Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Tuesday now stands @ 2874 (so prolly won't quite reach three grand tonight, sorry XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "He's Able." Anyways, continuing today's events?
- Peggy grabs a trolley for us, then we both buy groceries but instead of checking our items out from the self-serve registers we visit Vicki, who's manning one checkout booth! She told me that she started @ 7am this morning and can finish @ midday. Also, she lives in Algester~
- Next, I head down to the Pinelands Bakehouse to buy my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi, but when I enter, Aunty Nancy looks up when the buzzer sounds, sees me, threw her arms out dramatically and shrills "No more crunchy pork!" I let out a dramatic gasp and screech, "No bahn mi?!" Phew, Aunty Nancy immediately reassures me. "Ok, still got ro (in her Vietnamese accent she can't say roast) pork and ro chicken; what you want?" I choose roast pork, since from memory roast chicken was really bland.
- Whoops only minutes left, so super-quickly:
- Hiked Underwood Park and Peggy brought oats for the ducks, so they followed us when we left!
- Liam came for his once monthly/twice-monthly visit and Ela did unfunctional exercises. I just berated him for forgetting to bring bubble tea. XD
- Had arvo tea, read the newest Feist novel for one hour, watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 72ND time before eating dinner then returning online.
- Anyways, hopefully bbl after one more loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms, else wishing everyone a smashing Wednesday ahead!
