Tuesday Post 330

 Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4696 steps (ha, I'm over  4.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily  devotional  topic from last night's 'Models For Combating Discouragement'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Don't Allow Yourself 2B Distracted; fourthly, Our Daily  Bread's devotional topic's 'Walking Like Jesus' and fifthly, Joni's devotional  topic's "We Can't Escape" but fifthly  and way most importantly I'll really still be owed FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES online should  PIG mum order me  off to  bed @ 9:45pm!! >< *sigh* Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until  6:40am~
• Peggy minded me from 9:30am till 4pm.
• Bought groceries from Pinelands Coles plus my once-weekly crackling  pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse then came home for lunch.
• Two hours NAB physio  with Vincente, a twenty-four year old who was born in the Philippines but grew up in Canada and already has a kinesiology degree!
• Physio today: Thumb abduction for Ela bending down twenty times to floor to pickup a ball, left weight shift and toss ball into basket, thirty sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift and ten laps long hallway walking.
• Came home, showered, ate arvo  tea and read the Isobelle  Carmody  book for one hour (finished pg.300 @ exactly 4:25pm,  finished arvo tea @ 4:41pm and finished pg. 325 @ 5:09pm.
• Popped online, read the day's Bible passages, watched the 6pm  news bulletin (Nine's) for the 165TH time.

• Started  homework, used  loo, ate dinner, drank soup, took bowl to sink,  returned online, completed  homework, used loo  for another tinkle then plopped online for myself.
• Toms: hope PIG mum   helps me  up not too late and takes me grocery shopping somewhere before  Lana takes me to    table  tennis.  Why I'm   excited: there's gonna be CAKE for Justin's birthday! He's turning forty-seven/forty-eight~
• Most excitingly, I get to attend GG toms night; Jenny's giving me a lift~
