Tuesday Post 510

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4658 steps (sweet I'm already over 4,5 grand; that doesn't happen too often! XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Only Enduring Happiness'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Get On The Bus!'  and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Overcoming Evil With Good'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Aww, my awesome sleep streak ended this morning around 12:45am when nature suddenly called! Never mind, hopefully I'll start another one right away~
  • When nature called again following the Sun's rising, after another pot :P trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am, just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before returning outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9am.
  • After PIG mum lets Peggy in, Peggy knocks, pushes open the door and announces good morning. When I flop Daddy Bear's paw @ her, she next announces fifteen more minutes. Another paw flop and she thankfully removes herself, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD
  • When Peggy returns, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted some toothpaste for me. Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then   walked myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Breakfast is one delicious bowl of flaky Special K topped with sliced strawberry and one slice of dry  (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with  salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After breakfast, Peggy accompanies me back to the bathroom before returning to  the kitchen and washing up the breakfast dishes. Over the toilet, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles me off to Breathe for physio. Thanks to Peggy who helps me buckle my seatbelt all day although I'm unsure why she parks in the disabled car park @ the very end of the complex, since you're allowed to park after the first three parks! Doesn't matter~
  • Since we arrived quite early @ Breathe, Peggy and I just played with our mobiles for nearly ten minutes before heading inside @ 10:50pm.
  • Aww, Connor met me @ the front door! I told him I'd show him my medal once I sat down, but after I sat, Shirley demanded to hear about and see it first. XD
  • Physio today: 2.425km bike ride, five minutes treadmill walking at 2.7km/hr, 40 bar-assisted push-ups, 40 steps for Erf. 40 v-bar cable rows for both, 40 leg extensions for, 40 leg curls for Elf, tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing! After I told Winnie I was aiming to walk the 5km Bridge To Brisbane event next year, she had me using the treadmill and decided I   could walk comfortably @ 2.7km/hr but would need to increase my speed to like 4.5km/hr? Wonder how I can learn to walk faster?
  • After one loo trip (CZ258 unlocks the female toilets but 'twas already unlocked when I arrived), Peggy tootled us off to Pinelands Plaza to buy groceries from Coles and get my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi.
  • At Coles, I showed off my medal   to two of the staff that are always there (Peter and that short female checkout chic) and also Aunty Nancy @ Pinelands Bakehouse! She's very observant: she spotted my medal before I could show it to her!
  • Back home, I took my quickest nice hot shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my   hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was my delicious crunchy pork bahn mi and one big mug of delicious Earl grey tea with one milk and one spoonful of syrup; yay, Peggy found where sneaky PIG mum had hid it! XD
  • At 2pm I signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes, but PIG mum kept yapping @ her until 2:03pm before finally letting her leave.  XD
  • Then I got ONE HOUR of free lives playing Royal Match/the game Lorraine introduced me to but I simply can't pass level   199! >< XD
  • Used loo for one tinkle then plopped online.
  • Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit @ the gobbling :P table and read till 5:50pm before using the loo for one more tinkle than online and watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 178TH time!
  • Toms:  PIG mum says she'll me up and take me for walkies somewhere before coming home for lunch, since Tracey's coming @ 1pm and taking me to table tennis and apparently, there's FINALLY gonna be cake!! :D
  • She'll see me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm; after watching the 6pm news for the 179TH time I'll not need to wolf down dinner since it's GG semester break right now!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
    Cheers,
    Em.  ^^
