Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3766 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Jesus Knows His Sheep'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Always Agree With God's Word" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Love the' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTEEN MINUTES online after we get home from dinner with Aunty A!!! Cripes, it's looking like the SECOND CONSECUTIVE DAY where I'll not get to enjoy the ENTIRETY of the MOST IMPORTANT two hours of my day online!! >< Anyways, just briefly, events for today?
- Aww, what better way to begin my 17th Freedom Day then with my second consecutive awesome sleep? Nature didn't call until 7:45am~
- Peggy came @ 9:30am, helped me up @ 9:45am and took me to Breathe for physio: 1.874km bike ride, 36 leg-assisted pull-ups, 36 steps for Erf, 36 v-cable rows for both hands, 36 leg extensions for Elf, 36 leg curls for Elf, tennis ball catching and throwing for Era and boxing!
- Bought groceries @ Rochedale Coles. Peggy shouted me three little treats to help me celebrate my Freedom Day after I climbed back into her car~ :D
- Got home and showered - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Lunch was a toasted tuna in tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese, HEAVILY buttered and one big mug of yummy vanilla chai; just pity Peggy couldn't find where sneaky PIG mum had hidden the sweetener! *sigh*
- Cooked japchae with Dorrie!
- Fiona and C1 came bearing cake and bubble tea to help me celebrate my Freedom Day!! :D
- Waiting for dearest dad to get home; we're having dinner tonight with Aunty A to celebrate her FINALLY earning her PhD!! I'll ask can dinner double as my 17th Freedom Day celebration. XD
- Toms: Olivia's minding me from 9:30pm till 1:30pm. Presume we're buying my afternoon sushi from Underwood MarketPlace?
- Will hopefully play table tennis @ church with dad~
- Hoping to read for three hours toms; will skip watching the 6pm news for the 68TH time for that!
- Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
