Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1920 steps (so will definitely have cracked two grand before Tuesday ends XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Light Beyond The Light'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Are You Washing Your Nets?' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Fully Dedicated To God' but fifthly and way most importantly, I('m really still owed ONE HOUR and SEVENTEEN MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 95TH time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Woo hoo, 8th consecutive awesome sleep lsdt night! Nature had already called once fractionally before midnight and then Daddy Bear and I happily snored until 6:45am before waking again for the pot!
- After the first daylight pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P once more around 9am, shortly before PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo plus whack a dressing over Elf's ankle before returning outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9:30am.
- Once PIG mum opens the door for Peggy and lets her inside, Peggy knocks, opens the door and states, "Good morning." When Daddy Bear flops a paw @ her saying hi, she next says "Fifteen more minutes." Daddy Bear gives one more paw nod then imperiously flicks his paw @ her "Shoo!" Peggy snorts with amusement but wisely withdraws, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD
- When Peggy comes back, I use the pot: p for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who squirted some toothpaste for me.
- Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who says that she had her two usual fried eggs for her breakfast this morning.
- For my breakfast, PIG mum saved me the last slice of banana bread/cake that I'd recently baked with her! I also popped all my usual drugs :P and drank one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- Breakfast finished, I asked Peggy to please gimme (face and both hands) to gimme some sunscreen then she walked behind me back to the bathroom before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast stuff up. Over the loo proper, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the back of Mr. Thomas' car, since Auto (pronounced Alto) got rock damage and is getting fixed! Thanks to Peggy who kindly helped me buckle my seatbelt all day, although I got in trouble for opening the car door slightly? Will remember never to do that again~
- Our first stop's Pinelands Plaza. Peggy grabs us a trolley and first we buy groceries ttogether from Coles (instead of using self-serve we visit Vicki!) tthen head down to the Pinelands Bakehouse, where I buy my once-weekly cracckling pork bahn mi from Aunty Nancy.
Cheers,
Em. ^^
