Friday Post 389

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3102 steps (ha, I'm over three grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Perfect City'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Intimacy, Dependency, Obedience' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Wedded To Love" but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed TWENTY-TWO MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 28TH time!! Anyways, events for today?

• Aww, after such a fun day (GCCW) and night (book club) out you'd think I'd score my 4th consecutive awesome sleep and start an awesome sleep streak but no, idiot nature called @ 12:45am. >< *sigh* Never mind, I was prolly too excited from the awesome day out I'd enjoyed yesterday!
• Once nature called again following the Sun's rising, after another pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P shortly before PIG mum begins her usual a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9:30am. Once she's let Peggy inside, Peggy knocks, opens the door, sticks her head inside and calls good morning. When I nod Pearl @ her, she next announces, "Fifteen more minutes." Another nod from Pearl and she thankfully removes herself; phew, since Pearl's not anatomically capable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
