Tuesday Post 340

Placeholder post! But enjoyed my 6th consecutive awesome sleep last night, bought groceries from Coles Pinelands with Peggy plus my once -weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from aunty Nancy before coming home and enjoying a lazy lunch. Had my last NAB physio session for the year with Jarrod and attended Toastmasters tonight; only four attended! XD Unsure do I have support tomorrow morning so perhaps expect a super-pissy plodding total from me but Jane is taking me to table tennis at 1:30pm then BT is giving me a ride to our GG social even though we are only having a potluck dinner. Pity, I had been hoping for a proper meal out since tonight marks THREE WHOLE WEEKS since I last enjoyed a proper meal out!! *sigh* But hope everyone has a lovely day tomorrow!

Cheers,

Em. ^^

Monday Post 340c

Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 2825 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'He Gave No Answer'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

  • After the news ended I called out to dad, requesting he summon me when dinner was ready, repeating the request @ 7:15pm.
  • When  dad summoned me for dinner @ 7:16pm I used he loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Dinner tonight: entrée was a tiny cube of cheese then  dinner was rice,  lotsa cos lettuce, lotsa soup  carrot, four chunks of chicken and one mini chicken wing. Dessert was one more tiny cube of some cheese.
  • Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup, after which I read for ten more minutes since I like reading for one hour every day whenever possible. Tonightt I reached pg. 125 @ 7:27pm.
  • After taking the  bowl over to the sink, I used the loo for one more tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

  • Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip with my final, final plodding total for today, ttthe final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms else wishing everyone a smashing  Tuesday ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

  • After I used up the most important two hours for the day, I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then sat @ the gobbling :P table and asked dad for some arvo tea.
  • While munching two tiny sugar bananas (thanks Uncle Tanny; they're cute-size and gone with one bite!), two plain crackers and drinking one huge mug of green tea (so have only had herbal tea today; fingers crossed for white tea  with sweetener toms!) I happily read for one hour, reaching pg. 100 @ exactly 5:15pm and reaching pg.  111 @ exactly 5:30pm!
  • Reading  done, I used the loo for one more tinkle, washed and dried Era then returned online.

Monday Post 340

Good afternoon! Turns out I was really sttill owed FIFTTY-EIGHTT MINUTTES (nearly one whole HOUR! ><) after I video chatted with Aunty Nga last night but firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2370 steps;  secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's' The Great Missionary Hope'; thirdly, TTWFT topic's  "God's Part And Our Part' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God  Knows Your Name'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Yay, 5th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:05am and after one pot  :P   trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh* .Actually, since PIG mum’s overseas holidaying, I’m using the time to recharge my mental batteries and prepare for another year with her @ the helm! XD Outside  I could hear the rain  BUCKETING down and was like eep, hope it all clears away before I see Ray for treatment!
  • Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am, shortly before dearest dad lets himself into my room, kisses me awake and gives me some eye     goo.
  • Dad also says fifteen more minutes and get up once Juliet arrives but when she arrives I've still got    twelve minutes  left! Daddy Bear just flicks his paw imperiously to shoo and I growl twelve more minutes. Luckily, they leave us be, else Daddy Bear would've showed them his Bear Bum!   XD
  • Once I've sat over the pot :P for three tinkles I was ready to  get dressed  but turns out Juliet hadn't got me any clothes yet! Meaning by the time I exited the bedroom  'twas already10:05am and doubtless I'll be back in bed for another night before 10:05pm, meaning I've  like wasted the whole day. >< *sigh*
  • After brushing teeth I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then head out to the gobbling :P table with Juliet, who tells me that she had three Weet-Bix for breakfast this morning, the lucky thing! I'm only gonna get one!
  • Sure enough, for breakfast I only get one plain (no honey) Weet-Bix lightly sprinkled with some Plus and all my usual drugs :P.  Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • Breakfast finished, I ask Juliet to please gimme (face, neck, throat and both hands) some sunscreen  then she walks behind me back to the bathroom before returning to the kitchen and washing the breakfast  stuff up. *sigh*
  • After washing and drying Era I climb into the passenger seat of Juliet's car and she tootles me off to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Thanks to her who kindly helped mee buckle my seatbelt all day.
  • A Ray's, I use the loo for one tinkle myself then lie down for some massage and acupuncture and massage. For one last week this year I enjoy having a three-way  chat with Ray sand Juliet; once PIG mum  returns,  she's gonna yap,  Ray will make some affirmative sound and she'll yap again! Me, I'll close both eyes and nap. XD
  • Less then thirty minutes left, so just briefly:
  • Juliet finds rooftop parking and grabs a trolley for us. We both buy groceries @ Coles and she lets me sit on the self-serve machine bench while she scans our iems.
  • Get home and shower - hairwash  today.  Also thanks to Juliet who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed  and rekittted, lunch is one bowl of yummy rice leftovers  (wombok, sweet and sour pork) plus one little mug of green tea. While I  eat, Juliet cleans the bathroom.
  • At 1:55pm I sit over the loo for two more tinkles then sign Juliet off with my thanks and byes. She's back Sunday  7-9am.
  • Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day I'll use the loo for one tinkle, sit @ the gobbling :P table and ask dad for arvo  tea,  read for as close to one hour as I can then return and watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 206TH time.
  • Toms: Peggy's minding me  9:30am till 4pm. Presume we're buying groceries from Coles Pinelands plus my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from Coles, coming home for lunch then going to the NAB for my FINAL physio NAB session for 2026, hallelujah!! :D
  • Will need rice for arvo tea since Lorraine's taking met Toastmasters toms night and I'm getting an UnHappy Meal for dinner!
  • Anyways, hopefully  bbl else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

Sunday Post 340b

Heylo again, good evening and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4365 steps (ooh I'm over four grand; that doesn't happen too often!  XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Christ's Like Sunlight"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Always Do The Honourable Thing'; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's Portrait Of You' and fifthly,  Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Servants @ Cana' but sixthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-EIGHT MINUTTES online while I videocast with Aunty Nga, hence why I'll still be surfing the net while chatting with her before taking the time off my net time owed spreadsheet! *sigh*  But  the Kangaroos won tonight, yay! Hope everyone has a smashing week ahead!

Cheers,

Em. ^^

Sunday Post 340

Enjoyed my 4th consecutive awesome sleep, attended ESS then had lunch at Hungry Jack's with baba before Juliet minded me from 1-6. Video chatted with PIG mum for five minutes and saw por por's headstone 🪦. So relieved to hear that she is surrounded by people she knows! Watching the Kangaroos' play tonight then tomorrow Juliet will take me to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Hopefully we will go grocery shopping afterwards else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me. Hope everyone has a lovely week ahead!

Cheers,

Em. ^^

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2308 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily  devotional topic from last night's "God's Final, Decisive Word"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'How To Thrive In Enemy Territory (2) and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Quiet Faithfulness In Christ" but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTY-NINE MINUTES online after we get home from dinner with the Slams! Meaning hopefully we'll leave right after dinner, since I've gotta ring Aunty Lai @ 9am too ... Anyways, events for today?

  • Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night!
