Monday Post 601c

One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3316. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

  • PIG mum had already come over @ 8:58pm in her eagerness to gleefully force poor Ela into doing one set of those FitMi exercises for her, but I just ignored her and used the loo for one more tinkle @ 9pm then skipped all the demonstration videos. Still, I'll not have been online for two hours until 10:13pm ... suddenly, PIG mum says watching the news also counts as net time? In that case, I'll stop watching it and just listen to it. *sigh*
  • Toms: Angelica's minding me from 9:30pm til 4pm. We'll buy groceries from Coles plus my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse, come home for lunch then head out to the NAB @ 12:15pm. Mandy's giving me physio from 1-2 and then Angelica will see me home and showered before leaving.
  • Looking forward to reading Phoenix Flame for one hour and then watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 114TH time!
  • Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
P.S. And just like that, the first half of 2025's over! Whoops that I've totally stacked it twice this year already; fingers crossed I'll stay upright for the rest of the year~

Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3248 but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTY MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm and let PIG mum gleefully force poor Ela on one set of those FitMi exercises!! Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

  • Back home PIG mum whipped up some lunch for us and afterwards we cooked together! The recipe called them biscuits; personally, I thought they were more like a flattened dumpling?
  • Forgot which chocolate-coloured carer came this arvo, but she came nearly ten minutes late since she was busy @ her other job where she's some kinda manager since today's the end of the financial   year!
  • But after showering she found me this really awesome new book to read! It's called Phoenix Flame and I reached page fifty @ exactly 5:20pm.
  • After the carer left I happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 113RD time. All the interesting surnames I found: Heinke, Stokes,  Greer, Al;lan, Janetzki (heard), Chalmers (heard), Bavas, Mattheson (heard), Cass,  Gottlieb, Stone, Kohler (heard), Beaman, Crisafulli (heard), Chippendale, Croucher, Hanson, Albanese, Bragg, Kearsley, Norris, Netanyahu (heard), Godfrey, Trump,  De Minaur, Bavas, Verills (heard), Djokovich (heard), Millward, Alcaraz  (heard), Patterson, Johnson, Kiss, Pye (first name), Augustine,Brigginshaw (heard), Papaliii,Shibasaki, Hamiso (first name), Sanders, Guevara,Jenner, Grossi (heard), Tasmin (first name),Kowaleski,Cobbo,Bajic, Snezana (first name), Norris, Piastri, Verstappen (heard),Montemurro,Lohmann,Grady (first name), Haas, Heagney, Daley,Nader and Kohler. Brisbane was 15-17 today. Brisbane toms: 11-20. Mt. Gravatt toms: 9-20. Sunrise 6:38am Sunset 5:05pm
  • Unsure why dad got home so late but when PIG mum summoned me to dinner I first headed to the garage and told dad please come inside and eat too.
  • Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa icky bitter vegetable, some 'sar gok' (say that in Canto) and like one chunk of tasty pork.
  • Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the fridge I walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl following one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for todayy, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms else wishing everyone  a smashing Tuesday ahead!
    Cheers,

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 4384 but secondly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FIFTY MINUTES online while I Facebook videochat with Aunty Nga!! *sigh* Righteo, just briefly, final, final events   for tonight?

  • Peter Pie and Yu Lam dropped me home afterwards.
  • Happily read for one hour; I FINISHED Rosie Batty's memoirs @ 3:53pm, finished the timeline of events @ 4:02pm (eep  poor Luke Batty was killed on the same day as Aunty Nga's birthday but she's forbidden me from telling Aunty Nga that; unsure why but no biggie), finished the acknowledgements @ 4:08pm then finally finished EVERYTHING @ 4:15pm! Immediately continuing with the Great Dragon Zoo of China I reached pg. 500 @ 4:24pm then FINISHED THE BOOK @ 4:38pm!! I then finished pg. 525 @ 4:46pm, finished the author interview @ exactly 4:50pm then finished EVERYTHING @ 4:53pm!!

  • Attended ESS; speaker today was Reverend Aman Gupta and his sermon topic was Heavenly Worship.\
  • Joined ESS people for a picnic lunch @ Riverdale Park @ Meadowbrook! Dr. Lee drove me and two schoolboys and we just bought drive-thru from Maccas for lunch (one of the boys had TWO McSmart meals while Dr. Lee and I shared some Mega meal; he had the quarter  pounder while I  had the cheeseburger, we shared the chips and since he drank the Coke he only had one chicken nugget while I munched two)
    Cheers,

Saturday Post 501c

One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3348. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

  • After publishing the previous post, I spent five minutes reading and sharing Facebook memories.
  • At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Toms: just church, definitely nothing special. Resigned to a pissy  bite  of  lunch with  dad @  Hungry Jack's and then a stressful arvo @ the hands of PIG mum. *sigh*
  • But looking forward to viewing the full match replay of the Broncos vs. Warriors; surely it'll be up!
  • Anyways, looking forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

Saturday Post 501b

Heylo  again and good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 3292 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The African Queen' but thirdly and way most importantly I'm really still owed TWENTY-NINE MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Righteo, continuing today's events?

  • When Karina returns, we get me kitted, I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth (thanks to Karina who squirts some toothpastes for me), drink one full mug of water and then sit over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Karina, grousing @ her for AGAIN not eating breakfast and telling her that she'd buy lunch when I went out and bought my sushi roll for arvo tea. XD
  • For my breakfast, Karina fried me my once-weekly egg and stuck it over one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly spread with avocado but sprinkled with salt. I also enjoy my first big mug of white tea sweetened with one big spoonful of honey, pop all my usual drugs :P and drain another full mug of water. Then I happily read for thirty minutes, reaching page twenty-five @ exactly 10:35am.
  • While Karina closes and locks windows, I use the loo for one tinkle before climbing into the passenger seat of her car. Thanks to Karina who helps me with my seatbelt all day.
  • At Underwood MarketPlace she grabs a trolley for us. Turns out PIG mum hasn't got any groceries to buy from Woolies; we're only ducking in and buying me a honey chicken sushi roll for arvo tea!
  • Back home I take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Karina who helps me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, Karina makes me a tuna with tomato and onion toastie with TWO cheese that's HEAVILY buttered and also two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one big spoonful of honey, since I'm sure PIG mum'll only gimme herbal tea this arvo. Over and after lunch, I happily read for thirty-five more minutes, finishing pg.  150 @ 12:17pm and finishing pg. 175 @ 12:42pm.
  • I sit once more over the loo for two tinkles before Karina tootles me off to church to play table tennis with dearest dad. Lucky thing: she's taking a client to see the Broncos match @ Suncorp Stadium next!
  • Didn't get to play with Uncle Simon today since he suddenly had to leave, but he says we'll play together next week~
  • After dad tootled us home, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat down to read all arvo, since it's only Saturdays that I can spend a blessed three hours reading~ Today, I reached pg. 200 @ 3:12pm, reached pg. 222 @ exactly 3:40, reached pg. 225 @ exactly 3:45pm, finished pg. 250 @ 4:28pm and reached pg. 275 @ 5:12. Mostly I was just disappointed that I missed out on Sunnybank Plaza's Food Trail. *sigh* Instead, I'm looking forward to meeting Pastor Grace and Reverend Chris for lunch next Thursday~
  • Used the loo for one tinkle, plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 111ST time. All the things I like recording are in today's first post.
  • When PIG mum summoned me over for dinner, I used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa sugarloaf, lotsa not-very-yummy soup pumpkin and one yummy chunk of roast pork with crackling. Maybe even a slice of fish?
  • Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Righteo, hopefully brb after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening Sunday, else looking forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

Saturday Post 501

Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3142 steps (ha, I'm over three grand XD); secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'A Hiding Place For The Helpless'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Be Open And Approachable' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Unexpected Interruption' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FIFTY-THREE MINUTES online after I  watch the 6pm  news  (Seven's) for the 111ST time!! Anyways, events for today?

  •  Daddy Bar and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P around 9am. After another tinkle, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

  •  Shortly afterwards, PIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and give poor Elf a very brief rub, since she ignored her last night.

  • Once PIG mum lets Karina inside @ 9:30am, Karina knocks, opens the door,  bids me good  morning and says hitting the snooze button for fifteen moore minutes ... Daddy  Bear  flops a paw @ her and she wisely retreats, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD

Em. ^^

Righteo, continuing today's events?

  • After PIG mum lets Peggy inside @ 9:30am, Peggy knocks, pushes open the door and announces, "Good morning."  When I flop Daddy Bear's paw @ her, she next states "Fifteen more minutes." Daddy Bear flops his arm @ her again and she wisely removes herself, thus saving Actually she comes back like eighty seconds too early but when I growl that @ her she wisely goes and empties the pot :P first, thus saving her from the wrath of the Bear Bum. XD

  • Come 8:30pm I had to let PIG mum gleefully force poor Ela on one sett of those FitMi  exercises for her. Funny thing was that Era accidentally knocked the blue puck over, but it landed on its side and rolled away; in the end 'twas dearest dad who found it near the piano! XD
  • At 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Like I say every week, a very little's better than none @ all!
  • Toms: PIG mum'll help me up early, since Peggy's coming @ 9:30am and taking me for a two-hour physio session @ the NAB with Ashleigh. Saw her last Friday but she suddenly vanished! Asked where she was when I was @ the NAB Tuesday and she said gastro, eep! Thankfully she's all better now~

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 3394. Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

  • After publishing the previous post, I continued sharing Facebook memories. PIG mum was so eager to gleefully force poor Ela onto doing one set of those FitMi exercises for her she'd come over minutes earlier and attached the puck with strap onto Ela but I just paid her no heed.  XD Actually I hadn't finished the previous post yet but ended it since PIG mum had come over. Oh, I'd also used the loo myself twice more.
  • Exercises finished, I spent another seven minutes continuing to read and share my Facebook memories, meaning one set took twenty-two minutes today.
  • At 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. Actually, did PIG mum gimme an ENORMOUS bowl of soup to drink after dinner last night? Coz I'd already used the loo twice more after dinner!
  • Toms: Karina's coming @ 8am and taking me to GCCW! Only afterwards I've got Breathe physio @ 2pm meaning she's supposed to mind me till 4pm since I need a shower after getting home but the roster says she's leaving @ 1:30pm?
  • But hoping to read for one hour and watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 109TH time!
  • Best of all, it's ice cream night toms night! Like I say every week, a very little's better than none @ all!

Wednesday Post 601b

Heylo  again and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post online before midday. XD Firstly, my final, final plodding total from Tuesday's actually 5210 (sweet I was more than half a normal person yesterday; that's rare!); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'At War With   Spirits'; thirdly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2120 steps (ha, I'm over two grand XD); fourthly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's "I Can Be Content In Every Circumstance'; fifthly, TWFT topic's 'Resolve Conflict Quickly (1)' and sixthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Credit  Where Due but seventhly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES online after I get back from table tennis and the carer leaves @ 6:30pm!! Anyways, let's start with yesterday's events first!

  • Before I left for Toastmasters; Rosanna popped over after work and we redid the Bible study we'd covered last week for GG~ She's attending CPE right now but plans to return to BCAC someday~
  • When Lorraine arrived, PIG mum sent me to the loo once while she moved Sparkless3 into Lorraine's boot. When I came out I thanked Rosanna for coming and gave her a big hug; she says she'll come again like next week/next fortnight, I wonder what we'll study since GG's on semester break right now?
  • When Lorraine drove me to Toastmasters 'twas good to catchup; she told me all about the cruise she'd taken!
  • But since neither of us can read maps and I've not got any direction sense we couldn't find the HiQ building for Toastmasters; the guy we asked for directions that actually led us there was actually the architect who'd designed the building! I told him about my D+ and he just laughed. XD
  • Only seven attended last night  and the eighth was Lorraine. She was great and tried her hand @ a Table Topic! Most excitingly, our next meeting's the pub  changeover function! :
  • After the meeting,  Lorraine tootled us back to Maccas where I got my UnHappy Meal for dinner before she dropped me back home.  Repeat the usual nightly events and zzz ~
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

Good afternoon! Lol, Tuesday's the final day to reach SIX HUNDRED posts. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4462 steps (sweet I'm not often over four grand and I'm gonna finish past 4.5 grand tonight! ^^ XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Faith Honours Him Who It Trusts'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'The Waiting Strategy' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The God Who Rescues' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-SEVEN MINUTES online when Rosanna comes over for some Bible study!! >< Argh, yet another day where I'll not get the ENTIRETY of my MOST IMPORTANT two hours of the day online!! >< *sigh* Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

  • Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like the past two days, nature didn't call until 7:05am~
  • Angelica helped me up, took me grocery shopping @ Pinelands Plaza and I got a crunchy pork bahn mi from Aunty Nancy for lunch.
  • NAB physio with Mandy: Standing practice at parallel bars with left weight shift, twelve laps parallel bars walking twelve laps long hallway walking and three/four transfers from double red mats to plinth.
  • Came home for a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Angelica who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted  thanks to PIG mum who gave me some rice for arvo tea, since she knows I'll fret should I endure any day without rice. XD
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

Monday Post 600e

One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 4129. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

  • After publishing the previous post, I finished and sent around my GCCW homework.
  • At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Let PIG mum gleefully force poor Ela on one set of those  FitMi   exercises for her. That took around twenty-five minutes.
  • Toms: Angelica's minding me from 9:30pm till 4pm. After helping me up, we'll buy groceries from Coles Pinelands, buy lunch from the Pinelands Bakehouse and come home for lunch before Angelica tootles me off to UQ for physio with Mandy. Then she'll see me home and showered before leaving. Hope PIG mum remembers to gimme some rice for arvo tea!
  • Will plop online before Lorraine takes me to QUT for Toastmasters; originally that was gonna be the changeover function @ the pub but that's been pushed back to the 2nd Tuesday next month (July).
  • Not really looking forward to getting an UnHappy Meal with an orange juice for dinner since I'm not three anymore, but hey. *sigh*
  • Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing Tuesday ahead!
    Cheers,
Em. ^^P.S. Tee hee, I've managed FIVE posts tonight!  Yeah, that's possible some Mondays, but Tuesday's only gonna get one/maybe two~ XD

Monday Post 600d

Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 4037 (sweet I'm just over four grand; that doesn't happen too often!) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Winning The Battle'. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

  • When PIG mum sent me off to the loo @ 7:24pm, I used the toilet for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle then over to the gobbling :P table, calling when I passed the gobbling :P table, "Baba! Come down for dinner!" Dad calls back, "Coming!"
  • Dinner tonight: last night's dinner leftovers, with lotsa additional chokos and lotsa additional carrot. Unsure why we can't ever enjoy a meal out without taking away some home for a  meal the next day, but hey.
  • Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the gobbling :P table I walked myself sloowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

  • Gotta complete my GCCW homework now!  Fingers crossed I can bbl after  one last loo trip @ 9pm withn my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms else wishing everyone a smashing Tuesday ahead!
    Cheers,

So hopefully bbl with today's events continuing, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
P.S. All the interesting surnames I saw while watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's, read by Melissa Downes) for the 107TH time: Tomasi, Caine, JD (first name), Vance, Trump, Rubio, Godfrey, Ward, Taiba (first name), Ash, Guterres, Antonio (first name), Probyn, Albanese, Sadaeghi, Ahmat (first name), Arvier, Makenna (first name), Baily, Crisafulli, Geran, Trevor, Tempest, Webb, Duncan, Heagney, Schrinner, Konstas (heard), Inglis (heard), Webb (heard), Hasler, Mestrov, Trbojevic, Seibold (heard), Jakob (first name), Funk, Paton,  Bluntt, Trump  (heard), Labuschahne, Head, Wright, Townsend (heard), Gallen, Wally, Whitehead, Quayle, Fleetwood, Bradley (heard), Bennett and Kohler. Brisbane toms: 14-24. Mt. Gravatt toms: 12-23. Sunrise: 6:37am Sunset 5:03pm
P.P.S. Anyways, continuing today's events?

  • When Angelica announced her arrival precisely @ 3:45pm, both PIG mum and I went to answer the door.
  • So a nice hot shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Angelica who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was two different fruits (maybe passionfruit and banana), about one plain cracker and one big mug of delicious Ceylon tea from Angelica sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of sugar.  Thanks to Angelica who grabbed me Rosie Batty's 'A Mother's Story to read; I happily read that for one hour, reaching page twenty-five @ exactly 4:55pm. Hard to believe it's been one whole DECADE since Rosie Batty became Australian Of the Year ...
  • After reading for one hour, I had ten minutes to happily play Jewels.
  • With five minutes before Angelica left, I sat over the loo for two more tinkles. Originally Angelica was  gonna dash off four minutes early but suddenly PIG mum kept her to exactly the right time by giving her something ... black sesame? No, black fungus!
  • Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 107TH time. All the things I like recording are above this post's dot points.
  • Toms: Angelica's coming @ 9:30am, helping me up, taking me to Pinelands Plaza to  buy groceries from Coles and get our bahn mis (and hopefully Vietnamese iced coffee and fat meatballs XD) from the Pinelands Bakehouse, come home for lunch but leave @ 12:15pm since I've got NAB physio with Mandy from 1-2 and then seeing me home and showered before leaving @ 4pm.

  • Anyways, hopefully bbl after dinner, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
    Cheers (again XD),
    Em. ^^

Anyways, events for today?

  • At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Toms: late morning appointment to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him. XD
  • She's said we can go grocery shopping and aisle walking afterwards become coming home for lunch with dearest dad, so I'm expecting I'll have passed one grand. XD
  • Hopefully Bettina remembers to come clean for two hours and hopefully Angelica can grab me a new book to read when she comes and minds me from 3:30pm till 5:30pm!
  • Fingers crossed I can watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 107TH time!
  •  Gonna go read match reports and bask in the Broncos' glory now! XD Fingers crossed I can watch the full match replay toms!

Sunday Post 600c

Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 3541 (ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "Life's Hard".  Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

  • After I dried the loo seat I sat for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, stamped both feet dry, washed and dried Era and then walked myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 106TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
  • When PIG mum called dinnertime, I used the loo for one tinkle and then climbed into the backseat of her car. Thanks too her who kindly helped me with my seatbelt both ways this time, since I've got seriously sh*tty night vision post brain injury (amongst other disabilities. ><) *sigh*
  • Like previous Sundays, dinner was @ Ho Lin Wah. Dad found a car park nearly right outside the entrance; perhaps 'twas a bit later than usual?
  • The set meals didn't suit me today but dad ordered some omelette with rice, and I had about one bowl of that; 'twas yummy! I also drank half the set soup, one cup of Chinese tea, about 1.5 deep fried cuttlefish balls and just over one mouthful of the HK-style milk tea. The head waitress came over for a chat; her name's Debbie and she's got a twenty-four-year-old daughter.
  • Once dad tootled us home, I walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Anyways, hopefully brb following one last loo trip with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms, else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

Sunday Post 600b

Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 3155. Ha, I'm over three grand. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for tonight?

  • Once I'd used up the most important two hours of my day, I used the loo for one tinkle and then sat @ the gobbling :P table for arvo tea. Thanks to PIG mum who'd left me one gloopy mouthful of passionfruit, one plain cracker and one huge mug of green tea.
  • Since I'd finished the book I was reading, instead I did the crossword and the other word games from the newspaper I'd bought three days ago!
  • When PIG mum tumbled downstairs from pigland and ordered me off to go shower, I walked myself slowly and safely into the bathroom, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • So a nice hot shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually I was all done after only 9% but happily leaned fully against the right-side side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling PIG mum back.
  • Since she'll not even help me dry my back anymore, once she dried the back of the chair and passed me the towel, I did everything else and she didn't feature again until my bra strap needed doing up, Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying.
  • After I dried the loo seat I sat  for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, stamped  both feet dry, washed and dried Era  and then walked myself slow - bbl!
  • Cheers,
    Em. ^^

  • After publishing the previous post I started reading and sharing Facebook memories!
  • At 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Toms: just church, definitely nothing special. Actually, the special thing's that I'm finally joining other ESS people for lunch! Unsure why dad made up the odd rule that I can only have lunch out with other church peoples only once every TWO MONTHS while he and PIG mum get to enjoy morning/arvo tea with their mates EVERY WEEK, but hey. Hope someone chooses somewhere with copious amounts of good food!
  • The Broncos are playing @ 2pm;  unsure why Nine's not showing it?
  • Then fingers crossed that dad will take us out for dinner @ some restaurant; that'll be only the first time I've been lucky enough to have both lunch and dinner out, and we're nearly halfway through the year!
  • Anyways, looking forward to  seeing everyone @ church toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

Saturday Post 600b

Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ 3960 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'The Real Thing'. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

  • PIG mum got dad too start dinner without me; I joined after the news had finished.
  • Dinner tonight: rice, leftovers from the cooking Dorrie and I did yesterday and one piece of delicious BBQ duck that dearest dad brought back for me!
  • After dinner, I helped PIG mum make tuna buns! Actually, the tuna hasn't appeared yet, but I measured and added ingredients.
  • Before returning online, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Righteo, hopefully bbl  after one last tinkle with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening Sunday, else looking forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3614 steps (ha, I'm over 3.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Grace Is Pardon - And Power!'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Understanding The Word 'Imputed' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Steadfast In God's Will." Anyways, events for today?

  • After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table with Catherine and munch my once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast plus a very thin layer of avocado. I drink my first big mug of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey, pop all my usual drugs :P and happily read for thirty minutes first up, FINISHING THE BOOK @ 10:33! The Great Dragon Zoo Of China was beside me; I just grabbed that and continued reading, finishing pg. 325 @ exactly 10:40.
  • While Catherine closed and locked windows, I used the loo for one tinkle and then climbed into the passenger seat of Catherine's car. Thanks to her who helped me with my seatbelt all day. She tootled us off to Underwood MarketPlace, parking round the side and grabbing a trolley for us.
  • Unsure why PIG mum didn't want any groceries from Woolies? We just bought a big mug from Big W (to replace the one Dorrie accidentally dropped yesterday) and my honey chicken sushi roll for arvo tea.
  • Back home I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Catherine who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
  • Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was maybe one bowl of rice leftovers but thanks to Catherine who made me two more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey!
  • After one more tinkle, Catherine tootled me too church to play table tennis with dearest dad before she returned to Big W and bought the cup and honey chicken sushi again since she forgot to put them back into the carboot while I climbed back into the car! XD
  • For the first time ever, I played three times straight before breaking! Usually dad and I play together once before breaking and sometimes we play twice together before breaking but today after having played twice suddenly Uncle Simon goes let's play! Aww, he's so hark hei~ I possibly could've played a 4th match straight but for nature calling! XD
  • Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle then sat to munch arvo tea (Catherine brought me another honey chicken sushi roll but PIG mum didn't lemme know even though she said she would XD), drink one huge mug of green tea and hopefully read for another two hours and ten minutes since it's only Saturday that I can  read for three hours! I reached pg. 275 @ 2:48pm, finished pg. 300 @ 3:07pm, found the book title on pg. 306 and FINISHED THE BOOK @ 3:23! Continuing reading (author interview, etc.), I reached pg. 525 @ 3:31, finished the author interview @ 3:47pm and FINALLY FINISHED EVERYTHING @ 3:40! Have messaged PIG mum asking her please to grab me a new book to read toms; hope she will!
  • One more tinkle for me before plopping online.
  • At 5:30pm I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

  • Looking forward to watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 105TH time.
  • Toms: just church, nothing special. Actually, the special things that I'm gonna have lunch out with other ESS peoples toms! Unsure why dad made the rule that I can only join for lunch once every two MONTHS while he and PIG mum enjoy meals out with their mates WEEKLY but I'm looking forward to it!
  • But come 2pm hopefully I'm watching the Broncos play the Sharks!
  • Then should dad take us out for our once-weekly family dinner together out, will that be the first time this year I've been lucky enough to have both lunch and dinner out?? We're nearly halfway through 2025!
  • Anyways, hopefully bbl,  else looking forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^

Friday Post 600c

Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 3510. Ha, I'm literally just over 3.5 grand. XD Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

  • Lol, PIG mum was so eager to gleefully force poor Ela on one set of those FitMi exercises for her she came over five minutes early! Hence why I ended the previous post and shared Facebook memories until 8:30pm exactly.
  • Tonight doing one set took about twenty-four minutes. After PIG mum returned the keyboard and Wally to me, I spent the remaining six-odd minutes continuing to read and share Facebook memories.
  • At 9pm I walk myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Toms: it's Catherine minding me from 9:30am! PIG mum says we can go to Underwood Marketplace to buy my arvo tea sushi roll; wonder will she also lemme buy a new big mug from Big W to replace the one Dorrie accidentally broke today? Lol she nearly gave me a heart attack; think she was gonna rinse out the big mug but instead she dropped it? I was facing the stove but heard the smash and Dorrie screech; I immediately screeched too "Dorrie are you okay?!" She wails back "Sorry I broke your cup!" I quickly reply, "But are YOU okay?!" Phew she was! When she bends down and starts picking up shattered cup pieces PIG mum suddenly appears. I quickly say broken cup, mum. Dorrie dropped it but don't worry, she's not hurt.
  • Once Dorrie leaves PIG mum feeds me arvo tea (one juicy orange/mandarin; I trade one slice of either with her), one plain cracker and one big mug of powdered HK-style milk tea.
  • I happily read the book club novel for one hour, finishing pg. 400 @ 4:06pm.
  • Whoops less than ten minutes left, so just super-briefly:
  • Watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 104TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
  • Ate what I cooked with Dorrie this arvo for dinner.
  • Toms: Catherine's minding me from 9:30; PIG mum says we can go walkies @ Underwood  MarketPlace and she'll drop me off @ church for table tennis with dearest dad before leaving.
  • Looking forward to my two big mugs of white tea with one big spoonful of honey and hoping to read for three hours; will skip watching the 6pm news bulletin for the 105TH time for that!
  • Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
