Tuesday Post 483

 Good afternoon! Why I'm peeved: did lotsa walking today, firstly for Free Cone Day and then long hallway walking @ the NAB, but stupid Wally's only given me 598 steps! >< But John Piper's' devotional topic's What It Means To Pray For Your Enemy'; TWFT topic's "Let's Respect Our Differences" and our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Bearing With One Another" but way most importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY-SEVEN MINUTES online after I get home from Toastmasters tonight!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:30am, and after one pot :P trip,  I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P around 9am, shortly before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing but the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns to finish with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast was three yummy dry (no honey) Weet-Bix sprinkled very lightly with some Cornflakes with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toiast very lightly spread with some avocado and hopefully sprinkled with  some salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• PIG mum lets Asha inside @ 9:30am and sets down the day's tasks for her. Once I've finished breakfast, Asha covers me with sunscreen and then walks behind me back to the bathing before returning to the kitchen and washing up the breakfast stuff for me. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Asha's car. Asha helps me with my seatbelt (as she kindly does all day) before tootling us off to Pinelands Plaza, where she grabs a trolley for us.
• Today we don't buy groceries @ Coles but only grab my lunch crunchy pork  bahn mi from Aunty Nancy since we're next off to Sunnybank Plaza for Free Cone Day!
• Just our luck: the last disabled park upstair's available, phew! Although going down the escalator I notice that the ascending one's outta order. >< *sigh*
• Free Cone Day doesn't start until midday, so I sit just outside the entrance and wolf down my bahn mi before joining the queue that's already formed waiting for midday! Asha checks for me: it's 11:39am.
• Huge thanks to Asha who holds hands gently with Era while we're lining up. After we've hiked up the ramp and entered the winding line, I'm trying to place the very familiar woman waving enthusiastically @ me? Then I look beyond her and recognise Kwany! Oh, it's Aunty Peggy; they've brought Daniel and Hannah to experience Free Cone Day! I try and offer Hannah a high five but the little darling's shy, aww~
• I ask for a big scoop of cookies and cream while Asha gets salted caramel! Back seated in the car, she takes a proper photo for me and then we happily slurp away while she tootles me off to the NAB.
• After one loo trip, I hike into the NAB. Mrs. Hoppie's there! She directs me to sit and wait in the dizzy room while she finalises things with the student.
• Phillip's twenty-seven, from China and a GEM since he did exercise physiology first.
• Physio today: Eight laps long hallway walking, stepping for Erf, left weight shift and four mini squats with forward weight shift and leaning. Mrs. Hoppie'll be here the next two/three Mondays since Elaine the Scottish lady's busy.
• After one more loo trip Asha tootled me home for a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Asha who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

Monday Post 483f

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! With a final, final plodding total of 3550, lemme just cover final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared the She Reads Truth daily devotional before sharing Facebook memories.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once moore slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: PIG mum'll help me up first, since Asha's not coming till 10am. We'll buy groceries from Pinelands Coles but then head straight to Sunnybank Plaza and wait for midday coz that's when Ben And Jerry's Free Cone Day starts! If I'm outta time, Asha will take me to the NAB for physio first before coming back to wait in line...
• Else I'll  get Nisha to take me when she comes to take me  to Toastmasters @ 5:30pm! Determined to get my free ice cream!! <3
• But a pissy little Unappy Meal  for dinner ... *sigh*
• Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing day toms!

Monday Post 483e

 Good evening! Firstly, I've already logged in Monday's plodding total @ 3550 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Will God Give Up on You? Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• After taking the bowl over to the sink, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• When the new carer announced her arrival precisely @ 3:30pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Lorraine's from Kenya/Zimbabwe (so chocolate-coloured) and only one month younger than me!
• So a nice hot shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Lorraine who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one yummy banana, one plain cracker and one huge mug of green tea with HONEY added! Tasted weird. XD
• Happiness was reading for one hour (today I reached pg. 400 @ 4:08pm and reached pg. 425 @ 4:58pm before having nearly twenty minutes to play Jewels~
• Sat over the loo once more for two tinkles before Lorraine left; she's back same time next Monday.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the SIXTIETH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:21pm, I used the loo for one tinkle before walking myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Dinner: yummy leftover noodles, rice, lotsa yummy cauliflower, lotsa soup carrot and like two little cubes of chicken.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowlful of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely baxck online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip with my final, final plodding total for the day, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening  toms, else wishing everyonew a smashing Tuesday toms!

Monday Post 483d

 Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, I've already logged in Monday's plodding total   @ 3550 (ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand XD) but secondly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed     EIGHTEEN MINUTES online after I   watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 60TH time!! Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

• Breakfast is one bowl  of the less yummy (so sticky) bird food  (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD) very lightly sprinkled with some my breakfast cereal of choice for when I was back in the insane asylum XD) with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast erratically spread with avocado and hopefully sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Since poor PIG mum says she's still suffering from some viral infection, she sends dad to take me to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage!
• Unsure why dad insists we leave so early hence why dad didn't even go onto the driveway but just pulled over on the road! Only Ray somehow spots the car, comes over, raps on the left rear window and says come in!
• After using the loo for one tinkle, I lay down for some acupuncture. It's really awesome how we have an actual conversation where we all take turns speaking; usually it's just PIG mum yapping, Ray making affirmative sounds and me dozing! XD
• After another bathroom trip, dad tootles us back to the Warrigal Square Woolies for shopping. Unfortunately, he won't lemme push the trolley with him and sends me out front with Sticky, but thankfully I don't stack it~
• Back home, there's some woman from Provide Another Mother cleaning my bathroom and bedroom for me; yes, some lady came for a meeting last week!
• Dad cooked yummy fried rice for lunch! That was washed down with one huge mug of some herbal tea.
• After taking the bowl over to the sink, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and saf - bbl!

 Good afternoon!  Firstly, I'm logging in last Monday's plodding total (3550) for today (since Wally suddenly went silly but he'll   come back toms) but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed FORTY-SEVEN MINUTES online after the new carer leaves and I   watch the 6pm news for the time!! Righteo, continuing today's events?

• Dried, creamed and rekitted, I happily   watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 59TH time.  All the things I like recording   are in the previous post.
• Had dinner with just dad @ Ho Lin   Wah! Brought   back leftovers for PIG mum.
• Used loo once more @ 9pm then read for another like twenty-four minutes since I like reading for @ least one hour each day where possible.
• Toms: seeing   Ray for some massage and acupuncture @ like 10/11am but unsure who's taking me, since PIG mum hasn't been well today.
• But will hopefully grocery shop and aisle walk   before coming home for lunch, else expect a super-pissy plodding total   from me.
• Hopefully Michelle will email toms and lemme know all the TBAs for my roster this week else I'll  haveta ring her   and find out who's coming   4-6pm for   personal care.
• But hoping to read for another hour and watch the 6pm news for the 60TH time!

Sunday Post 483c

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 3314 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Dead Shall Rise'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• With one yummy gloopy mouthful of passionfruit, one plain cracker and one delicious mug of powdered HK-style milk tea coffee (since PIG mum forgot to gimme one Thursday) I happily read The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest for one hour, reaching pg. 375 @ 4:56pm.
• When PIG mum ordered me off to take my quickest shower, I noted down that I hoped to read for twenty-four minutes later and obediently headed into the bathroom.
• So a nice hot most quick shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. Since I was showering my quickest, I only sang my shorter second-favourite song softly, slowly but most hatefully aloud five times.
• I had one tinkle before I tapped the nice hot water off and   called PIG mum back. Since she'll not even dry my back for me anymore after   she passed me the towel, I   did everything until my bra strap needed doing up, Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2133 steps (ha, I'm over two grand XD); secondly, John piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Books @ The Judgement'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "The Grandfather's Mistake Became The Grandson's Miracle" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Hospitality In Jesus'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:05am and after one pot :P trip I immediately   tried falling back asleep; maybe I'd reach a light sleep before PIG mum   disturbed me!

• Speaker today was Winston   with a sermon on the Hero/Zero    series; his sermon today was about Daniel.
• ESS had lunch   together @ some Japanese restaurant but dad wouldn't let Peter Pie take me! >< Lunch @ HJ's for us.
• Got home, used loo for one tinkle and plopped online.
• Watch the match replay from the Broncos vs.  Tigers match last night! Gonna read match report after match   report and bask in their   glory, now.    XD
• Toms: seeing Ray   for some massage and acupuncture but PIG mum's unsure will    she, since she's still not feeling well.
• Whoever takes me will    also hopefully   take me grocery shopping and aisle walking afterwards, else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me.

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 2922. Aww, sorry, not quite 3000. Another day, I'm sure! XD Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• After I returned online, I tuned into ABC radio, coz they provide live commentary of NRL matches and the Broncos are playing the Tigers tonight! We won convincingly and the match highlights are already up, but I'm gonna wait until toms and watch the full match replay.  Also looking forward to reading match report after match report and bask in the Broncos' glory. XD
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: just church, definitely nothing special. The  parents had better lemme enjoy lunch out with other ESS people after lunch since  I've not enjoyed any meal  out this week yet  with my peers but they both will toms!
• Toms I'm  also looking forward to reading match report after match  report, basking in the Broncos' glory and also watching the full  match replay!

 Heylo  again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 2836 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Love Of Christ'. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

• Once I'd used up my most important two hours online, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat @ the gobbling :P table to await arvo tea and hopefully finish Sam Neill's memoirs!
• The calamari katsu was strange but yummy! I also enjoyed one mug of delicious vanilla chai~
• Happiness was reading all the way till 6:05pm, since I like reading for three hours come Saturday where possible! Today I finished pg. 425 @ 5:24pm and FINISHED THE BOOK @ 5:45pm!! Huge thanks to PIG mum who'd kindly passed me the Lifeline Bookfest I'd been reading before last book club; I immediately continued reading that and reached pg. 350 @ exactly 6:00pm!
• Five minutes later I'd happily read for three hours, immediately returned online ana yay, watched the 6pm news from the beginning! • PIG mum says she's not feeling well, hence why she ate dinner by herself. I   didn't mind: both feet happily propped up onto the footstool and Ela rested happily in my lap.
• Dinner was yummy:  rice tonight with lotsa yummy cauliflower, lotsa dearest dad's home-grown hairy melon, some snow fungus, one slice of delicious chicken and one 1/4 chunk of delicious, crumbed fish fillet   dabbed with a spot of mayo, which I obviously saved for last.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup (obviously I remembered to place both legs back onto the floor before asking PIG mum for soup XD); after taking the bowl over to the sink, I walk myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after one last loo  trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final,  final events for tonight plus what's happening Sunday, else looking forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!

Saturday Post 483

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2511 steps (ha, I'm just over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'God Strengthens Us Through Others'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'The Best Is Yet To Come' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A Spiritual Dilemma'. Anyways, events for today?

• Aww, my awesome sleep streak ended last night (really, this morning around 2:45am) but the hilarious thing was that I awoke thinking today was Sunday! @ 9:15am, I awoke and while using the pot, called, "PIG mum, it's 9:15am? Why aren't we going to church? We're already late!" PIG mum stomps around upstairs, enters my room and replies, "You twit. Today's only Saturday. Deb's coming @ 9:30am."XD
• After hitting me with the eye goo, she goes outside and awaits Deb's arrival. I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Once PIG mum lets Deb in, she knocks, opens the door and calls good morning. When I wave Pearl @ her, she bids good morning to Pearl too, before giving me fifteen more minutes.
• When Deb comes back, I use the pot :P for one tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth before sitting over the loo for one tinkle.
• After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Deb.
• Deb fries me my once-weekly egg still slightly runny, and while she won't cook the bread with butter does add one slice of cheese for me! I  also  drink one huge mug of water, pop all my usual drugs :P and enjoy my first big mug of white tea with two teaspoons of sugar. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• I also happily read Sam Neill's memoirs for thirty minutes first up, reaching pg. 350 @ 10:29pm.
• Before leaving, I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Deb's car. Wonder why she helps me pull my seatbelt around but requests I buckle it in?
• Deb tootles us off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown and finds parking along level two. After grabbing a shopping trolley for us,bshe takes me once to the loo before we head into the library, I grab some book called Bright Shining by Julia Baird, plop into a squashy magenta sofa and happily read that for twenty pages while Deb went and brought groceries for PIG mum.
• Back home I took a nice warm shower half quick - hairwash today. Thanks to Deb who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, Deb reheated me tasteless rice leftovers for lunch, except they weren't tasteless since she added oyster sauce for me! XD I enjoyed another mug of white tea with one spoonful of honey.
• Before Deb leaves @ 1:30pm I sit over the loo for two more tinkles. Unsure why dad signs Deb off and shoos her away before I'm done over the loo, but hey.
• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Once I've used up my most important two hours of the day online, I'll use the loo for one tinkle then sit @ the gobbling :P table to  enjoy my sushi roll (I chose some new odd one)  and hopefully   read for another 2.5 hours, since it's only Saturday that I get to spend a blessed three hours with my nose buried in  a book! Actually, maybe I'll even finish the Sam Neill's memoir! Will willingly not watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 58TH time for that!
• Toms: just church, nothing special. The parents had better lemme out for lunch with other ESS peoples afterwards since I've only eaten @ home every meal all week, what with Toastmasters not being on. Surely, it's only fair: PIG mum goes out with her aunty friends for morning tea every Sunday morning and dad goes out with his mates for arvo tea after they play badminton; surely, I'm not asking too much to enjoy lunch out with my ESS peers after service?
• Anyways, hopefully bbl else looking  forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared my Facebook memories.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: the roster says Olivia's minding me from 9:30pm till 1pm but how come I vaguely recall Michelle emailing recently and saying Deb's coming instead?
• Hoping PIG mum'll lemme have an early lunch from Ho Lin Wah before coming home and showering; since table tennis isn't happening, I'm planning to sit and read the Sam Neill memoir for three hours/till the end!
• But will hopefully watch the 6pm news for the 58TH time!

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for tonight now stands @ 4559 (ha, I'm over 4.5 grand: that's even rarer than four grand! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Getting To Know All Of God'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Again, I heard the parents start dinner without me around the weather forecast. After the news ended, I requested permission to join; that given, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy cauliflower, lotsa dearest dad's home-grown hairy melon, two/three small clumps of white fungus and one very small piece (less than 1/3 chunk) of yummy, battered fish fillet with a dab of mayo, which I obviously saved for last.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

Friday Post 483

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3755 steps (so will hopefully have reached 4000 before the night's out); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'How To Respond When You Falter'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'What The Bible Teaches Us About Money (5)' and fourthly, "Our Father's Treasures" but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed THIRTY-THREE MINUTES online after Sin comes and gives Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises!! Anyways, events for today?

• Aww, what better way than to finish the week with my 2nd consecutive awesome sleep? Nature called when the noisy garbage truck woke me THUNDERING down the road @ 6:50am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. • After PIG mum opens the door for Peggy @ 9:30am, Peggy knocks, pushes open the door and announces good morning. When I nod Pearl @ her, she next states "Fifteen more minutes." Another nod and she thankfully removes herself; phew, since Pearl's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
• When Peggy returns I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted me some toothpaste.
• Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who tells me that she had two hardboiled eggs with salt for breakfast.
• For my breakfast, I munvh one bowl of plain Cheerios sprinkled very lightly with some Minus :P, one slice of dry  (unbuttered) toast spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. • Physio today: 1.791km bike ride,  36 leg-assisted pull-ups,  36 steps for Erf,  26 v-cable rows for both hands,  36 leg curls for Elf,  36 leg extensions for Elf,  tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing!
• After one loo trip (CZ258 opens the women's toilet and the second cubicle's an ambulant one) Peggy tootled me off to the Warrigal Square Woolies and we bought groceries together after she grabbed a trolley for us.
• Back home, I took not nice hot most quick (for the second consecutive day) shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one salmon in tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese, HEAVILY buttered and one huge mug of delicious vanilla chai sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar, score!
• At 1:55pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles before saying my thanks and byes to Peggy who's back next Friday but not the Friday after since that's Easter Friday!
• Sin's not coming to give Ela one hour of unfunctional hand exercises until like 3:45.
• Hoping to read Sam Neill's memoirs for one hour afterwards and watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for 57TH time!
• Toms: originally I thought Fiona was taking me to Australia Zoo tomorrow but no, that's NEXT Saturday!
• Olivia's minding me from 9:30am till 1:30pm. Wonder where PIG mum'll send us to buy my arvo tea sushi roll, will dad take me to church to play table tennis with him @ church and will I get the chance to read for three hours and watch the 6pm news for the 58TH time?

• At 9pm I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!
• Toms: Peggy's coming @ 9:30am and taking me to Breathe for physio @ 11am. Presuming we'll buy groceries from Warrigal Square Woolies afterwards.
• After Peggy leaves @ 1:30pm (can't remember when thirty minutes was shaved off the shift; I swear she used to end @ 2pm?) I'll plop online since I don't think Sin's coming to give Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises till 3:45pm.
• Looking forward to munching arvo tea and reading Sam Neill's memoirs for one hour after she leaves; also hoping to watch the 6pm news for the 57TH time!

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 4128 (hey, that was our postcode back when we lived in Shailer Park!)  and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Sow In Tears'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Lol, Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown was busy today; Queenie didn't find a park for us until level four!
• But she grabbed a trolley for us and we bought groceries from Coles first before buying more from Woolies downstairs.
• Back home, I showered my quickest - hairwash today. Also thanks to Queenie who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one huge mug of yummy vanilla chai (pity Queenie couldn't find where sneaky PIG mum had hidden the sweetener *sigh*), one yummy banana and two/three digestive biscuits.
• At 5:15pm I went to sit over the loo for two more tinkles before Queenie left @ 5:30pm. Suddenly, the parents arrived home, and lucky Queenie immediately left @ 5:20pm.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 56TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:05pm I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa lettuce, lotsa dearest dad's home-grown hairy melon and a lil bit of PIG mum's delicious eggy meat brisket.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Like I say every week, a very little's better than none @ all~
• Toms: Peggy's minding me 9:30pm till 1pm.  She's taking me to Breathe for physio @ 11am and then I'm presuming we'll buy groceries somewhere before I get home for a shower.

 Potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 4005. Ha, I'm just over four grand; that doesn't happen often! Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

• When Karina hadn't arrived by 2pm I thought strange but Michelle suddenly rang @ 4:02pm saying Karina's battery's gone flat; someone's coming @ 2:30pm instead!
• When the someone arrived @ like 2:24pm, both PIG mum and I answered the door. I used the loo once while PIG mum told Queenie what we'd do this arvo; once Queenie moved her car up the driveway I climbed into the passenger seat, PIG mum miraculously helped me with my seatbelt (she only ever does that when someone's around to see what a 'good' mum she is XD) and Queenie tootled us off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown. Lol, she guessed I was only twenty! "Next next year I'll be double that age," I laughed in response to her guess, "But thanks, you're my new best friend." XD

 Good afternoon! Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ only 680. Still haven't left the house yet~ Anyways, continuing today's events?

• When dearest dad summoned me over for lunch around 12:15pm, I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Lunch was some rice leftovers with lotsa lettuce, 1/4 chunk of garlic bread and a sliver of pizza about pointer finger thick.
• Over lunch, dad Whatsapp video called Uncle Cheesecake! Good news: he's getting released from hospital this arvo~
• While they were still talking, I excused myself and returned online to get out of taking the plate over to the sink. XD
• Unsure where PIG mum's gone off to, but she'd better get home before 1:30pm, since that's when Karina's coming and dad's got some follow-up appointment somewhere!
• Fingers crossed PIG mum'll lemme have arvo tea with Karina @ Ho Lin Wah after we buy groceries for her from Pinelands Coles; I've not had a chance to enjoy a meal out yet this week but she and dad both will this Sunday! 
• Looking forward to reading Sam Neill's memoirs for one hour and watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 56TH time.
• Best of  all, it's ice cream night toms night; like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all! Even better: think PIG mum bought a new little tub of some fancy flavour!

XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 478 steps (since obviously, I've not left the house yet); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's  ; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'What The Bible Teaches Us About Money (4)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Not Grumbling Against God'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:50am, and after one pot :P trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pearl  and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am shortly before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with  the eye goo  and help exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both shoelaces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth.That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast is one bowl of the less yummy 
  (so sticky) bird food very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P with one slice of toast spread very lightly with butter and strawberry jam, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  When nature suddenly calls @ 11:40am, I visit the loo once more.
• Fingers croossed that when mother gets back home we can eat lunch out together; feels like I've not enjoyed a Thursday lunch out since she retired  and cancelled all my Thursday lunch trips!
• Karina's minding me from 1:30pm till 5:30pm, since PIG mum's taking dearest dad out for some medical appointment. We'll grocery shop together but mainly I'm just pissed since she won't lemme have arvo tea out with her! I mean, she gets morning tea out with her mates after church and dad gets arvo tea with his mates after badminton; when will I get to enjoy a meal out?? *sigh*
• Hoping to read for one hour and watch the 6pm news bulletin foor the 56TH time!
• Best of all, it's ice cream night tonight; like I say every week, a very little's better than none @ all!

Wednesday Post 483e

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3816. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, I read and shared the She Reads Truth daily devotional plus my Facebook memories before having five minutes to happily play Jewels.
• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: fingers crossed PIG mum helps me up not too late and takes me for walkies somewhere before Karina comes and minds me from 1:30 till 5:30pm since she's taking dearest dad to some appointment.
• Actually, fingers crossed she'll let Karina take me out for arvo tea from Ho Lin Wah since there's no way she'll lemme enjoy a late lunch; I'll not even try asking! XD Really disappointed we couldn't have lunch @ Eight Street this arvo. >< *sigh*
• Unsure how long I'll get to read for (I always try for @ least one hour each day) but hoping  to watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 56TH time!
• Best of all, it's ice cream night toms night; like I always say every week, a very little's better than none @ all!
• Anyways, hope everyone's having a smashing week!

 Good evening again! Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3736. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

• Suddenly dad sat on the couch and switched YouTube on! "Dad, I'm watching the news!" I groused.  'Change it back!" But he wouldn't, meaning I had to haul myself back to the computer to watch it. >< *sigh*
• At 6:30pm I signed Holly off with my thanks and byes. She's back same time next week.
• Once the news ended I returned online, asking PIG mum to please call me over for dinner. At 7:30pm I repeated the reminder.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner @ 7:39pm, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa lettuce, lotsa dearest dad's home-grown hairy melon, two little slices of chicken and about one spoonful of PIG mum's yummy eggy meat brisket.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink, I walked myself slowly  and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms, else wishing everyone a smashing Thursday ahead!

Wednesday Post 483c

 Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3502 (ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'God Starts What He Finishes." Anyways, potential final, final events for tonight?

• Breakfast is one bowl of Cheerios very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P with one slice of (dry) unbuttered toast  very lightly spread with avocado and hopefully sprinkled with some salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt. Dad tootles us off to Garbo to buy groceries!
• Can't remember did we buy anything from Coles, but we definitely went through ALDI. I was really hoping that we'd have lunch @ Eight Street but no, dad just refuses and tootles us back home. >< *sigh*
• Can't remember what I ate for lunch, but I washed lunch down with one huge mug of green tea.
• After taking the bowl over to the sink, I walked myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.  At 1:55pm I sit over the loo once more for two tinkles and then climb into Holly's car, who's arrived to take me to table tennis.
• Only we've nearly arrived when Kim rings me! Turns out the lift's outta order; would my carer just drop me off round the back?
• Can't remember the name of the coach that accompanies into the building, but I stand up, descend the three/four steps and then sit back into Sparkless3, kindly brought back down for me by Howard.
• Today I play with Uncle James, Jo, Garry and for doubles, Robyn and Matty. Alas, there's not gonna be any cake until the end of the month! >< XD
• After training, the coach wheels me back outside and I climb back into the backseat of Holly's car.
• Yup, we're stuck mightily in traffic; I happily play the new Bejeweled game that I downloaded on my birthday. XD
• Back home, I showered my quickest - hairwash today. Also thanks to Holly who kindly helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one yummy banana and one huge mug of delicious vanilla chai sweetened with one spoonful of syrup.
• Happily watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 55TH time. All the things I like reading are in the previous post.

 Heylo again, good afternoon and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get the chance to post online before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2722 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Two Of Our Deepest Needs'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'What The Bible Teaches Us About Money (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "All's Forgiven" but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and SIX MINUTES online after I get home from table tennis and watch  the 6pm news for the 55TH time!!  Anyways, events for today?

• Lol, lucky I achieved my 9th week of consecutive awesome sleeps last night! Yesterday evening I was presenting a bit fluey (sneezing, leaky nose, scratchy throat) and sleep wasn't coming; I'd already used the pot :P twice. Then after midnight, not-very-thoughtful PIG mum comes a-THUMPING upstairs to bed and for good measure, STOMPS around for awhile! Nature demands attention and it's 12:15am. Hopefully I'll begin another awesome sleep streak immediately~ *sigh*
• Nature calls again around 6:45am; after another pot :P trip I've just swung back into bed and pulled the blanket over myself when dearest dad comes and kisses me bye! "Where are you going, baba?" I murmur sleepily. Dad replies to pickup  Uncle Tyrone from the airport.

• When nature suddenly called @ 8:45pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 9pm, I   walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms:  hope PIG mum   remembers to help me up no later than shortly after 9am   and take me for walkies somewhere since Olivia's not   coming and taking me to table tennis until 2pm.
• She'll see me home and showered before leaving @ 6:30pm; I'm looking forward to watching the 6pm news for the 55TH time and won't even need to wolf down dinner once she leaves since GG's on term break   right now!

• Olivia tootles us off to Pinelands Plaza (she's never been before) and grabs a trolley for us before we buy groceries from Coles. Peter's behind the checkout; I've not bumped into him for a while!
• Our other stop's the Pinelands Bakehouse, where I buy my once-weekly crunchy pork salad roll from Aunty Nancy.
• Olivia tootles us back home, I use the loo for one tinkle and then enjoy my crunchy pork roll for lunch with one massive mug of delicious vanilla chai sweetened with one spoonful of syrup - yay to Olivia for finding it!
• At 12:15pm I climb back into the passenger seat of Olivia's car, buckle my seatbelt after she pulls it around for me and happily play Jewels while Olivia tootles me off to UQ for my   final NAB physio session with Jacky.
• Physio today: Lay down to get left limbs assessed, stepping for Erf with left weight shift, four laps long hallway walking and one loop walking around. I finally saw Jacky's nametag and understand his choice of English name: his Chinese name's Jia Qi! Today Elaine the Scottish lady told me she'd just had lunch with Mr. Jig-Air (hence why I sent him an email scolding him for not dropping into the NAB and saying hi afterwards XD) and next block I'm back same time so PIG mum won't need to readjust my roster for Michelle.
• Olivia tootles me back home and I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Olivia who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly   shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo   tea was a bunch of sweet green grapes, about half a plain cracker and another huge, delicious mug of vanilla chai sweetened with one spoonful of syrup.   Happiness was reading Sam Neill's memoirs for one hour; today I finished pg. 275 @ 3:43pm and finished pg. 300 @ 4:26pm. At 4pm I signed Holly off with my thanks and byes; she's got a sleepover tonight and will take me to table tennis toms @ 2pm! 
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 54TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.

• Dinner tonight:   rice, lotsa yummy wombok, lotsa sweet soup carrot, lotsa soup potato, lotsa soup onion, like two thin slices of   chicken and one delicious small chunk of crumbed fish dabbed with a little mayo, which I obviously saved for last.
