, final report for Saturday: 1261 steps also equals 460m or thirty-six kcal. XD Righteo, probable final, final events for Saturday?
-When Annette announced her arrival @ 3:58pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-So a nice warm shower for me today - I washed and rinsed my own hair.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (Annette helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (Annette helped only with Era, my back and both calves) then mostly rekitted myself (Annette helped only with Elf's AFO). After shuffling eight steps so Annette could help tie my shoelaces for me, I went over to the loo for two tinkles, also leaning against the side rail and very slowly, very softly, but most hatefully singing about 1/5 of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
-Afterwards, Annette Forced me to walk out to the kitchen to make my own arvo toastie, Forced me to walk over and turn the kettle on and Forced me to walk back to the counter and make my own mug of tea (by 'make, I mean 'get the cup out and put the teabag in', Annette pours the boiling water herself) before she lemme sit down.
-The mug of yummy jasmine green tea was my fourth and last for today that I could hold 'incorrectly'. Luckily Annette made herself a mug of white tea! When I protested that all the other carers had green tea with me, she replied, "Yeah, well, I don't like your flavoured green teas. Get your mum to find me that rice green tea next time, and I'll drink that."
-After cleaning the bathroom, Annette massaged Ela for nearly forty minutes, painting her something like red, blue and white today.
-Before she left, Annette took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. She's back next Tuesday.
-Oh, Aunty A's coming over for dinner tonight @ 6:30pm; I finally reached her around 5:30pm.
-Toms: again, just church, definitely nothing special.
-Well, the special thing can be our fortnightly SHINE meeting; it's our last bible study for the year!

Saturday Post 146
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 782 steps today (remembering that like 400 of those steps were plodded last night @ Ray's; D2 proudly reports that 782 steps also equals twenty-one kcal or 270m XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Real Rest' and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Doing The Right Thing'. Righteo, let's start off with last night's events first!
-When PIG mum tumbles downstairs from pigland, she immediately and gleefully boots me offline. Thankfully, there's only time for a painful fifteen minute standing calf stretch for poor Elf before it's time for dinner, one more quick toilet trip and it's off to Ray's place I go for small group!
-Lol, Tony arrives the same time that I do; I gesture for him to go up the stairs first, but he waves me forward. "Ladies first," says he. Luckily, I keep my balance, don't fall backward and squash him. XD
-Last night, we watched some DVD called 'Indescribable'. Hey, that's my e-mail address! The speaker was a guy called sth like Louie Giglio, and the really cool thing was that every time he referred to anything in imperial terms, we'd get the equivalent in our terms (like, km, kg, etc.) as subtitles!
-Everyone attended last night, plus one more: mel Cheung! Guess she just stayed with Jeff after dinner; she was wearing this adorable tank top with a puppy dog that said 'Just For You'. Aww! At first, when everybody moved over to the couch, Pole said, "I'll stand behind you, Em." Only I noticed that the couch was already full and besides, I was loath to leave the safety of my plastic armchair, so I just turned the chair ninety degrees to face the television and told Pole that I could see the television just fine. Pole just grabbed a bar stool and sat behind me.
-Afterwards, we all returned to the table and did a worksheet. I had two little chocolates (one mint, one Crunchie) and one hard lemon lolly.
-Pole tootled both Huldah and I home. PIG mum met me at the door, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the kitchen to pour my half cuppa of milk, then booted me off to bed, after the usual nightly routine. ZZZ~
-Today: I used the pot :P once last night and once around 6:05am. Then I spent the ten minutes till 6:05am having e patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied. Actually, before I even did that, the very first thing was tell the cruel and unfaithful God that I can do ALL things WITHOUT Him who only seeks to hurt, harm and hinder me, and also that while He can break my body (like He's already done; I'm physically disabled beyond words ><) and He can bend my mind (like He's also done; my parents always jeer @ me that I don't think properly anymore ><) but my SOUL was NOT FOR HIM to possess.
-Afterwards, Daddy bear and I cuddled and snored, me waking up once @ 7:30am to kiss PIG mum goodbye and use the pot :P once more when she left for work. After she'd gone, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. Then Daddy bear and I cuddled and snored some more, me waking twice more for the pot :P before Rhi came @ 10am.
-After giving me fifteen more minutes, she got me up and kitted, then Forced me to walk out to the bathroom where I brushed my teeth. Thanks to Rhi who squirted some toothpaste for me.
-next, I drunk one mug of water holding the cup 'incorrectly' then went and did a stinky unspeakable, also leaning briefly against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel.
-Afterwards, I went over to wash and dry Era, before Rhi Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table, where I made myself a yummy ham and egg sandwich for breakfast. Thanks to Rhi who added one slice of cheese for me, and who cooked the bread yummy. The yummy mug of tea, white and two, was my second to hold 'incorrectly', and yes, I sucked the teabag once. XD
-I had just begun to revise my Canto vocab and Rhi had just begun to massage Ela when Aunty Shuk Lai jie jie and Aunty Florence arrived to teach me Canto translation!
-First, I translated some devotion, then we revised vocab I'd learnt previously.
-At midday, Rhi took me once to the loo then made me one mug of warm milo, my third for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-Next, Aunty Florence played dialogue to me through her smartphone and I translated between Cantonese and English.
-Sudden;y, 'twas 1pm! Rhi took me once more to the loo and I signed her off before leaving. I told Aunty Florence and Aunty Shuk Lai jie jie that they could leave too, that I was fine by myself, but they were awesome and waited with me until dearest dad returned before leaving.
-We had lunch together; dad had leftovers while Rhi had left me one bowl of yummy fried rice. While eating, I also rang both Aunty Lai and Aunty Nga.
-When PIG mum arrived home, we all shared a mango together! PIG mum was horrid coz she gleefully forced poor Ela to do all the scooping, but I didn't really mind, coz I was sitting down and could fully concentrate.
-After lunch, I went once to the loo then plopped online. Of course, horrid PIG mum gleefully forced me to do everything, but it was enough that she walked back with me to the computer, meaning I was in no danger of being pushed over by the cruel and unfaithful God.
-Annette's coming to supervise my shower @ 4pm.
-Toms: just church, nothing special. Well, the special thing's that there's SHINE fellowship; we're having our last Bible study on John; we've been doing it for like two years!
-Anyways, hopefully bbl, else hope to see everyone @ church toms! Me going for my Naruto fix now. XD

XD Righteo, probable final, final events for Friday?
-When Aunty Lucia announced her arrival @ 4:10pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and welcomed her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-So a nice warm shower for me - I washed my own hair today, but thanks to Aunty Lucia who rinsed it out for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got very lightly creamed and had another tinkle. Aunty Lucia spread aloe vera over my body, and while she yapped, I did another two tinkles. (she really does love talking, I've discovered. XD) Finally, after she rekitted me, I had one last tinkle when she was drying my glasses after washing them for me.
-Aunty Lucia Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table to eat my arvo tea. The dangerous thing was that she didn't follow me! >< Next Friday, I'll ask her for a pinky-promise before I walk out to the gobbling :P table. Luckily, I kept my balance this afternoon and didn't let the cruel and unfaithful God push me over.
-Before she left, Aunty Lucia took me once more to the loo. At first, she was considering waiting with me until the parents came back from picking the 4WD up from Uncle Wah Hung's place, but I reassured her that I'd be fine.

Friday Post 168
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding something significantly over 2325 steps today (after going out last night, I asked PIG mum to please write down the totals for me, coz D2 would automatically reset himself @ midnight; she said "sure" - then clean didn't! >< I didn't even get an apology afterwards, no, of course, it's somehow MY fault that SHE forgot! Anyways, D2 proudly reports that 2325 steps also equals fifty kcal or 920m XD); secondly, TWFT topic's 'Spiritual Warfare (3); thirdly, Joni's devotion topic from last night's 'On His Terms' and fourthly, the spam count for the week's thirty-six but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed FORTY-FIVE MINUTES online after Aunty Lucia leaves!!!! Anyways, let's start with last night's events first!
-Around 5:30pm, dad suddenly boots me offline and orders that I head over to the sofa to watch television. I comply, after first taking myself once slowly and safely to the loo and back, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-So I happily watched the news, unsure of why dad wouldn't lemme prop my feet up on the rest, but hey, no biggie.
-Before leaving for the library, PIG mum got me changed.
-At the library, I went once to the loo, then bid the parents bye. Jen assured PIG mum that she'd drop me back home afterwards.
-Thanks to Katie who made me one mug of tea, white and two, another I could hold 'incorrectly'. She also passed me the bikkie tray, and I took my usual: one of each.
-Poor Amanda couldn't make it last night; she was sick! >< Katie ran the show in her absence; eight ladies attended last night.
-Afterwards, Jen went and borrowed the book for me, then Erika took me once to the loo; I managed fine by myself.
-Jen drives a ute! After I'd gotten myself buckled in, she drove us to Chin Chin Chin for our nearly-end-of-year-dinner.
-Giving me a hand in, I sat between her and Erika, who later revealed that she was seventy-four.
-Like the previous two years, we all ordered one plate, then shared everything. Thanks to Jen who kept my plate and cup filled; she told me to call her 'second mum'. XD
-Only everyone ate so fast and left before I'd even swallowed my last mouthful! XD Jen just laughed and said, "Take your time, no rush."
-When I left, I asked a waitress and was told that Chin Chin didn't have a Chinese name! Huh, no wonder why we all drank cold water and not Chinese tea: they're not legit! ><"
-So Jen drove me home. She works @ the ATO!
-Immediate bedtime for me upon arrival, following the usual nightly events. Well, PIG mum also couldn't resist chucking a mini-cow @ me, but I understood that that was just the cruel and unfaithful God trying to ruin my awesome day so I just totally ignored Him, cuddled Daddy bear and went to sleep.

Over breakfast, I also continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay, and popped all my usual drugs. :P
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the Camry and she tootled me off to UQ for physio.Of course, she gleefully forced poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day; we also listened to Brian Mcfadden's The irish Connection' album all day, too. As for me, I spent most of the trip with both eyes closed, finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Opening them somewhere along Coronation Drive, Era helped Ela stretch for five minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm like seventy-five times, holding each for a count of five.
-At UQ, PIG mum took me once to the loo before kindly leaving me with a Who gossip mag from about August this year before returning downstairs to pay Shyla.
-My new student physio for the next four week's a twenty-one year old guy called Eric from Taiwan. Physio today: ten sit to stands, ten minutes balance master, four laps walking along hallway and fifteen minutes icare.
-Hey, Aunty Lucia should arrive soon, so fingers crossed I can bbl, else afterwards I had some udon @ the Sushi Train, Aunty Lucia will come supervise my shower soon and tonight I'm off to Ray's for small group. Over breakfast, I also continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay, and popped all my usual drugs. :P
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the Camry and she tootled me off to UQ for physio.Of course, she gleefully forced poor Em to buckle her own seatbelt all day; we also listened to Brian Mcfadden's The irish Connection' album all day, too. As for me, I spent most of the trip with both eyes closed, finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Opening them somewhere along Coronation Drive, Era helped Ela stretch for five minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm like seventy-five times, holding each for a count of five.
-At UQ, PIG mum took me once to the loo before kindly leaving me with a Who gossip mag from about August this year before returning downstairs to pay Shyla.
-My new student physio for the next four week's a twenty-one year old guy called Eric from Taiwan. Physio today: ten sit to stands, ten minutes balance master, four laps walking along hallway and fifteen minutes icare.
-Hey, Aunty Lucia should arrive soon, so fingers crossed I can bbl, else afterwards I had some udon @ the Sushi Train, Aunty Lucia will come supervise my shower soon and tonight I'm off to Ray's for small group. Toms, expect a pissy plodding total coz I'm not going out, Rhi's coming from 10am till 1pm then Annette from 4pm till 6pm. Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing weekend!

Thursday post 168
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 1599 steps today (which D2 proudly reports as also equaling thirty-four kcal or 630m XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Spiritual Warfare(2)'. Righteo, events for today?
-Woohoo, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 5:50am, and after one pot :P trip I spent the ten minutes until 6am having to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied. Actually, before I even did that, the very first thing was tell the cruel and unfaithful God that I can do ALL things WITHOUT Him who only seeks to hurt, harm and hinder me, and also that while He can break my body (like He's already done; I'm physically disabled beyond words ><) and He can bend my mind (like He's also done; my parents always jeer @ me that I don't think properly anymore ><) but my SOUL was NOT FOR HIM to possess.
-Afterwards, Daddy Bear and I cuddled and snored, me waking to kiss dearest dad goodbye and use the pot :P once more when he left for work around 7:50am.
-Once he'd left, PIG mum was immediately poking me with "fifteen more minutes." When she came back, I used the pot :P once more for two tinkles, just swinging myself back into bed when I realised I felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the bathroom to brush my teeth (poor Ela), before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-Breakfast was two yummy Weetbix with the smallest amount of honey ever, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Whilst PIG mum was upstairs changing, I also continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay.
-Before leaving, I went once more to the loo and did a stinky unspeakable. Of course, horrid PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but I also leaned briefly against the side rail and finished my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel.
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to Roxanne's car, and we hit Garbo! Luckily, there was a car parking spot available for us. :o)
-Roxanne and I held hands, and I walked up well to the library with her. Grabbing Orson Scott Card's 'Shadows of the Giant', I crashed on the sofa and happily read till about 10:30am, needing a quick dash to the loo around 9:45am.
-Roxanne got Sparkless2 back for me, took me once to the loo, then our first stop was to buy bread. Mindful of the threat that PIG mum wouldn't lemme enjoy one bun for myself if she deemed it too 'large' for her (sheesh! ><"), I picked the ham and cheese croissant.
-Next stop was Woolies for the flossettes. Oh, before that, Roxanne chose me two/three pairs from the Fruits Of Life shop outside Woolies; that came to $1.50.
-Then we went downstairs and I quickly updated on an Ipad, before Roxanne and I went down to Baskins and Robbins for my ice cream! After trying the bubblegum flavour (which was disgusting! XD), I stuck with a single mango waffle cone. Yummy~
-After that, 'twas time for lunch with Anna!
-Lol, we all got chicken: both Anna and I had KFC, while Roxanna got spicy chicken rice from Kofoo.
-After bidding Anna farewell and cya next fortnight (she humours me and says bye to the piece of KFC skin I save for last, unlike Annette XD), Roxanne took me once more to the loo and we visited all the teddies and soft toys from Toys 'R' Us before heading home.
-After I'd switched off the alarm, I went into the bathroom for my nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Roxanne who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
-I had one tinkle before Roxanne flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. Roxanne rekitted me, and I had one last tinkle when she was drying my glasses after washing them for me.
-I went outside and plopped briefly online to await Joey's arrival.
-And did you know, I must've performed well today, coz Joey didn't bash me, not even once, with her big stick! XD
-Roxanne left right @ 2:30, saying she'd come back next fortnight and take me out to Garbo again. Joey finished teaching me pilates, waited for me to use the loo once, then let herself out.
-I had only just read the Word For Today devotion when PIG mum arrived safely home. :o)
-She sat with me and held Ela while I munched arvo tea, half of the yummy ham and cheese croissant I'd bought that morning, plus one yummy mug of jasmine green tea, my mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-PIG mum went with me once more to the loo before I returned online and she headed upstairs, presumably to pigland.
-Tonight I'm going to book club! We're doing Ahn Do's 'The Happiest Refugee' then, even better, we're all going to Chin Chin to celebrate another year of book club over dinner! Jen will gimme a lift back home after dinner. We're very boring: dinner's @ Chin Chin for the third consecutive year!!! XD
-Toms: late morning UQ physio session. Reminder to self: ask Kat when the holidays are coming!!!
-Fingers crossed I can get some yummy lunch ... where? Sunnybank Plaza still hasn't gotten back to me about whether naz and Sultan's Kebabs has reopened yet!
-Aunty Lucia will come supervise my shower around 4pm.
-And I'm off to Ray's for small group toms night.
-Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing end to their week toms!

Wednesday Post 168c
Good evening, and one definite final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 2884 (D2's final, final report: 2884 steps also equals 1.442km or sth significantly over forty kcal and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Humility and Confidence'. Righteo, coz PIG mum's nearly finished plodding her own fifteen minutes, lemme just note down that apart from dinner, PIG mum also gleefully forced mostly Ela on 45+ minutes of stupid exercises for her, gleefully forced poor Elf to endure a painful standing calf stretch, gleefully FORCED :( to plod fifteen minutes on the bloody treadmill for her then demanded I play brain games @ active memory and lumosity with her, but she's finally gone to plod her own fifteen minutes. Me, I can't wait for toms! Firstly, someone's taking me out to Garbo and meeting Anna for lunch, secondly, our monthly book club's happening toms night and thirdly, we're all going to Chin Chin for dinner afterwards! :D Righteo, hope everyone's having a smashing week!

Heylo again, and potentially one final greeting for Wednesday! Firstly, Em's probable final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 1751, remembering that 476 of those steps were plodded last night @ Toastmasters. D2 proudly reports that 1726 steps also equals something very slightly twenty-seven kcal something very slightly over or 590m. XD Righteo, probable final, final events for tonight?
-When Carol announced her arrival shortly before 4pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and welcomed her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-So a nice warm, if limited, shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mostly dried myself (Carol helped only with my back and Era), mostly dried myself (again, Carol helped only with my back and Era) then mostly rekitted myself (Carol helped only with Erf's AFO). Then I went over to the loo for two tinkles, also leaning against the side rail and very slowly, very slowly but most hatefully singing 1/4 of my shorter second-favourite song softly out aloud, closing both eyes for all the important numbers.
-Afterwards, I went over to wash and dry Era, before Carol Forced me to walk out to get my afternoon tea from the fridge.
-Thanks to Carol who gave me literally three drops of soya sauce to enjoy my sushi with. I also made myself one mug of yummy mint green tea, my third, official and last mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-After cleaning the bathroom, Carol massaged Ela for thirty-five minutes, painting her lemon meringue pie colour with custard yellow spots today.
-Before leaving @ 6pm, Carol took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. She's back next Monday.
-Anyways, again, fingers crossed I can bbl after dinner tonight, else hope everyone's having a smashing week!
