Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2191 steps (ha, I'm over two grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Gain Of Serving God'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'You Are The Vessel, Not The Treasure' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Our Thoughtful God'. Anyways, events for today?
- Have forgotten what time nature called during the night but after the first daylight pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep with Daddy Bear since I knew PIG mum would get very noisy one hour!
- Either she didn't (impossible XD) else I managed to fall back asleep really soundly with Daddy Bear (prolly; it's our first night together since the colder months arrived and he'll stay with me until Summer comes again) but I didn't wake until PIG mum let herself into my room! I quickly used the pot :P once more, she hit me with the eye goo then helped me exceedingly slightly with not only the bra strap but the tee before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I complied with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. Actually, toms I may ask PIG mum to please help me with the jumper too, since today stupid Ela was unco, it took me several attempts to get the jumper on properly and I nearly froze! o_O
- PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Breakfast's one thin slice of that banana bread I helped PIG mum bake last night, with one bowl of healthy cereal plus porridge, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- After breakfast, I walk myself slowly and safely back to the toilet, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt (what I do all day0IG mum tootles us off to church, parking under the hall. I hike up the ramp, use the second cubicle of the normal ladies' loo once (since both the disabled and the first cubicle of the normal ladies loo have lids down but mean PIG mum won't lift the lid for me), wash and dry both hands then head into service and grab my usual spot in service on the most left @ the back. PIG mum bolts back up for the Canto service @ like 8:45pm.
- Yay, I get to stay seated for worship today! I sing everything, plus the harmony for all four songs, but like every other week, meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
Speaker today was Uncle Onny and he's actually a reverend, like Chris! Uncle Onny's sermon topic today was Who You Say I Am.
After service ended fourteen minutes early, PIG mum got me, saying their service hadn't finished yet and the sermon has only finished! I used the first cubicle of the normal ladies loo (since this time the disabled one was occupied), grabbed a packet of Arnott's bikkies for morning tea and sat outside the service hall.
Small Chow and Aunty Cynthia wandered over for a chat; Vicky's just come back from Japan and even bought me a souvenir! But I never knew Aunty Anne had a heart condition ....
While everyone else enjoyed Vietnamese food together for lunch, dad made me have Hungry Jack's with him, while PIG mum was enjoying her coffee and gossip social with the other aunties. *sigh* Today I munched a Whopper Junior, shared a large orange juice with dad and enjoyed fourteen chips; usually, it's less than ten!
Back home, I used the loo for one more tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
Once I've used up my most important two hours of the day online I'll use the loo for one tinkle and then sit @ the gobbling :P table to wait for PIG mum to gimme some arvo tea and start reading the Great Zoo Of China!
Toms: 11am appointment to see Ray for some massage and acupuncture. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap ceaselessly @ him. XD
Hopefully we'll grocery shop and aisle walk afterwards before coming home for lunch with dearest dad, else expect av super-pissy plodding total from me.
Angelica's minding me from 3:30pm till 5:30pm.
Fingers crossed I can watch the 6pm news for the 65TH time toms, since dearest dad's already said I can watch it for the 64TH time tonight!
