Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2055 steps (ha, I'm literally just over two grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Included In The Covenant'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Don't Give Place To Pride" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Christ's Visual Paradox." Anyways, events for today?
- Woo hoo, 13TH consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:10am, and after one pot :P trip, I immediately fall back asleep since I know PIG mum will get very noisy exactly one hour later!
- Like clockwork, @ 7:10am, PIG mum's noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs wakes me for another pot :P trip, after which I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- PIG mum lets herself into my room @ 7:20am to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
- PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P with one of the yummy pork floss buns that PIG mum baked yesterday! I also popped all my usual drugs :P and drank one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt (what I do all day). PIG mum tootles us off to church and parks under the service hall. I haul myself up the ramp, use the first cubicle of the normal ladies' loo (since the disabled loo has lid down and horrid PIG mum won't raise the lid for me), wash and dry both hands and grab my usual spot for service. PIG mum bolts back upstairs for CSS @ 8:45am.
- Yay I get to stay seated for worship today. I sing everything, plus the harmony for two songs but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
- Speaker today's Peter Pie with like the second sermon from his Hero/Zero series.
- After service ended early, I used the disabled loo for one tinkle, grabbed a packet of bikkies for morning tea and sat outside the hall. Aunty Cynthia wandered over for a chat and I FINALLY remembered her! XD I made sure I bai llen to her, too!
- Whoops only seven minutes left, so just super-quickly:
- Had lunch with dad, Aunty Yvonne, Uncle Stephen and Jacinta @ Rochedale Hungry Jack's. Jacinta's ENGAGED!! :D Her fiance's from HK and does pharmacy like her!
- Got home, used loo for one tinkle and popped online.
- After my most important two hours online I'll use the loo, sit @ the gobbling :P table and hopefully finish the Matthew Reilly novel that I've been reading!
- Toms: *sigh* the 18th anniversary of the cruel and unfaithful God totally destroying my life with the brain injury. >< Doubt the parents will know; also doubt I'll be my usual cheery self.
- Prolly seeing Ray for acupuncture and massage, going grocery shopping with PIG mum and coming home for lunch with dearest dad.
