Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3189 steps (ha, I'm over three grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Faith For The Future'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Pray For A Revelation Of God's Love (1) and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Seasons Of Love" but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES online after I watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 114TH time!! Oh, and my final, final plodding total for Thursday's actually 2188 (ha, I'm over two grand XD) but argh the Broncos lost AGAIN! >< Anyways, events for today?
- What better way to end the working week then with an awesome sleep last night? Nature didn't call until the noisy garbage truck THUNDERED down the road @ 7:45am and started tipping bins; after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P when PIG mum begins her noisy daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room and hit me with the eye goo before returning outside and awaiting Louiza's arrival.
- Once Louiza arrives (on time, good girl! XD), she knocks, opens the door and says "Good morning Em; I'll get you up in fifteen minutes, okay?" Daddy Bear gives one paw nod and flicks his paw 'shoo' @ her; Louiza wisely closes the door and leaves, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD
- When she comes back and taps me, I sit up, say good morning and use the pot :P for three more tinkles. We get me kitted, I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth, sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then head out to the gobbling :P table with Louiza, who tells me that she had a bagel for breakfast this morning.
- For the first time this week, I finally get a slice of toast! Unsure why PIG mum has removed bread from my diet; apparently white bread makes you fat? The toast was very lightly spread with avocado and hopefully sprinkled with a tiny bit of salt; I also pop all my usual drugs :P and drink one full cup of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh* Oh, and also thanks to Louiza who turned Sunrise on for my viewing pleasure~
- After breakfast I call Louiza back please to gimme some sunscreen (both hands and face) and then she walks behind me back to the toilet before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast stuff up. Over the loo proper, , I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era I climb into the passenger seat of Louiza's car. She kindly helps me with my seatbelt (as she kindly does both ways) and then she tootles me off to the NAB for my final physio session this block. We arrive early enough to have several minutes to play with our mobiles before heading upstairs @ 9:50am.
- Today my last session for this block was with a Japanese student; Adam was away! Physio today Weight bearing for Elf, beanbag chucking for Era, lotsa left weight shift and stepping for Erf, a little right weight shift and stepping for Erf, six laps obstacle course walking and eight laps long hallway walking.
- After one more loo trip, Louiza took me home the long way, avoiding the highway, since her GPS had told her the highway had crashes.
- Meaning when I got home I showered my fastest - hairwash today.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, PIG mum made a tuna with one cheese toastie for my lunch with one huge mug of green tea. Louiza cleaned the bathroom then got me to sign her off five minutes early. She's back next Thursday 9:30am.
- I'd only just finished lunch when Christina came and cooked some chicken dish with me! Luckily we'd just finished cooking when PIG mum came downstairs and shooed her away. I thought the session was supposed to last one hour? Will ask PIG mum why she shooed Christina away early.
- Arvo tea was one yummy peeled orange, one tasty rice cracker and one huge mug of disgusting Singaporean herbal tea. Happiness was starting to read the new book club novel for one hour, reaching page twenty-five @ exactly 3:55pm.
- Afterwards, I used the loo for one tinkle then booted the computer up, recorded down my physio for today and did my daily Bible readings.
- Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 114TH time. All the things I like recording are @ the bottom of this post.
- Toms: Jacinta's minding me 9:30am till like 1:15pm. Presuming we'll buy my weekly honey chicken sushi roll plus any groceries PIG mum wants from Woolies before going home for a shower and lunch.
- Not gonna ask dad about playing table tennis toms; I'm too disappointed that I'll not get to attend the Sunshine Coast table tennis competition this Sunday. *sigh*
- But planning to read for three hours toms and watch the 6pm news for the 115TH time!
- Anyways, hopefully bbl after dinner, else hope everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
