Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now apparently stands @ 5343 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Think Before You Speak'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?
- Upon entering Breathe, Connor wanders out saying hello and Shirley immediately returns PIG mum's glass cake tin!
- When Winnie appears, I immediately explain to her how the AFO broke just before the new year and I've been cast for a new one; can we leave off the walking training for the 5km Bridge To Brisbane until I get my new boot? Dad's done running repairs on the current one but I'm unsure will it last should you start training me for long distance walking ... phew, Winnie immediately replies definitely~
- Physio today: 1.867km bike ride, thirty bar-assisted push-ups, thirty steps for Erf with left weight, thirty v-bar cable rows for both arms, thirty leg extensions for Elf, thirty leg curls for Elf, tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing! Lol, Winnie noticed that my punching was far more mellow than my pummelling from the end of last year; I explained I'd had Christmas to relax and get over the stress of another year! XD
- After one loo trip (CZ 258 unlocks the female bathroom and the second cubicle has an ambulant rail), Faith tootles us off to Coles Rochedale to buy groceries and grabs a trolley for us.
- We buy tuna for PIG mum and she gets herself a choccy milk for breakfast though I can't persuade her to buy me one too. >< XD
- Back home I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Faith who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
