Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1522 steps (ha, I'm just over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Paul's Salvation Was For You"; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Stay True To The Truth Of God's Word" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Restoration Efforts'. Anyways, events for today?
- Nature called once around 12:45am; after another pot :P trip around 6:10am, I immediately fell back asleep since I knew PIG mum would get very noisy one hour later!
- Instead, I fell back that deeply asleep I didn't wake again until PIG mum let herself into my room and hit me with the eye goo! After she helped me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap and laying out the tee (that I immediately struggled into) she left me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes and using the pot :P once more first. Whilst doing so, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Breakfast is one dry (no honey) Weet-Bix very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P and Milo cereal, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt (what I do all day). PIG mum tootles us off to church and parks outside our service hall. I hike up the ramp, use the second cubicle of the normal female loo (since both the disabled and first cubicle of the normal ladies loo have closed lids, but horrid PIG mum won't lift them for me), wash and dry both hands then grab my usual spot for service @ the most left.
- Yay I get to stay seated for worship today~ I sing everything plus the harmony for two songs but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
- Speaker today might've been Tyvis/Tyvus; his sermon topic was: This I Believe: The Apostles Creed. That's the new sermon series; afterwards, I stood with everyone else and recited the creed once.
- Less than thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
- Uncle Simon wandered over for a chat during morning tea! He's got two sons (in their twenties and two grandsons) and will play table tennis with Uncle Sam @ church this arvo~
- Everyone else shared lunch @ some hotpot place but dad made me eat with him @ the Rochedale Hungry Jack's again. *sigh* Turns out Hungry Jack's does a BBQ cheeseburger, and I got just over ten chips today, woot!
- Got home, used loo for one tinkle, did my daily Bible readings then plopped online.
- Toms: PIG mum'll help me up, since I'm seeing Ray for some massage and acupuncture. Bet she's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him. XD
- Coming home for lunch with dearest dad then presuming Jacinta's taking me to Breathe for physio?
- She'll see me home and showered before leaving @ 6pm; hoping to watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 77TH time provided that I can watch it for the 76TH time tonight!
- Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead! Cheers, Em. ^^ P.S.
