Thursday Post 497

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1057 steps (but I'm unsure how I've cracked 1000 steps without even leaving the house today? XD Also unsure why PIG mum won't lemme wear the mobile pedometer >< *sigh*); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Look To Jesus For Your Joy'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Your Past Qualifies You As A Worshipper' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Not 'Easily Offended'. Anyways, events for today?

•  Woo hoo, 10TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like the past few days, nature didn't call until 7:20am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

•  Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am, just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes. Actually, she tried to put a bra on me but, but I refused, saying let the girls hang free since I'm not going out today! XD

• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both shoelaces; after one more pot :P trip (since the downstairs' toilet's outta order; the plumber's coming and fixing it) I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P and yummy flaky Special K with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado and apparently very lightly sprinkled with salt and all my usual drugs :P. Since PIG mum forgot the full cup of water, I obviously wasn't gonna ask her for it; I just quickly took each pill with a spoonful of milk. XD Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• Karina arrived several late several minutes late today (traffic). I told her we were cooking today and then hiked upstairs to my toilet. Unsure why PIG mum wouldn't let her follow me, but all the better for me: I leant fully against the rail and hugged the wall while going up. XD There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

• After visiting my upstairs bathroom to wash and dry Era, I hugged the rail heading back downstairs and told Karina, ready to cook!

• Today we made cheesy pasta bake! First, I stood @ the stove and boiled the pasta; sitting back down I spread al foil over the baking tray, poured the drained pasta into the tray, spread it and added cheese!

• While that was baking, I headed into the bathroom for a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Karina who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

• Dried, creamed and rekitted I returned outside and started playing the HP version of Bejeweled - I've already passed like four levels today! Karina cleaned the bathroom before leaving @ 12:15pm, presuming she's back next Thursday for GCCW!

• Lunch was one delicious bowl of the pasta I'd made with Karina plus one huge mug of delicious vanilla chai although unfortunately without any sweetener. 

• Afterwards, I took the cup over to the sink, used the loo for one more tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day I'll use the loo for one tinkle and then sit @ the gobbling :P table to wait for PIG mum to gimme some arvo tea. Hoping to finish The Second Sunrise; Karina has already found me a new book to start!

• PIG mum had better remember to gimme dinner while I'm watching the news for the 36TH time coz 7pm begins coverage of the Broncos' season opener! 

• Best of all, it's ice cream night tonight; like I say every week, a very little's better than none @ all!

• Toms: Albert's arriving @ 2am! That's why I'm listening to Ronan Keating's "If Tomorrow Never  Comes": If Tomorrow Never Comes ... You May Presume I Got Blown Away By Alfred ... XD

• Mostly just frustrated that Michelle's gone and cancelled support. >< The weather may be alright; we're further south than Albert's estimated arriving place! >< *sigh*

• Hopefully won't haveta hike upstairs toms; should Wally come to hisa senses/PIG mum gimme back my mobile pedometer I may have a correct (if pissy) plodding  total to report

• Looking forward to reading for one hour and watching the 6pm  news bulletin for the 37TH time!

• Anyways,  hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing end to the week toms!
