Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1564 (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Ruler Of All Nature'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'The Five Crowns (2)'; and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Aristotle @ The Table' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FOURTEEN MINUTTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 162ND time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Yay, 5th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:25am and after one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep, since I knew PIG mum would get very noisy again @ 7am!
- Actually, I fell back asleep so soundly with Daddy Bear that I didn't wake again until PIG mum opened my bedroom door! I immediately used the pot :P for one tinkle, she hit me with the eye goo then helped me exceedingly slightly with the tops before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. Whilst doing so, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* Actually nature actually called fractionally before midnight, but I didn't check the time again after I'd used the pot. :P again. XD
- PIG mum returned to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- I just realised PIG mum didn't gimme my once-weekly fried egg; will ask for it for dinner tonight!! Breakfast was one bowl of plain porridge with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado and hopefully sprinkled with some salt, all my usual drugs :P and one huge mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the loo, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- Once Sharon arrives, PIG mum yaps @ her for a while before letting us leave but we make good time~ Only it starts raining while we're wheeling me to the court and the disabled toilet's locked! >< Hence why Sharon helps me once to the normal female bathroom on arrival, after I check in.
- Unfortunately, I lost my first match to Chris three sets to one. >< I grouse @ him we were meant to play doubles together and win; who said you could beat me in singles?! >< But Kim said don't worry; Em'll be right after some chocolate cake~ XD
- That chocolate cake fortified me enough to win Jaewon in straight sets! :D Prolly coz Sharon got me seconds. XD Lunch was a chicken and ham salad roll; when Nicole's dad which did I want I replies can't decide; you please choose for me and he replied I'll give you both! Very impressed that there was a slice of cheese too!
- For doubles I played with Chris again! Unfortunately, we didn't win the blue ribbon again; we came third. Turns out he's twenty years older than me.
- Had a smooth run home; just reached Gaskell Street when dearest dad Whatsapp video called me, saying he'd reached Shenzhen!
- Got home and took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Sharon who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one delicious nashi pear (PIG mum bought a box for me from Costco for me; I thought they didn't come into season until December!), one plain cracker and thanks to Sharon who fed me two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey after PIG mum gave me one and then hit pigland upstairs.
- At 4:55pm I sat over the loo once more for two tinkles while PIG mum signed Sharon off and shooed her away. She's only twenty-seven, celebrating her friend's 30TH birthday with her over dinner @ some fancy steakhouse in the city and I'll see her again toms like 11am till 2pm.
- Toms: just church, nothing special. Originally, I was super-excited my mobile reminded me that I could have my two-monthly lunch out with other ESS people, but mean PIG mum IMMEDIATELY screeched no, you went out before! ; I don't get to enjoy lunch out with other ESS people until September the 14th. *sigh*
Cheers,
Em. ^^
