Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1104 steps (sweet, I'm over one grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'How Can I Be Filled With The Spirit?'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Problems? Draw Closer To God' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The List Is Life' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FORTY-FOUR MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin(Nine's) for the 38TH time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Woo hoo, 12TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:50am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* Back in bed, before resuming happy snorings with Pearl, I happily whispered to him, "Score, Alfred didn't blow us away last night!" XD
- Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am, shortly before noisy PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. When PIG mum lets herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo, I celebrate with her that Alfred hadn't swept us away and then refuse to put a bra on since I'm staying @ home all day. Let the girls hang free! XD
- After giving myself fifteen more minutes, I get myself mostly independently kitted. Whilst doing so, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- PIG mum comes back to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I drink one tall cup After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, of water before sitting over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- Breakfast's my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dried (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado, one full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and my first big, delicious mug of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey.
- Spent the morning reading! The book title appears on pg. 609 twice and then I FINISHED THE BOOK @ 11:14am!! Thankfully some carer had found me a new book to continue reading and I immediately started reading The Girl That Kicked The Hornet's Nest!
- I happily read that all morning and early afternoon, reaching age twenty-five @ 12:21pm.
- At 12:40pm PIG mum called lunch.
Cheers,
Em. ^^
