Monday Post 613d

Good afternoon again and potentially one final greeting for Monday! Em's potential final, final plodding total for today now stands @ 2272. Aww, how come I couldn't have plodded fifty steps fewer; 2222 steps would've looked cooler! XD Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

  • After breakfast I walk myself slowly and safely back to the loo, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. First I read the day's Bible passages then tootle online for myself after using the loo for one more tinkle.
  • When the parents summon me over for lunch, I note the time down then walk myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Lunch is two tiny slices of oven-baked pizza, 1.5 slices of deliciously crunchy buttery garlic bread and one huge mug of delicious Chinese tea.
  • After lunch, I take my plate over to the sink then return briefly online before using the loo for one more tinkle then climbing into the backseat of Cherry - dad's taking us to the Hyperdome!
  • My main disappointment's that the parents wouldn't lemme use Sparkless3 (my manual wheelchair) when we got there, thus denying me the chance to window-shop. *sigh* Just over twenty years ago, when we still lived in Shailer Park, we'd go there nearly every Thursday for the late-night shopping!'
  • First we bought groceries from Woolies and then we headed for dad's favourite shop: Donut King! XD
  • But 'twas closed for Easter Monday! >< I was super-pissed that I'd hiked all the way there for nothing but luckily dad spots a Boost Juice in the distance and says I'll get a mango magic for us; you two sit down. PIG mum and I head to the closed JP table where there's two armchairs, one already occupied by a singlet and thong-wearing, heavily tattooed man. As I slide into the table I trip and cause a clatter bur regain my balance and safely sit; after I'm down the singlet and thongs tattooed guy laughs and tells me, "I thought I'd haveta jump up and save you!" I laugh back and bid him a Happy Easter. XD
  • While PIG mum's window shopping and dad and I are poking @ our mobile phones, suddenly Nsync's 1999 hit It's Gonna Be Me airs over the sound system and even though it came out in 1999 - more than 1/4 CENTURY ago, I can still sing the song word for word! Phew, goes to show that while the cruel and unfaithful God's shot my short-term memory to sh*t, my long-term memory's thankfully mostly still intact.
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
