Heylo again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post online before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 550 (and perhaps don't expect many more from me; Sunday's looking like my 4th consecutive day @ home); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional from last night's 'Open The Windows Of Your Heart'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Don't Avoid - Engage" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Resting In Christ'. Anyways, events for today?
- Woo hoo, 13TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:20am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P when noisy PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes. Only when I look @ the clock it's already 8:55am! I call PIG mum and ask her to please quickly help with Elf's AFO straps and both laces, since service starts @ 9am! PIG mum says don't worry, the service's prerecorded; you can watch it whenever, but I reply no, Peter Pie says we can Zoom together @ 9am! PIG mum says then just brush teeth before attending service; you can have breakfast afterwards.
- After brushing teeth and sitting over the loo, I boot up the computer and immediately try to join the chat room. Peter Pie lets me in nearly immediately; phew, I only missed the first half of worship.
