Monday Post 328d

 One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3311.  Righteo, just briefly, final, final  events for tonight?

• Came home for lunch  with dearest  dad (two small slices of  oven-baked pizza topped with cheese and one huge mug of  delicious Chinese tea.
• Jacinta took me to Breathe for physio: 1.78.8km bike ride, forty bar-assisted push-ups with left weight shift, forty steps for Erf with more left weight shift, forty steps for Erf then lay down for sore back treatment with massage, heat pack and theragun!
• Bought groceries with Jacinta @ the Sunny Park Woolies; stopped for a soft serve, three nuggets and a few chips from Maccas then got home for a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, I had arvo tea, read for forty minutes, watched the 6pm newws bulletin (Nine's) for the 117TH time; (All the interesting surnames I saw while watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine’s, read by Joel Dry) for the 117^TH time: Trump, JD (first name), Vance, Tomasi (heard), Sinclair, Probyn, Kruse, Caire, Calysha (first name), D’Alessandro, Nichols, Weaver (heard), Thorton, Tino (first name; can’t spell his surname! XD), Todhunter, Circati, Braden (first name), Ingram, Munster, Catriona (first name), Lowe, Kriukelis (heard), Rinehart (heard), Tree, Heagney, Fletcher, Jackson, Madigan, Acevevo, Vale, Kaitlyn (first name), Albanese, Hanson, Elon (first name), Moses, Cobbo,  Capewell, Ponga, Munster, McPhee, Middleton, Frisina, Balme, Wawn, Selina (first name), Zhang, O’Brien, Connolly, Hamiliaton, Russell (heward), Lyon, Grella, Long, ManfredaBurgess ,Upton, Brigginshaw (heard),Katoa, Knowles ,Bostock, Denita (first name) and Kohler. Chris Kohler read the finance report (1AUD = 70.xxUSc), read the sports report and Garry Youngberry read the weather report from Surfers Paradise. Brisbane was 14-24 today. Brisbane toms: 15-23. Mt. Gravatt toms: 13-23. Sunrise: 6:35am Sunset 5:01pm), had dinner, returned online then used loo once  for @ 9pm.
• Toms:  Peggy's minding me from 9:30am till 4pm and taking me to the NAB for two hours. PIG mum  says we'll buy  groceries from Coles first plus my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi before coming  home for lunch since the physio appointment's  1-3pm. Peggy will see me  home and showered before leaving  @4pm and I'm hoping to  read for one hour then  watch  the 6pm news for the 118TH time! Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing day  toms!
