Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding slightly more than 4323 steps today (which D2 proudly reports equals sth slightly over ninety-one kcal or sth slightly over 1.8km XD); secondly, TWFT topic's "Keep Stirring ... and Don't Stop (2)" and thirdly, the spam count for the weekend's eleven but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and SIXTEEN MINUTES online after I get back from Christmas shopping with julz and Janice!!!! But just noting down that dad randomly chucked a major cow @ me this morning (meaning i'm definitely singing myself to sleep tonight if he doesn't return Chief, Pikachu and Squishy to their rightful places ><), we had church (Wilfreddy spoke!) then PIG mum and I shared some teriyaki chicken rice @ Plaza for lunch. julz and janice are taking me out Christmas shopping @ Garbo soon, then toms I've got that followup appointment with Dr. Vu before Carol comes and supervises my shower. Hopefully PIG mum'll lemme have lunch somewhere yummy, like DongFong/Sunnybank Oriental and I can take half home for arvo tea. Anyways, fingers crossed I can bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing week ahead!

Saturday Post 150b
Heylo again and probably one final greeting for Saturday! Em's probable final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3482, remembering that like 1631 of those steps were plodded @ Fx last night. D2's probable final, final report for Saturday: 3482 steps also equals seventy-four kcal or 1.46km. XD Righteo, probable final, final events for Saturday?
-When Annette announced her arrival about four minutes early, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-So a nice warm shower for me today - hairwash. I taught Annette how to rinse my hair out while I kept a towel over my right eye, then asked Annette please to dry my hair before I continued washing.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mostly dried myself (Annette helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (Annette helped only with my back, Era and both calves), then mostly rekitted myself (Annette helped only with Elf's AFO). Then I headed over to the loo for two tinkles, also leaning against the side rail and asking Percy the angel/saint please to help me get through the rest of Saturday okay.
-When that was done, I went over to wash and dry Era, before letting Annette Force me to walk out to the kitchen to make my half toastie and mug of yummy peppermint tea, my last for today I could hold 'incorrectly'.
-After cleaning the bathroom, Annette sat and firmly massaged Ela for about forty minutes. There was time enough for a fifty minute massage, but PIG mum took some time away by telling Annette all about her recent illness then dragging her outside to view her vegie patch.
-Before leaving @ 5:56pm, Annette took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. I've asked her to please come @ 4pm next time so she can actually leave @ 6pm.
-Toms: again, just church, definitely nothing special.
-Fingers crossed I can get some lunch @ plaza afterwards!
-Julz and janice are coming to visit me toms arvo; I've already asked could we please go to Just Soy Cafe for shaved ice, coz it's so stinking hot!
-Righteo, hope to see everyone @ church toms!

Saturday Post 150
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 2598 steps today (remembering that like 1631 of those steps were plodded last night @ FX; D2 proudly reports that 2598 steps also equals fifty kcal or 1.09km XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Alive and Active' and thirdly, TWFT topic's "Start Stirring ... And Don't Stop (1) but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed FIFTEEN MINUTES online after Annette leaves @ 6pm!!! Anyways, let's start with last night's events first!
-After the usual dinner and one more loo trip, dad tootles me off to church for FX!
-Inside, I sit down and notice everyone wearing pirate gear. I ask Pastor Grace, "Um, any spare pirate gear you can lend me? Coz I feel kinda naked here! Laughing, Pastor Chris passes me a pirate's hat; I nab Pastor Chris's cutlass and ask Nat to snap a photo for me. XD
-aND THE NIGHT STARTED! wE ALL NUMBERED OUT INTO FIVE GROUPS; i WAS IN tEAM FIVE. jOSHELS WALKED BEHIND ME TO WHERE MY TEAM WAS SITTING, AND jEFF KINDLY PULLED OUT A CHAIR FOR ME WHEN HE SAW ME COMING. Shrieking, sorry! ><'
-And the games started! Someone had made this huge paper dice; when Tony brought it over for me to roll, Era only chucked a one. 'Don't lemme try again," I laughed to Tony, who ignored me and brought the dice back to me for a second go! This time, Erf kicked it: two. XD
-i thought I'd only be able to participate in the trivia questions, but turns out I was useless @ them, too! XD There was this one activity where each team had to get a hula hoop through each member as quickly as possible; Jeff was really smart: he told me to steo into the hoop, and was we heard 'go', he just lifted that hoop really quickly up over my head! Era and Ela snuck out quickly~
-Another game was funny; people had to eat a donut that was suspended from some string on this pole! Obviously, pitting pole against Kwany was a bad idea; poor pole couldn't even reach! XD Someone smart came up with the idea of holding the pole tilted; that way, pole could just manage. I was evil, yelling, "Pole, jump!' pole shot me a dirty look, but after the game had concluded, she retrieved the remnants of her donut and tore a small chunk for me. XD
-There were also games where people tied a balloon around each foot and then had to stamp and pop other people's balloons; the order was given to remove shoes after it was discovered that Jason had steel-capped toes, putting everybody else @ a disadvantage. In the end, Joshels won that game.
-After the night ended, thanks to Julz who helped me down the first stair then walked behind me once to the loo, where I managed fine by myself. Outside, I immediately rang dad, but when I didn't receive any reply, rang PIG mum. julz gave me some blue jelly and a fish finger; gosh, I don't remember the last time I enjoyed one of those!!
-Alan wandered over for a chat, as did Josh and Bee.
-The parents came to pick me up; turns out they'd gone over to uncle Slam's.
-So dad tootled us home; repeat the usual nightly events, then zzz~
-Today: woohoo, another awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 5:05am (yes, that's how early the sun rises now!) and after one pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes until 5:15am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-After that, Daddy bear and I cuddled and snored, me waking for the pot :P once more around 6:25am and again around 7:30am when PIG mum left for work. After she left, I continued my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel for another ten minutes, asking him please to help me get through today okay.
-More happy sleepings for Daddy bear and I followed, plus @ least two more pot :P trips, before Rhi arrived promptly @ 10am and dad left to go do some work somewhere.
-Wow, Rhi lemme sleep till 10:30am! When I asked why she lemme sleep for that long, she told me, "Oh, your dad told me you didn't have any aunties coming today."
-So I used the pot :P once more for three tinkles, Rhi got me kitted then she Forced me to walk over to the bathroom where I brushed my teeth. Thanks to Rhi who squirted me out some toothpaste, and I also drank one mug of water holding the cup 'incorrectly' before I went over and did a stinky unspeakable, also leaning against the rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel.
-After I washed and dry Era, I let WRhi Force me to walk out to the gobbling :P table, where I made myself a ham, egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast. I also savoured my once weekly white cuppa, sweetened with one spoonful of honey, my second for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-When I finished, I started reading my new book club novel! There's TWO for this month; I picked the one that sounded more interesting. This month, I'll haveta read all silently, if I want the chance to finish both books!
-Rhi didn't come massage Ela until almost midday, then painted her sth like orange with black spots today.
-Around 12:20pm, she took me once more to the loo, where I stayed for the full five tinkles, while she made me one mug of warm milo, my third mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-I tried ringing both Aunty Lai and Aunty Nga, but both were out. Aunty Nga did ring back later, saying they'd gone to mickey's school to collect his report card; turns out the brat did well for all subjects, only that the teacher complains that he's naughty! ><
-Before Rhi left, she took me once more to the loo for three tinkles. She's back next Saturday, but reminds me that she won't be here soon coz Kyabra's closing over Christmas.Must keep her dad in my prayers tonight coz her dad may have developed a cancer in his eye ... ><
-Lunch was roughly half a bowl of Rhi's yummy fried rice.
-Afterwards, I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk back to the computer.
-Annette will come supervise my shower around 4pm.
-Fingers crossed I can bbl, else toms:
-just church, nothing special.
-Hopefully I can get some lunch @ Plaza afterwards!

Friday Post 172b
Heylo again! Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 3738, which D2 proudly reports as also equaling ... sorry, D2's stupid owner forgot to record down his measurements; she'll try harder to rtemember toms! XD Anyways, continuing today's events?
-When Aunty Lucia arrived, PIG mum let her in, but I stayed online until 4pm before I went for my nice warm shower - I washed my hair today, but thanks to Aunty Lucia who rinsed it out for me, thus freeing Era to keep a towel over my right eye and keep it from getting wet.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, got dried, got very lightly creamed, had another tinkle. Aunty Lucia rekitted me (I managed to have another two tinkles while she was yapping away XD) and I had one last tinkle when she was repinning D2 onto my pants for me.
-Aunty Lucia Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea, which was the other half of the delicious ham and cheese burger bun I bought @ Garbo with Roxanne the previous morning, plus one mug of yummy rice green tea, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'. Actually, 'twas less than half the bun; I noticed immediately that it wasn't the full half when PIG mum gave me it; but when I asked her what had happened to the missing portion, she replied, "Oh, I tried eating it, to see if my gastritis has settled down yet. Well, hopefully it won't give her the runs again ...
-Before Aunty Lucia left, I went once more to the loo. After I signed her off though, PIG mum dragged her outside to view her vegie patch, meaning she didn't finally get to leave until 5:24pm, about the same time when dearest dad returned home.
-Hopefully i'll attend FX tonight! Julz still hasn't seen my message yet ...
-Toms: RZhi comes from 10am till 1pm then Annette to supervise my shower @ 4pm.
-Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing weekend!

P.S. Whoops, almost forgot to post about book club! Well, I got changed outta my pyjama pants (and the day wouldn't be complete with PIG mum chucking a complete cow @ me, right? Sheesh ... ><) and PIG mum tootled me off to the library! After taking me once to the loo when we arrived, I sat down beside Erika and started handing out my Christmas cards. Amanda wandered along and filled me one plateful of food; I particularly liked the chocolate cake (which Anna bought) and the egg sandwiches (which Barbara made)! Erika got me one more plate afterwards, and I got to drink one mug of white tea, sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar, holding the mug 'incorrectly'. And next month, we're doing not one, but TWO books! Considering how slowly I read now, I guess I'll haveta read them both silently...

-Woohoo, another awesome sleep last night! nature didn't call until 7:25am, and after one loo trip, I spent the ten minutes untill 7:35am having o percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.

-Before leaving for UQ, I went and did a stinky unspeakable. Of course, horrid PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but I also leaned fully against the side rail and asked Percy the saint/angel to please help me get through today okay.
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the 4WD, where she tootled me off for physio @ UQ. oFCOURSE, SHE GLEEFULLY FORCED POOR eM TO BUCKLE HER OWN SEATBELT ALL DAY; WE ALSO LISTENED TO lUI fONG FOR THIS FIRST TRIP ALSO. aS FOR ME, i JUST SPENT - sorry, shrieking! >< - most of this trip with both eyes closed, finishing off my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Then, opening both eyes somewhere along Coronation Drive, Era helped Ela stretch for five minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm fifty/sixty times, holding each for a count of five.
-At UQ, PIG mum took me once to the loo then went back downstairs to pay Shyla.
-Physio today: ten minutes tilt table, ten minutes Balance Master, ten sit-to-stands, some work for Ela and four trips along that gait right thing.
-After that, I stayed for lunch! I enjoyed three slices of pizza, one fruit mince tart, one small chunk of bread and two crackers. margit and Julie came for lunch too, and Bec even got me a Christmas present!
-Before leaving, PIG mum took me once more to the loo then I went downstairs and walked along that Gait Right thing for kat three/four times.
-After that, PIG mum tootled us home. While she drove, Era helped Ela stretch for ten minutes before Ela opened and closed her palm 100 times, holding each for a count of five.
-Back home, I plopped online and PIG mum hit pigland upstairs after de-footwearing Elf.
-Aunty Lucia will come supervise my shower around 4pm.
-And tonight, hopefully I'll be off to FX!

-More happy sleepings for Daddy bear and I followed, plus @ least one more loo trip, before PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes." When she came back, I swung myself over to the pot :P once more for two tinkles, just swinging myself back into bed when I realised I felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to brush teeth (poor Ela) before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-Breakfast was half the yummy ham and cheese burger I bought from Breadtop yesterday, plus one mug of milo, which I held 'incorrectly' whilst PIG mum was upstairs changing.
-Before leaving for UQ, I went and did a stinky unspeakable. Of course, horrid PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but I also leaned fully against the side rail and asked Percy the saint/angel to please help me get through today okay.
-Afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the 4WD, where she tootled me off for physio @ UQ. oFCOURSE, SHE GLEEFULLY FORCED POOR eM TO BUCKLE HER OWN SEATBELT ALL DAY; WE ALSO LISTENED TO lUI fONG FOR THIS FIRST TRIP ALSO. aS FOR ME, i JUST SPENT - sorry, shrieking! >< - most of this trip with both eyes closed, finishing off my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Then, opening both eyes somewhere along Coronation Drive, Era helped Ela stretch for five minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm fifty/sixty times, holding each for a count of five.
-At UQ, PIG mum took me once to the loo then went back downstairs to pay Shyla.
-Physio today: ten minutes tilt table, ten minutes Balance Master, ten sit-to-stands, some work for Ela and four trips along that gait right thing.
-After that, I stayed for lunch! I enjoyed three slices of pizza, one fruit mince tart, one small chunk of bread and two crackers. margit and Julie came for lunch too, and Bec even got me a Christmas present!
-Before leaving, PIG mum took me once more to the loo then I went downstairs and walked along that Gait Right thing for kat three/four times.
-After that, PIG mum tootled us home. While she drove, Era helped Ela stretch for ten minutes before Ela opened and closed her palm 100 times, holding each for a count of five.
-Back home, I plopped online and PIG mum hit pigland upstairs after de-footwearing Elf.
-Aunty Lucia will come supervise my shower around 4pm.
-And tonight, hopefully I'll be off to FX!
-Toms; sleep-in! Rhi comes from 10am till 1pm, then Annette comes from 4pm till 6pm. Righteo, hopefully bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing weekend!

Thursday Post 172
Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 2433 steps today (which D2 proudly announces also equals forty-eight kcal or exactly 1km XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'How Well Do You Know The Lord?' Righteo, events for today?
-Woohoo, another awesome sleep last night! That's another straight week's worth of when I fall asleep @ night and nature doesn't call until the sun rises! So nature didn't call until 5:25am, and after one pot :P trip, I spent the ten minutes till 5:35am having to percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance strength and endurance I needed to get through today with, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-After that, Daddy bear and I cuddled and snored, me waking to use the pot :P again @ 7:05am and once more @ 8:05am when dearest dad left for work.
-Once he left, I thought PIG mum would come inside and poke me with "fifteen more minutes," immediately, but she didn't! Instead, I counted myself down fifteen minutes then yelled upstairs, "Hey, didn't you say I had to get up soon? Roxana comes @ 9am!" The peevish reply I received, "You can wait; I'm in the loo.' oh, that's right; poor PIG mum with her gastritus.
-meaning Roxana arrived first! She helped me get kitted and I went over to brush teeth (poor Ela) before PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk outside to the gobbling :P table.
-Breakfast was two yummy Weetbix with the smallest streak of honey ever. While I munched away, PIG mum unpatched my eye.
-One more quick loo trip for me, then Roxana and I hit Garbo!
-Awesome, there was parking available underground for us. :o) Roxana and I held hands, and I walked up well to the library with her, where I grabbed Orson Scott Card's Xenocide, fell happily into some sofa and read happily for the next hour.
-After Roxana brought me Sparkless2 back and took me once to the loo, we hit Breadtop, where Roxana bought herself two/three buns. Again, I just got myself the biggest one there, the ham and cheese burger, but I did see a cream horn bun I thought PIG mum would enjoy and so I sent her a Whatsapp message, asking her would she like me to buy that back for her, so we could enjoy arvo tea together.
-next, we went downstairs and I updated on an IPad. Whilst I was doing that, Roxana went back upstairs to Fruits Of Life and bought three different types of fruit.
-Then we went all the way to the end and visited JayJays. I saw a minion top!!! 8squee* XD
-Afterwards, we headed over to Wendy's and both enjoyed a Wendy's single chocolate waffle cone. I tried tasting this salty caramel flavoured one @ first; 'twas weird!
-We went for a stroll towards the Japan Store, but it had gone! Instead, we went into Kmart and bumped into Vincent the physio carrying Kayla! He asked after PIG mum~
-Instead, we headed back upstairs to meet Anna for lunch.
-Today, Roxana had curry chicken/pork with rice, Anna had this teriyaki chicken wrap medium meal and I didn't have my usual two piece box from KFC, but instead enjoyed the sweet sesame crunch box! It's exactly the same, except with THREE pieces, not two! Also, I tried a new Krusher - white choc! Think I prefer the mint choc better~
-Afterwards, Roxana took me once more to the loo then tootled us home.
-A super-quick shower for me('twas already 2pm by the time we arrived home), hairwash today. Like the other few days, I tilted my head backwards and covered my right eye with a towel while WRoxana rinsed out my hair for me.
-I had one tinkle before Roxana flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, had another tinkle then got creamed. Roxana rekitted me, then I went back outside, where I signed her off, said my thanks and byes.
-PIG mum came over and just chucked some cow @ me. *sigh* Don't worry, I'm used to it. ><
-Well, once it's 4:35pm I'm try going to the loo myself again. Fingers crossed I can bbl, else:
-I'm off for the final book club of the year tonight! Will need to change outta pyjama pants first though, and ask PIG mum will she lemme the perfume that Erika gave me last Christmas and the one before that.
-Toms: last UQ physio for the year, hallelujah!
-Fingers crossed I can get some udon for lunch @ the Sushi Train; we didn't on Tuesay coz PIG mum had her gastritis ...
-Also fingers crossed that I can bring back a sushi roll to have for afternoon tea with Aunty Lucia, who's coming to supervise my shower around 4pm.
-Then it's FX happening toms night! Hmm ... hope Julz will be around to help me down the stairs this time around ... don't wanna land flat on my bum again ... >,
-Well, fingers crossed I can bbl, else hope everyone has a smashing end to their week toms!

Wednesday Post 172b
Heylo again, and probably one final greeting for Wednesday! Em's probable final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 2636; D2's potential final, final report for Wednesday: 2636 steps also equals sth a fair bit over twenty-nine kcal or 1.19km. XD Anyways, probable final, final events for Wednesday?
-Luckily, PIG mum was around when Carol announced her arrival @ 3:55pm and let her in.
-At 4pm, I went to the bathroom for my nice warm shower - hairwash today. Thanks to Carol who rinsed out my hair for me, while I held a towel over my right eye, which Carol says looks less swollen than it did on Monday.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice warm water off, mostly dried myself (Carol helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, Carol helped with only my back and Era) then mostly rekitted myself (Carol helped with only Elf's AFO. Then I went over to the loo, and after asking Carol please for one mug of water - my second for today to hold 'incorrectly' - I did a messy stinky unspeakable. :S
-Afterwards, I went over to wash and dry Era, before I let Carol Force me to walk outside to make my half an arvo toastie plus one mug of yummy rice green tea, my third, official and final mug to hold 'incorrectly'.
-After cleaning the bathroom, Carol massaged Ela for exactly thirty minutes, painting her Santa-shaped chocolate brown today with assorted lollies multicolour today.
-Before leaving, Carol took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. She will be back next Monday, and will have pot roast for dinner tonight.
-As for me, I doubt I'll return online after dinner, coz I've almost enjoyed the PISSY two hours of internet time that PIG mum so gleefully restricts me to.
-Toms: Roxana's taking me out to Garbo toms!
-Even better, Anna's meeting me for lunch!
-And best of all, I've attending book club toms night! Righteo, hope everyone's having a smashing week!
