Sunday Post 495

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've only been hard @ work plodding 588 steps (since I've used Sparkless3 @ table tennis today); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Enjoying His Fullness'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Keep Going, And You Will Succeed' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Legacy Of Love In Jesus'. Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 8th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Not only that; 'twas my best for 2025: nature didn't call till 8:05am! After one pot :P  trip I spent ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Around that time, PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs and soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap before leaving me ton get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum returns to finish with only Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast is one of the yummy little charsiu buns PIG mum baked while I was reading plus one bowl of the yummier (so flaky) bird food (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD) very lightly sprinkled with some Minus :P all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

   

• After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the toilet, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of dad's car and buckle my own seatbelt. Dad tootles me off to Brisbane table tennis for our first comp for 2025!

• We both use the bathroom on arrival. After Kim divides us into our playing groups, she tells me I'm not on yet so go eat cake first. Only dad brings me back a piece the length and width of my *finger*! *sigh*

• My first match's against Gary. He wins the first set but I win the second and the third set goes to a tiebreak: I WIN!! :D

• I think I'm so happy about my win I lose my other two matches in straight sets. *cringe* XD

• For doubles I'm with another Chris? The tall, younger won. Again, we win our first match (in straight sets) but lose the next to (in a tie break for the second but lost straight sets in the third.

• Lol, dad's in such a hurry to leave and get to his arvo tea and badminton session with his mates that he pushes me away while Kim's still handing out ribbons and certificates; we reach the car when everyone's singing happy birthday to someone! XD I'd better email Kim and apologise. XD

• Once home, I use the loo for one tinkle then walk myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Once I've used up the most important two hours of my day, I'll use the loo for one tinkle then sit @ the gobbling :P table for to read for one hour and wait for PIG mum to gimme some arvo  tea.

• Toms: originally I had UQ physio this arvo but last week the NAB rang and said don't come we're overbooked? PIG mum immediately rang and changed my care shift back to 4-6 and I think she says we're going underwear shopping toms?

• Dunno who's minding me but hoping to read for one hour and then watch the 6pm news for the 36TH time!

• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!
