Thursday Post 328

Good afternoon!  Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1915 steps (so promise I'll have cracked 2000 steps before Thursday ends XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "The Day's @ Hand"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Paid In Full' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Follow God's Way". Anyways, events for today?

  • Oh, nearly forgot! Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday's actually 2166 and Jane took me to play table tennis only traffic was awful and it took TWO HOURS to get home but she was a champion who saw me home and showered and even cleaned the bathroom before leaving! Angie took me to GG and Kwany led Bible study from some new series called Confident Faith: Apologetics For Everyone.
  • Today: yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7am and after one pot :P  trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Daddy Bear and I happily cuddled and snored, nature calling once more around 9am, shortly before PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before returning outside and awaiting Louiza's arrival, only to return @ exactly 9:45am and say "She's late. Fifteen more minutes." I immediately comply and start counting down from 900 but tell PIG mum when Louiza arrives, just tell her to help me up @ 9:45am when she comes. I'm correct: like thirty seconds later, Louiza rings the doorbell! XD
  • When Louiza taps me up @ 9:45am, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. After sitting over the loo then washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Louiza, rousing @ her for not eating any breakfast this morning. XD
  • Me, for breakfast I get one dry (no honey) Weet-Bix very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P  and Milo cereal, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water.  Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After breakfast, I ask Louiza please for some sunscreen then she accompanies me back to the bathroom before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast dishes up. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying   Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Louiza's car (can you believe it: she's only twenty-one!) and she tootles us off to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown,  doing  a clever side park along level two and grabbing a trolley for us.
  • After one loo trip I thought we'd buy groceries together, but Louiza says no, you can read in the library while I buy the groceries your mum wants! I grab Orson Scott Card's Children Of The  Fleet, happily read that for fifty minutes, found the title on pg. twenty-three, reached page twenty-five @ 11:46am, found the book title again on page twenty-five and stopped @ page thirty-one.
  • After one more loo   trip, Louiza tootled me home and I took a nice hot shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Louiza who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut. Yay   that I could take a normal-speed shower since yesterday I had to shower most quick after Jane and I were stuck in traffic coming home!
  • Less than thirty minutes left, so just super-briefly:
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was a tuna in tomato and onion toastie with one slice of cheese and one delicious mug of powdered HK-style milk tea.
  • Signed Louiza off with my thanks and byes @ 1:30pm, although PIG mum kept yapping @ her for another two minutes before letting her leave. XD She's back next Thursday 8am and taking me to GCCW, which reminds me: I've gotta start composing homework!
  • Took cup to sink, used loo for one tinkle then plopped online.
  • Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day online, I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit and read for one hour and ask PIG mum for some arvo tea.
  • Looking forward to watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 78TH time; couldn't last night since Jane and I were stuck in traffic until like 5:50pm before getting home!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl,  else wishing everyone a smashing end to their week toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
