Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3142 (ha, I'm over three grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "God's Glory In Your Trial". Righteo, continuing today's events?
- Hey, my post vanished? From the last post, then: after washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Sharon, who told me that she had two fried eggs for breakfast.
- Well, I only got one, on one piece of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado, another tall cup of water, all my usual drugs :P and my first big mug of white tea sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar. I happily read Ghost Boy for one hour, finding the book title on pg. fifty-six.
- While I use the loo for one more tinkle, Sharon washes my breakfast stuff up, closes and locks windows.
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Sharon's car and she tootles us off to Underwood MarketPlace. Thanks to Sharon who kindly helped me buckle my seatbelt all day.
- Sharon parks around the side and grabs a trolley for us. First we buy groceries from Woolies (the checkout dude's this really nice African man) and then I order my honey chicken sushi roll from Sushi Creators for arvo tea while Sharon gets herself two teriyaki chicken ones for lunch.
- Back home I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Sharon who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one bowl of rice leftovers (thanks to Sharon for adding some oyster sauce for me) plus two more mugs of white tea sweetened with two sugars. I happily read for another thirty-five minutes, finding the book title of page sixty-two and finishing page seventy-five @ 12:31pm.
- While Sharon washed the lunch dishes up, I sat over the loo for two tinkles then climbed back into her car.
- Shron tootled me off to church to play table tennis with dearest dad! After arriving, I hiked up the ramp and into A7/8, where dearest dad had already setup the ping pong table. I immediately signed Sharon off with my thanks and byes; she's back same time next Saturday.
- Had great fun playing table tennis with dad and thankfully didn't give myself table tennis elbow this time! :P
- Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle then settled down to read for another 110 minutes; it's only Saturday that I get to spend a blessed three hours reading~ Today I found the book title on page ninety-three, finished pg. 100 @ 2:53pm, found the book title again on pg. 101, reached pg. 111 @ 3:06pm, found the book title on pg. 116, finished pg. 125 @ exactly 3:25pm,reached pg. 150 @ exactly 3:50pm (meaning this book takes me twenty-five minutes to read twenty-five pages) then found the book titles on pgs. 154, 156, 160 and 163.
- Used the loo for one tinkle, plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 3rd time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
Cheers,
Em. ^^
