Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 2645 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "Your Suffering's Not Worthless." Righteo, continuing today's events?
- I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth before drinking one cup of water then sitting over the loo proper. There,
I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail
and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember,
however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't
let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm
perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from
Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Jacinta, who tells me that she had avo on toast for breakfast.
- Me, I get my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast with a very thin spread of avocado and one slice of cheese, another full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and my first big mug of delicious Earl Grey tea (Captain Picard's choice) sweetened with one spoonful of honey. Over and after breakfast, I happily read the book club novel for thirty minutes, finishing pg. 475 @ 10:36am.
- While Jacinta closes and locks windows I sit over the loo for one more tinkle, wash and dry Era then climb into the passenger seat of Jacinta's car. She helps me with my seatbelt (as she kindly does all day) then tootles us off to Underwood MarketPlace, parks out the front near the ramp and grabs a trolley for us.
- First we both buy groceries from Woolies (mother needs milk) and then I buy my arvo tea honey chicken sushi roll from Sushi Creators.
- Back home, I take a ni e warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is one bowl of what I cooked with the OT yesterday plus two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey. Continuing reading, I FINISHED THE BOOK @ 12:31pm and finished the Author's Note @ 12:59pm!
- Before Jacinta dropped me off @ church to play table tennis with dearest dad, I sat over the loo for two more tinkles.
- At church, dad and I have great fun together. He's a good boy who lets me win in straight sets - and even the extra set he said we're playing coz I've gotta save face! XD But he hit me with his killer shots ELEVEN times, and I came home full of holes. >< XD
- Back home, I used the loo for one more tinkle, wash and dry Era then settle down to read the newest Feist novel that Mrs. Burvill-Shaw sent me for the rest of the arvo, since it's only Saturdays that I get to spend a blessed three hours reading~
