Friday Post 490

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3789 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'When God Goes Against His Will'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Much More/'Much Less (1)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'In The Depths' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed THIRTY-ONE MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 62ND time!! Anyways, events for today?

  •  After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles me off to Breathe for physio. Thanks to her who kindly helps me buckle my seatbelt all day.

  • At Breathe, I tell Winnie how I've hurt Elf and mother said stay off Elf this session. Physio today: Sat down for Winnie to assess Elf and then plinth session: 36 leg raises for Erf, 36 arm press for Era and Ela each with 2kg dumbbell, 36 arm raises for Era with 2kg dumbbell, 36 bridges, tennis ball catching and boxing! As usual, Connor ignored me but he was all over Peggy this morning since she'd been playing with Ellie and Rex and he could smell   all the dog treats on her!

  • After one loo trip (CX258 opens the female bathroom and the second cubicle's ambulant) Peggy tootled us off to Rochedale   Coles to buy groceries for my afternoon cooking session with Dorrie. When we were leaving, we bumped into Uncle Wallace, also out buying his groceries!

  • Back home I showered my quickest -  hairwash  today. Thanks also to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
