Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3128 steps (ha, I'm over three grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Heaven's Relief In The Coming Wrath'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Are You Preparing For God's Blessing?" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Loving Others Through Prayer' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 114 TH time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Aww, what better way than to begin July that with an awesome night's sleep? Nature didn't call until 6:35am and after one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep again coz dearest dad would prolly leave to work @ Aunty Yvonne's place one hour later! But not only that, I remembered my first dream since April the 1st; I'd just been awarded a grant from UQ to research sth! I wonder what topic and how much money I was given??
- Sure enough, when dearest dad very thoughtfully walks silently down the hallway and unpops the lock into the garage I'm awoken for another pot :P trip, before I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- After dearest dad kisses me bye, retucks me back into bed and leaves for renovation work @ Aunty Yvonne's and Uncle Stephen's place, Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am shortly before noisy PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give Elf's ankle a very brief rub (since she'd ignored the poor foot last night) before letting Angelica inside @ 9:30am.
- When Angelica knocks, opens the door and cheerfully bids me good morning, I flop Daddy Bear's paw @ her. When she squees how cute the bear is, I nod him to agree with her statement. Then she remembers to give us fifteen more minutes and leave us in peace, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD
Cheers,
Em. ^^
