Friday Post 566

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1256 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Grace For The New Year'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Bible Reading; The Key To Spiritual Growth (1)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'No More Debt'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until the noisy garbage truck THUNDERED down our road to tip bins and  woke me @ 6:35am;  after one pot :P   trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Mini Pearl   and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P one hour later @ 7:45am and once more around 9am, just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf a very brief rub since she'd totally ignored my poor foot last night.  That's alright; Era rubbed her for fifteen minutes and let Elf wear her sock last night although obviously immediately peeled the sock off first thing this morning!
• When Sharon doesn't come @ 9:30am PIG mum gives me fifteen more minutes and is helping me up @ 9:45am when Sharon arrives! Turns out she's got a shift before me and won't arrive till 9:45am next Saturday either; I've already asked PIG mum to please gimme fifteen more minutes @ 9:30am and I'll get up once Sharon arrives.
• Sharon finishes getting me kitted and then I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth, before sitting over the loo for one tinkle. After washing and drying Era, I walk out to the gobbling :P table with Sharon, rousing @ her for not eating any breakfast and informing her that she would buy some when we were buying groceries @ Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown later. XD
• My breakfast's one bowl of healthy cereal with all my usual drug :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• After breakfast, Sharon slathers my face and both arms with sunscreen and accompanies me back to the toilet   before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast things up.  Over the loo proper, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Sharon's car and she tootles me off to Sunnybank Hills Shopping town. On account of sore Elf, PIGF mum lets me use Sparkless3 meaning HALLELUJAH, I get to WINDOW SHOP!! :D
• Only thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
• Bought Raisin Toast for dad from ALDI and maybe bread from Woolies?
• PIG mum gave me ten bucks for shopping @ The Reject Shop; originally, I'd chosen this adorable happy plus mushroom that the tag said was $10, but @ the front counter 'twas only fifty cents! Hence why I returned inside a chose a mug with an 'E'; paying again I hopefully asked the cashier can this cost fifty cents too? She laughed, scanned it, said sorry, $4.50." XD
• Read Sibling Assassins for about thirty minutes; did you know 'twas published in 2000! Today I reached pg. twenty-five @ 12:34pm.
• Got home and took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Sharon who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one bowl of rice leftovers (huge thanks to Sharon who made it tasty by adding some oyster sauce for me) and one huge mug of white tea; yay that Sharon found one teaspoonful of sugar to add for me! Usually, I prefer two teaspoonfuls of sugar but hey~
• At 2pm I signed Sharon off with my thanks and byes; she's back toms @ 9:45am~
• Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day (PIG mum's already bugged me about getting offline *sigh*) I'll use the loo for one tinkle then sit and read Adam Reynolds' memoirs for one hour. Hopefully PIG mum'll gimme some arvo tea~
• Also hoping to watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 2nd time this year!
• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!
