Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2370 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Fear That Draws Us In'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Spiritual Pathways (2)'; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'One Sure Thing' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY-TWO MINUTES online when I ring Aunty Lai @ 9pm!! Meaning I'll mute the Westlife concert that I'm listening to now and keep surfing the net while we're talking. Anyways, events for today?
- Firstly, my final, final plodding total for Friday's actually 2198 (ha, I'm over two grand XD) but I'm hardly gonna blog about last night since the silly Broncos just lost their SEVENTH STRAIGHT game! *cringe*
- Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 8:00am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Daddy Bear and I returned to happy snorings, nature calling again about one hour later. Afterwards, I spend ten

Shortly after the 2nd pot :P trip PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf a very brief rub since she'd totally ignored my poor foot last night. That's alright; Era rubbed her for fifteen minutes last night and let her wear her sock to sleep last night but obviously peeled it off first thing this morning! XD - Once PIG mum lets Jacinta inside @ 9:30am, Jacinta knocks, pushes opens the door and calls good morning. When Daddy Bear nods a paw @ her she replies I'll help you up in fifteen more minutes, okay?" Daddy Bear gives one more paw flop then imperiously flicks his paw @ Jacinta shoo! Jacinta snorts with amusement but wisely closes the door and leaves us be, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD
- After I've counted down 900 seconds I swing myself over to the pot :P for one tinkle and announce "Jacinta, I'm hungry ..." She comes, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. After drinking one tall mug of water, I sit over the loo proper, There,
I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and
finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the
cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that
affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable
of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good
day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Jacinta, who tells me she had Cornflakes for breakfast this morning. Me, I get my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast with a thin coating of avocado and thanks to Jacinta who squeezed in a slice of cheese for me! I also drink another tall cup of water, pop all my usual drugs :P and enjoy my first big mug of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey. Over and after breakfast I happily read for thirty minutes first up, finding the book title on page ninety-six, reaching pg. 100 @ 10:22am and finding the book title again on pg. 104. This book takes me two minutes to read through one page, BTW.
- After reading for thirty minutes, I ask Jacinta to please gimme (face and both hands) some sunscreen then she walks behind me back to the bathroom before returning to the dining room to close and lock windows. After one tinkle I wash and dry Era then climb into the passenger seat of Jacinta's car. She kindly helps me with my seatbelt (as she does all day) then she tootles us off to Underwood MarketPlace and parks beside the ramp before grabbing a trolley for us.
- First we both buy groceries (PIG mum wants milk and Jacinta grabs energy drinks (I like shopping with carers since they lemme sit on the self-serve checkout machine) then I buy my arvo tea honey chicken sushi while she buys a kaarage bun for lunch from Sushi Creators; I teach her it's pronounced kaaraGE not kaaraGI. XD
- Back home I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is another bowl of that pasta PIG mum recently boiled with a few slices of delicious pork and lotsa vegetables. Thanks to Jacinta who makes me two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey.
