Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 4180 (sweet I'm over four grand; that doesn't happen to often! XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Love Has To Grow. Righteo, continuing today's events?
- When Peggy comes back, I use the loo for one more tinkle, we get me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted some toothpaste for me.
- Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who told me that she had her usual two fried eggs for breakfast this morning.
- For my breakfast, I get one bowl of the yummier (so flaky) bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD) with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly spread with avocado and lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles me off to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Thanks to Peggy who kindly helped me buckle my seatbelt all day.
- Ray met us as we were walking into the building and calls good morning. I give brief introductions: "Ray, this is my carer Peggy and Peggy, this is Ray, my acupuncturist." XD
- I use the loo once and then lie down for some massage and acupuncture from Ray. For the whole time, we have a nice, three-way conversation~
- After one more loo trip, Peggy tootles me back to Warrigal Square and grabs a trolley for us before we buy groceries. The most adorable thing: when we're leaving, a man and his little boy sitting in the front of the trolley entered; they wore matching Hawaiian tees and crocs!
- Back home, I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, Peggy made me a delicious tuna with tomato and onion with TWO cheese and HEAVILY buttered on the inside, with one massive mug of delicious vanilla chai sweetened with one spoonful of syrup!
- At 1:55pm I sat over the loo for two tinkles and then @ 2pm I signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes. She's back same time next week.
- Dorrie came and gave Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises. After she left, I sat down @ the gobbling :P table, asked PIG mum please for some arvo tea (she tossed me one yummy banana/cut me one juicy pear, poured me one huge mug of green tea and passed me half a tasty cracker.
- Happily started reading the new book club novel for one hour; today I reached page twenty-five @ 3:42pm.
- Used the loo for one tinkle and then plopped online.
- Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 28TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
- Once the news ended, I called out asking was dinner ready yet? When PIG mum replies yes; come, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy cauliflower, lotsa dearest dad's home-grown hairy melon, lotsa some other vegetable and three small slices of pork.
- Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup and dessert was one small chunk of garlic bread minus the crust; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Righteo, hopefully brb after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
