Sunday Post 612

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1708 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily   devotional topic from last night's 'God Strengthens Us Through Others' (uh, wasn't that yesterday's devotional?); thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Jesus Conquered Death For You' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Resurrection Power'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:50am and after one pot :P trip I immediately tried to fall back asleep since wasn't PIG mum coming to help me up @ like 7am?
  • Sure enough, thirteen breaths after I start recounting myself back to sleep, noisy PIG mum goes 'thump' and sleep's not possible anymore. Instead, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Once PIG mum lets her into my room, she hits me with the eye goo and helps exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing but the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after immediately struggling into the tee then giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
  • PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth.  That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly   and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • My special Sunday breakfast: the pink Milo cereal that PIG mum bought me for my birthday last month! I also pop all my usual drugs :P and drink one huge mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the loo, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era I climb into the backseat of Cherry and buckle my own seatbelt (what I do all day). PIG mum tootles us off to church and parks outside the service hall. I hike up the ramp, use the 2nd cubicle of the regular female toilets (since both the disabled and 1st cubicle of the regular ladies' loo have lids closed but obviously awful PIG mum won't help me lift it), wash and dry both hands then grab my usual spot @ service on the most left.
  • Yay I get to stay seated for worship today~ I sing everything, plus the harmony   for four songs but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
  • Pastor Peter Pie spoke today with his last sermon in the Joshua series: Choosing God In A World Of Choice.
  • Sermon ended ten minutes early today; I used the bathroom again, sat just outside the stairs to munch one packet of bikkies and drink one cup of white (but sugarless) tea then hiked upstairs to attend the baptism!
  • Seven sisters were dunked today; wonder why Jenny had a friend enter the water with her? She says she was asked to invite someone if she liked~
  • Afterwards, thanks to Kwany who hiked to the front with me for the group photo~
  • Afterwards, Dr. Lee tootled me to Svboda Park for the picnic!
  • Originally I was just sitting in Sparkless3, but Peter Pie had that little table and said wanna move to the mats? I said sure, but please pull me back upright afterwards!
  • Rosana bought me a DELICIOUS lemongrass pork chop with rice and a bubble tea! Whoops $27 seems rather expensive; I'll apologies to PIG mum tonight~ I really enjoyed stretching out both legs and chatting with Yu Lam, Rosanna and KK~
  • Afterwards, Dr. Lee dropped me home, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

  • Wonder where dad will take us for dinner tonight?
  • Toms: unsure am I seeing Ray for treatment tonms but if not hope PIG mum takes me for walkies somewhere else expect   a super-pissy plodding total from me.
  • But phew Jacinta's minding me from 4-6pm; fingers crossed I'll watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 62ND time, provided I can watch it for the 61ST time tonight!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
