Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3892 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Help My Unbelief'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Get Alone With God (3)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Standing Firm In Faith' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed NINETEEN MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 100TH time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Aww, what better way to end the week than with my 4th consecutive awesome sleep? Nature didn't call until 7:45am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am shortly before PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9:30am.
- After PIG mum lets Peggy inside, she knocks, pushes open the door and announces, "Good morning." When I wave Daddy Bear's arm back @ her, she next states, "Fifteen more minutes." Another hand flop from Daddy Bear and she wisely removes herself, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD
- Once Peggy returns, I use the pot: p for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted some toothpaste for me. Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who tells me that she had her two usual fried eggs for breakfast.
- For my breakfast, I slurp one bowl of plain porridge mixed with some healthy cereal, one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Pity the parents hadn't left yet meaning Peggy couldn't make me one big mug of hot white tea like she did last week! Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, Peggy covers my face, arm and hands before accompanying me back to the bathroom and then going back to the kitchen and washing up my breakfast dishes. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles me off to Breathe Physio and Pilates for physio with Winnie. Thanks to her who helps me buckle my seatbelt all day.
- Physio today: 2.246km bike ride, 36 leg-assisted pull-ups, 36 v-cable rows for both hands, 36 leg extensions for Elf, 36 leg extensions for Elf, ay for the next five weeks.
- After I used the ambulant cubicle in the normal ladies loo (CZ258 unlocks it), Peggy tootled us off to Rochedale Coles and grabbed a trolley for us before we bought groceries together. I like going there with her since she lets me sit down besides the self-serve checkout machine while she scans our items; unsure why dad insists I stand?
Cheers,
Em. ^^
