Monday Post 498d

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 4571. Sweet I'm just over 4.5 grand; that's even rarer than four grand! XD Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• Att 4:40pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles and the sign Angelica off with my thanks and byes @  5:43pm. Sure, she left two minutes early but that's coz she's late for her jiujitsu class.
• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 99TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner around 7:30pm, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa some green vegetable, lotsa soup potato, lotsa soup carrot, lotsa soup tomato, lotsa soup onion and three pre-marinated slices of surprisingly tasty chicken.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• At 8:30pm I had to let PIG mum gleefully force poor Ela on one set of those FitMi exercises. That took twenty-five minutes tonight.
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Daisy's coming @ 9:30am and helping me up. Presume we're buying groceries from Pinelands Coles, my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse and coming home for lunch.
• At 12:15pm Daisy's driving me to the NAB where I've got physio with ... can't remember. XD But Daisy will see me home and showered before leaving @ 4pm.
• Will haveta skip reading; after wolfing down arvo tea I've gotta pop online since Nisha's taking me to Toastmasters @ 5:30pm!
