Saturday Post 328b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 2646 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Down This Hard Path'. Righteo, continuing today's events?

• Over and after breakfast I happily read for thirty minutes, reaching pg. 375 @ 10:31am.
• After Jacinta spread sunscreen over my face and both hands, she walked behind me back to the loo then return to the dining room to close and lock windows.
• After sitting over the loo for one tinkle I washed and dried Era then climbed into the passenger seat of Jacinta's car. She kindly helped me with my seatbelt (as she kindly did all day) then tootled us off to Underwood Marketplace, parking beside the ramp out the front and grabbing a trolley for us.
• First, we both bought groceries from Woolies then we both bought sushi, me for arvo tea and her for lunch.
• Back home, I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is one bowl of rice leftovers, two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey and thanks to Jacinta who tore me little pieces of her yummy fried chicken! I continued reading, reaching pg. 400 @ 12:22pm and FINISHING THE BOOK @ 12:26pm! Huge thanks to Jane who'd grabbed me a new book to read yesterday; this one's set after WWI and about wives searching for missing husbands!
• After PIG mum returned home I sat over the loo for two more tinkles then Jacinta drove me to church to play table tennis with dearest dad, taking me once more to the loo since there was still time. Like I'd told her he would, the moment I entered the room dad demanded I take off the puffer jacket PIG mum had put on me before I'd left with Jacinta. XD
• But dad lemme win in straight sets today; he even lemme win the set that he wanted to win to save face! As usual, I copped several body shots but that doesn't matter since it's nearly Winter, I'm wearing more layers and can barely feel the body shots. XD
• Even better, dad lemme talk to Cherry during the drive home and lemme instruct him to open the sunroof! After closing the sunroof, you've gotta then instruct Chery to close the sunroof shade too, else sunlight still peeps in.
• Back home, I used the loo for one more tinkle, wash and dry Era then happily read the new book until 4:23pm, since it's only Saturdays that I can spend a blessed three hours reading~ This arvo, I paused for a loo trip @ 3:39pm and reached page fifty @ exactly 4:05pm
• Whoops only two minutes left, so super-briefly:
• Did another stinky unspeakable, watched the news, had dinner, drank soup and returned online.
• Hopefully bbl!
