Sunday Post 329

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1965 steps (so will have definitely passed 2000 before the day ends XD); secondly, John  Piper's daily devotional topic from  last night's 'Grace Is Power - And Pardon'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Be A Father' and fourthly,  Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Gift Of Prayer'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't  call  until 6:55am and after one pot :P trip I immediately tried falling  back asleep  since I knew that PIG mum would get  very noisy  very soon!
  • Yup, about sixty  deep breaths letter (before sleep had returned), noisy PIG mum went  THUMP; instead, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • PIG mum lets herself  into my room  and hits me with the  eye goo. I sit upright, she helps exceedingly slightly  with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap and spreading out the tee then leaves me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I  comply  with after immediately struggling into the tee  then giving myself  fifteen more minutes first.
  • PIG mum returns and  finishes with  absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps  and both laces before I  let her gleefully   FORCE :(m me walk over to the bathroom and brush  teeth. That done,  I  sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry  Era then walk myself slowly   and safely out to the gobbling  :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Surprise: I thought I'd only get one bowl of plain porridge for breakfast but instead I got  a slice of toast very lightly spread with avocado! I also pop  all my usual  drugs :P and drink one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After breakfast I walk myself  slowly  and safely back to  the bathroom,  again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

  •  After washing and drying Era, I  climb into the backseat of PIG mum's  car and she tootles me off to  church. Obviously, I buckle my own seatbelt all day. At church, I hike up the ramp, use the last cubicle in the normal female toilets then   grab my usual spot for service on the most left.

  • Yay I get to  stay seated for  worship  today~ I  sang  everything, plus the harmony  for all four songs but like  every other  week,  meant absolutely NOTHING.  ><  *sigh*

  • Speaker today was Pastor Peter Pie with his final sermon from his Apostles' Creed series.

  • Service ended  thirteen minutes early today; after using the loo myself for another tinkle I sat @ my usual  spot for morning tea then waited for the stalls to open!

  • Only  thirty minutes left, so just briefly:

  • Walked with  PIG mum  back  around and bought a slice of cheesecake from  Rosanna; YUM!

  • Chatted  with Uncle Simon over morning tea; he says Australia only need to draw Portugal in their last group match  to  advance to the knockout rounds!

  • Had a cheeseburger, ten chips and some orange juice with dad  @ Hungry Jack's again; it's been THREE WEEKS since I last  enjoyed a proper meal out. *sigh*

  • Got home, did my daily Bible readings then plopped online.

  • Once  I've used up the most important two hours of my day I'll use the loo for one tinkle then sit and read for one hour plus eat the adorable cookies PIG mum bought today for arvo tea!

  • Hoping to read for one hour and read the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's)  for the 121ST time!

  • Toms: PIG mum'll help  me up,  since I've a late  morning appointment to see Ray  for some acupuncture and massage. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap  unceasingly @ him.  XD

  • Jacinta's coming @ 2pm and taking me to Breathe for physio with  Winnie @ 2pm. Presuming we'll buy groceries afterwards before coming home for personal care.

  • Hoping to read for another hour and watch the 6pm  news bulletin for the 122ND time!

  • Anyways, hopefully bbl else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em.  ^^
