hello again, and one final good evening! em's final, final plodding total for sunday now stands @ 5662 (yeah, pedro says i'm just over half a normal person today XD) and joni's devotional topic's 'the god of hope'. righteo, final, final events for today?
-lol, when dad got home from baddy, he was like, "why aren't you watching the NRL grand final footy?" and i was like, "eep, i forgot! coming over now!"
-but kickoff didn't happen till like 5:30! some singing show contestant sanf the national anthem.
-lol, i cheered for canterbury; dad cheered for the storm. come half time, the bulldogs were losing. :(
-but 'twas time for dinner with aunty a, and after one more loo trip for two tinkles, we were off!
-yup, the calamvale chinese and BBQ restaurant's really much busier @ night! i ate almost 1.5 bowls of rice, some soya sauce chicken, some charsiu, lotsa vegies two little chunks of tofu and the same again of mushroom.
-we were given eight slices of orange (two each) then the owner lady came and gave me four slices of watermelon! of course, we had one each. actually, i'm pretty certain the owner lady was gonna gimme sth else, but PIG refused to let her. *sigh* she's like that, i'm used to it.
-aunty a shouted us! today's mid-autumn festival, i think.
-dad tootled us home; i went once to the loo then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-dad's having an ipad chat with cousin karry and second aunty! lol, when she saw me, second aunty demanded that i stand up? dunno why, but no biggie.
-well, PIG mum's already trying to force me off to bed, but it's not 9:30pm yet! ><
-and i rang leanne. :)
-toms: long live the queen! coz this year's her diamond jubilee, we get an extra public holiday! the only down thing's that (1) carol won't come and watch me shower, but even worse (2) i haveta see vincent the bloody physio for a torture session! and poor ela's already fretting about the shower PIG mum'll watch me take ... :S oh wells, anyway, hope everyone has a smashing week!

heylo! i'm back from church family camp! 'twas awesome, and hopefully i'll get around to posting sth about it on embluekirby.blogspot.com, so stay tuned! anyways, i didn't reset pedro while @ camp, and he tells me that i've been hard @ work plodding 14187 steps over friday night, all day saturday and sunday morning and arvo. breaking them up, friday's plodding now stands @ 8385, saturday's plodding stands @ 21281 and sunday's is currently 4966. oh, joni's devotional topic for friday's 'prepare to meet your god' and saturday's topic's '; TWFT topic for saturday's 'pray for your children' while sunday's is 'give your life to christ' and joni's devotional topic from last night's 'the exaltation of christ'. anyways, PIG mum's gone upstairs into pigland, dad's gone to play baddy, and tonight we're having dinner with aunty a @ the calamvale BBQ and chinese restaurant! tomorrow sucks, though: it's a public holiday (meaning carol won't come to watch me shower, hungry's devestated XD) but PIG mum's gleefully forcing me off to see vincent the bloody physio for a torture session! >< well, i'm gonna e-mail him now, and if he's charging 2.5x his normal fee, i'm so not going! good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 4575 steps today; secondly, TWFT topic's 'purpose'; thirdly, the spam count for the week's nine but forthly and most importantly, i'm still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-FOUR MINUTES online after aunty lucia leaves this afternoon!!! but we're attending church camp tonight; i may never get that time back ... :S anyways, events for today?
-actually, aunty lucia's here now, so fingers crossed i can bbl! else i had UQ physio this morning, stayed there for pizza lunch and went to get new glasses this arvo. and we're off to camp tonight!

good evening! em's new plodding total for thursday now stands @ 6799. yay, i'm more than half a normal person today~ XD righteo, continuing today's events?
-i had one tinkle before i flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (annette helped with era and my back), had another tinkle then mostly creamed myself (again, annette helped with era and my back). i mostly rekitted myself (annette helped with the upper half of erf's sock and erf's AFO straps, having one last tinkle when she was repinning pedro onto my pants.
~annette Forced me to walk out to the kitchen to make my arvo toastie, but she lemme make the perfect one! yay, what an awesome end to the month, i've had the perfect arvo toastie FIVE times this month! :D
-after cleaning the bathroom, annette came and massaged ela for about thirty minutes, while i read the book club novel.
-before she left, annette took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. i leaned briefly against the side rail and asked percy please to help me get through the rest of the night okay.
-after she left, i returned happily online, listening to nine's news and writing thursday post 119b.
-after dearest dad returned home, PIG mum quickly tumbled downstairs from pigland.
-immediately and gleefully forcing me offline, first she gleefully forced me to do several minutes of the wall exercises that STEPS guy had taugh @ that luncheon.
-that was followed by several more minutes of stick exercises, a painful standing calf stretch for fifteen minutes and culminating with a gleefully FORCED 20:02 on the bloody treadmill. actually, she CHEATED! >< every time, i ask her would she like me to count the remaining fifteen minutes down from 900, each time, she says no, but i count silently inside my head anyway, just in case she doesn't keep her word, like today. i yelled in protest when the counter clicked over to 20:01, and she pressed 'stop' by 20:02. still, i'm pissed. ><
-i took myself once slowly and safely to the loo afterwards for two tinkles, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-dinner: the yummy rice tonight, with lotsa yummy kailan, some salmon, one little chunk of egg and one little chunk of pork, which i saved for last, of course.
-dinner was washed down with one mug of yummy mint green tea, of which i sucked the teabag once but was very careful to hold the mug 'correctly'.
-after asking (and getting permission) from PIG mum to stay online till 9:45pm tonight, i walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-anyways, i'm off to finish reading the first chapter of that neuroplasticity text that jess sent me, after i finish writing that blog post about my MRI this year. fingers crossed i can bbl with my final, final plodding total and events for tomorrow just after 9:15pm.

hello again! em's new plodding total for thursday now stands @ 3886 and joni's devotional topic's "job's trials." righteo, continuing today's events?
-breakfast was two weetbix, again without honey but with yummy sliced banana. i also popped all my usual drugs :P and drank one full mug of water 'incorrectly'.
-afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the 4WD. of course, she gleefully forced poor em to buckle her own seatbelt all day, and we listened to westlife's 'unbreakable volume three' all day, too.
-PIG mum tootled me off to garbo for writers group!
-homework wasn't due today, but there was a guest speaker: karl, an editor!
-only PIG mum forgot to pick me up afterwards, poor boyd, harry and rob had to wait for me. XD i told them they could leave, and told harry just to leave me the bikkies, but harry said he'd already put them away! "then you can just leave and come back next fortnight to find my skeleton, coz by then, i'll have starved to death." i laughed. XD
-PIG mum arrived just as i was about to try ringing her again, and we left right away. usually, i go to the loo once afterwards, but PIG mum said not to coz they were all waiting.
-PIG mum tootled me to plaza to see naz for a spud! unfortunately, i had to let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk all the way down to sunni bakery so she could buy bread for jay, jess and kat, but what i'm most grumpy about is that she wouldn't just buy them from breadtop! no, she had to gleefully FORCE :( me to walk all the way down to sunni bakery, *sigh* but @ least we saw aunty carol, who told us that yes, carol hart had come to buy pork floss buns!
-and i enjoyed my yummy spud with a green tea mango mantra from boost juice! PIG mum's correct, though: they really lack in green tea flavour. XD
-after that was pincushion. personally, i was aghast to be reading a national geographic magazine from mid-2001! when i complained to dr. lin, she laughed and replied, "don't blame us; this clinic only started business in 2004." XD
-unfortunately, though, i didn't enjoy acupuncture today, though, coz dr. lin attached some kinda tense machine that HURT! >< alas, it send an ouchy pulse along elf's leg slightly faster than one a second. :(
-but afterwards, PIG mum tootled me home, and i went and did a stinky unspeakable before tootling online.
-annette arrived shortly before 4pm, but yakked with PIG mum for ages before finally Forcing me to walk to the bathroom for my nice hot shower - i washed and rinsed my own hair today.

thursday post 119

-i used the pot :P three times last night, once this morning and once more when dearest dad left for work around 7:50am. then i just spent some tummy time with bear bear, knowing that PIG mum would be in with "fifteen more minutes," very soon.
~she did, and after that, i swung myself over to the pot :P once more for three tinkles, PIG mum got me kitted for the day, then she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the bathroom and brush my teeth, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.

-aftering cleaning the bathroom, carol massaged ela for twenty-five minutes, although i've forgotten what colours she painted her with, sorry. and she's not back until next wednesday, coz monday's some public holiday!

wednesday post 119
good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 1354 steps today; secondly, TWFT topic's 'be happy for others' but thirdly and most importantly, i'm still owed THIRTY-EIGHT MINUTES after carol leaves @ 6pm!!! righteo, events for today?
~lol, i just made it having a great sleep last night! nature didn't call until 6:05am, and after a pot :P trip, i had a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.then bear bear and i cuddled and snored together, me waking once more to use the pot :P and kiss dearest dad good-bye when he left for work around 8:20am, before bear bear and i shared more happy snorings together.
-after PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes', i used the pot :P for @ least three more tinkles. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the bathroom and brush my teeth, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.

-while she drove, era helped ela stretch for ten minutes, then she opened and closed her palm twenty-five times, holding each for a count of five. she could've managed fifty, but huh, murphy's law, of course there weren't any trains crossing and all the traffic lights turned green when we approached them! ><"
-physio today: phew, i managed to stay seated first go. :) then i just did exercises for ela, but obviously didn't do them well enough, coz vincent made me do standing practice and holding a cardboard box with both hands! ><
-afterwards, PIG mum took me once to the loo, then she gave my birthday presents and cards to kat jie jie before we left.
-originally, i wanted to buy a pork salad roll for lunch, but PIG mum refused, just dissing that i don't have any time management skills. huh, well, if i don't, that's yet ANOTHER bloody thing i can blame the cruel and unfaithful god for! ><
-aunty wendy was already waiting when we arrived home. :). she kindly turned on seven's morning news for me to listen to.
-PIG mum left for some shopping, and after i rang dearest dad, and we chatted for like 1.5 minutes.
-aunty wendy fried me some tomato sauce pasta again for lunch. :) there was also lotsa yummy wombok, some ham and even some shallots that PIG mum had grown herself!
-after lunch, i read for like five minutes, then asked aunty wendy please to take me once to the loo. i stayed there for just two tinkles.
-back @ the gobbling :P table, i read my book club novel, while aunty wendy did the rubbing for ela for almost one hour.
-hey, carol should arrive soon, so fingers crossed i can bbl, else i've got writers' group toms morning then acupuncture in the arvo, before annette comes to watch me shower. and best of all, it's ice-cream night tonight! :D

~lol, i just made it having a great sleep last night! nature didn't call until 6:05am, and after a pot :P trip, i had a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.then bear bear and i cuddled and snored together, me waking once more to use the pot :P and kiss dearest dad good-bye when he left for work around 8:20am, before bear bear and i shared more happy snorings together.
-after PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes', i used the pot :P for @ least three more tinkles. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the bathroom and brush my teeth, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-breakfast was three weetbix without honey, but with yummy sliced banana. i also popped all my usual drugs. :P
-after breakfast, PIG mum demanded i drink one full mug of water then go poop for her. me, always an obedient child, complied. XD

hello again, and one final good evening! firstly, em's final, final plodding total for tuesday now stands @ 5046 (yay, i'm just half a normal person today XD) and secondly, joni's devotional topic's 'fruit comes through struggle'. righteo, final, final events for tonight?
-surprisingly, annette arrived several minutes early! she and PIG mum yakked on for ages, though, till she finally Forced me to walk to the bathroom for my nice hot shower - i washed and rinsed my hair today.
-i had one tinkle before i flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (annette helped with my back and era), had another tinkle, then mostly creamed myself. i mostly rekitted myself (annette helped with my bra, elf's AFO and most of erf's sock) and had one last tinkle when annette was pinning pedro back onto my pants.
-annette Forced me to walk out to the kitchen to make my arvo toastie. unfortunately, she only allowed one slice of cheese, which was ENTIRELY too thin, but i got mayo, so yay, this week's been satisfied twice already. :) i also made myself a cup of english breakfast tea, white sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of honey, which was my cup for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-while i munched away, annette massaged ela for about ten, maybe fifteen, minutes.
-time to go, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to annette's car.
-but annette didn't tootle us off to QUT for toastmasters - she tootled us off to maccas and bought herself a big mac meal! "i need some dinner when you're attending toastmasters, see." she explained. then she shared some of her chips with me. :)
-at toastmasters, annette took me once to the loo, then left.
-as usual, the meeting was awesome! rob made cheesecake brownies (i nicked three; they were delicious!) monica gave me the first table topic (if you could paint your whole city one colour, what would you choose and why?) and shane did the table topics evaluation, saying i delivered a great table topic, even though i talked about blue underwear for @ least forty seconds! XD
-afterwards, annette took me once more to the loo (she'd spent the night reading some book about stress) then tootled me home. lol, the sneaky woman had gotten PIG mum to sign her timesheet already, meaning she got to leave @ least five minutes early! but she's back on thursday.
-dinner for me: rice, lotsa lettuce, then some yummy pork and egg. dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup, then i went once more to the loo before returning online.

tuesday post 107
good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 4018 steps today (cool, i'm just over four grand XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'the secret of fulfillment'. righteo, events for today?
~i used the pot :P twice last night, once this morning and once more when dearest dad left for work. then i cuddled bear bear and successfully fell back asleep with him, waking once more to use the pot :P before PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes."
-when she came back, i used the pot :P once more for three tinkles, PIG mum got me kitted for the day, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush my teeth, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-breakfast was three yummy weetbix without honey, but with sliced banana! huh, personally, i reckon PIG mum's just being a mega-party pooper when she won't lemme have BOTH banana and honey! XD
-after breakfast, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the 4WD and she tootled me off for physio @ UQ with jay. -PIG mum decided she wanted to listen to lui fong and, as for me, once she left the driveway i closed both eyes and had a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied. opening my eyes somewhere along coronation drive, era helped ela stretch for five minutes, before she opened and closed her palm fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-PIG mum took me once to the loo on arrival, then kindly left me with the national geographic magazine when she went back downstairs to pay margit.
-jay came for me, Forced me to walk into the gym. physio today: twelve laps walking along the hallway, mat work, about twenty-five sit-to-stands in five minutes, weight shifting, five-minute standing calf stretch and work for ela to end. lol, ela had fun bashing jay with the foam cricket bat, and jay was very theatrical, moaning and groaning each time ela whacked him, until i said, "shut up, you wuss. foam can't possibly hurt." jay laughed and shut up. XD best of all, katrina invited us to have pizza with them on friday! :D hope PIG mum'll lemme stay!

-before lunch, though, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk all through woolies to buy oranges and rice for vincent the physio and kat jie jie. we also had a brief chat to wade.
-then, @ sushi train, we enjoyed our last mini udons - that is, unless it proves so popular they extend the special again! XD we both enjoyed an eel sushi (without cheese for me; with cheese for PIG mum) and a green tea, and of course i couldn't resist and sucked the teabag once. XD
-after lunch, PIG mum tootled us home. i went to the loo once (of course, horrid PIG mum gleefully forced me to do everything) then walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-yay, now i've got like one hour before annette comes and takes me to toastmasters tonight! :D
-alas, she prolly won't lemme buy any dinner out, but fingers crossed i can return online later tonight, else:

good evening! em's new plodding total for monday now stands @ 3629. yay, i'm even over 3.5 grand. :) righteo, continuing today's events?
-we stayed late @ goodwill; PIG mum rang CODA and asked them to tell carol that we'd be late. actually, we didn't get home till 5:20pm, though carol said 'twas only 5:15pm.
-anyways, a nice hot shower for me today - i washed and rinsed my own hair.
-i had one tinkle before i flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself, had another tinkle then mostly creamed myself (again, carol helped with my back and era). carol helped with more than just elf's AFO when i mostly rekitted myself, though: she helped with all my footwear! "just coz we're running late today," she explained. :o)
-carol Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table, where i enjoyed the second half of my yummy lunch as arvo tea. carol also made me one mug of tea, white and two, which was my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-after cleaning the bathroom, carol massaged ela for about twenty minutes.
-before leaving, she took me to the loo for one more tinkle. she's back on wednesday, and will be having lobbies for dinner tonight.
-i tootled happily online for awhile, listening to nine's news and watching the sports report. i also rang leanne, who said she's working up in mackay! but she's coming back down to brisbane every weekend, so that's lotsa travelling for her!

-i went once to the loo before dinner, which was rice, lotsa little tong vegetable, lotsa lettuce, lotsa carrot and several lil strips of soup pork. dinner was spooned down with one bowl of the same soup, then i walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-yay, PIG mum says i can stay online till 9:45pm tonight! :)
-so i'm off reading leanne's novel now, and will hopefully bbl after one more loo trip around 9pm with my final, final plodding total and what's happening toms!

XD best of all, when we left, the owner lady gave me a free bag of prawn crackers! :D
-PIG mum tootled us home, where dearest dad was just about to head back out to work. i plopped briefly online, then 'twas time to head out to goodwill orthopedics to get new straps for elf's AFO!

~when she came back, i swung myself over to the pot :P once more for two tinkles, just swinging myself back into bed when i realised i felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush my teeth, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-breakfast was two yummy weetbix without honey, but with sliced banana. i also popped all my usual drugs :P and drank one full mug of water 'incorrectly'.
-before leaving for vincent the bloody physio's place, i went and did my stinky unspeakable. of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but i also leaned briefly against the side rail and had a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the 4WD.
-of course, she gleefully forced me to buckle my own seatbelt all day; we also listened to lui fong all day, too. but alas, his CD's dying. :(
-when PIG mum tootled me off to see vincent the bloody physio for a torture session, era helped ela stretch for ten minutes, then she opened and closed her palm fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-physio today: at least fifteen attempts before staying seated, then exercises for ela while doing standing practice.horrid vincent wouldn't let poor ela grab a lolly today, but kat jie jie brought baby kayla out to say hi. :)
-after PIG mum took me once to the loo, she tootled us off to the calamvale BBQ and chinese restaurant off for lunch!
-yup, i got what the owner lady recommended me last time; the chicken and tomato fried rice! horrid PIG mum did order half oil, meaning i never got to experience the full taste, but she said i'd only be allowed to have it again after i've walked one full hour on the bloody treadmill for her, and since i've already done that for her once, i'm expecting to get it soon! :D not next week, though, coz the charsiu omelette rice is mega-jealous i haven't eaten him for ages, so i'd better eat that next week, if PIG mum'll take me! XD best of all, when we left, the owner lady gave me a free bag of prawn crackers! :D
-PIG mum tootled us home, where dearest dad was just about to head back out to work. i plopped briefly online, then 'twas time to head out to goodwill orthopedics to get new straps for elf's AFO!
-some new guy changed the straps today; he's canto! rod also came out for a yak, and brought out his fake plastic thumb. XD

MONDAY POST 108
Good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 1635 steps today; secodly, TWFT topic's 'prayer (6)' but thirdly and most importantly, i'm still owed ONE HOUR and THIRTY-ONE MINUTES online after i get home from goodwill orthopaedics!!! anyways, we're leaving @ 2pm, so fingers crossed i can bbl, else i saw vincent the bloody physio for a torture session today, had lunch @ the calamvale BBQ and chinese restaurant, scored a free bag of prawn crackers. carol's coming to watch me shower this arvo, then toms, i've got UQ physio with jay. fingers crossed i can grab some lunch @ the sushi train afterwards, then annette's taking me out to toastmasters toms night!

one final good evening! em's final, final plodding total for sunday now stands @ 4255. righteo, final, final events for tonight?
-at 9pm, i took myself once more slowly and safely to the loo, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-unfortunately, in my haste to return online, i forgot to switch off the light. >< dad noticed, and after gleefully Forcing me to walk back over and switch the light off, spend the next ten minutes haranguing me about it, complete with the threat that if i ever forgot to turn the bloody light off again, he'd not let me back online! >< argh, i dunno why the parents only use this threat against me, is it because they know my internet time is the MOST IMPORTANT time of the entire day for me?! everything else i do for my mum's pleasure and/or satisfaction, but my pissy two hours (all that the parents allot me) are solely for myself, when i'm free to check my e-mail, write my blog, etc. thus, i call it the most important time of the day for me, but dad says i'm not allowed to call it that, because physio and improving my mobility must be the most important time for me. if so, fine, then i can surely @ least say that the internet time is so precious because it is the ONLY TIME I HAVE FOR MYSELF! >< guess i'll be singing myself to sleep tonight again, screw counting ... ><

good evening! em's new final plodding total for sunday now stands @ 3992 (lol, i promise i'll pass four grand with my final, final plodding total later tonight XD) and joni's devotional topic's "mrs. sherman's treasures." righteo, continuing today's events?
-unfortunately, i didn't get the chance to try nine's news, coz PIG mum ordered i go shower. poor ela. :(
-obviously, i washed and rinsed my own hair today. PIG mum also gleefully forced poor ela to scrub various body parts about forty times, and afterwards, i dried and rekitted myself, PIG mum only helping with only elf's AFO.
-alas, back outside, 'twasn't time for dinner, coz PIG mum was eager to gleefully force me on those wall exercises that the guy @ the STEPS lunch taught us, followed by ages of stick exercises, then finally culminating in fifteen minutes of a painful calf stretch.
-one more toilet trip for two tinkles. of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to do everything.
-dinner tonight: the last remnants of tessa's yummy fried rice, lotsa lettuce, onion, and three strands of that chicken and cucumber sticks minus the sticks. dinner was spooned down with another bowlful of that mega-disgusting celery soup, then i returned online.
-yay, PIG mum says i can stay online till 9:45pm tonight! will bbl after one final loo trip with my final, final plodding total and the events for toms.

heylo again! em's new plodding total for sunday now stands @ 3330 (lol, three more steps and it would've been 3333! XD) and the new spam count for the weekend's now four. righteo, continuing today's events?
-kwany arrived first, then joey, and after i used the bathroom once more, we hit sakuraya!
-dunno why PIG mum refused to gimmee the disabled parking permit; it just meant more walking for me, i suspect. she's like that, but oh well.
-i got my usual, the okinawa chocolate milk tea with pearl, kwany got a coffee frappe and joey skipped a drink but went to woolies and bought herself one bag of sweet and sour vege chips, which she shared some with us. they're actually not bad!
-then we just yakked away. kwany's on term break right now, while joey's got some part-time work @ the sunnybank private hospital, although she's going to ipswich on placement soon.
-before we returned home, though, we went to woolies and got the milk that PIG mum had requested.
-back home, i used the pot :P once more, then joey and kwany stayed to watch the despicable me2 trailer and me bouncing on the jumping castle with janice and joshels before leaving.
-the parents are doing sth in the garden now; me, i've just spent like eleven minutes chatting with aunty nga, little mickey and uncle fung. lol, uncle fung answered, ordered mickey to talk with me. the small brat told me he was reading, then just as i asked him did he go to church today, he said, "talk to dad," returned the phone to uncle fung and totally ignored me! XD uncle fung told me that he had toms and tuesday off, then passed the phone to aunty nga, who told me that she had to shower mickey now, which makes me wonder: how old was i before PIG mum taught me to shower myself?
-anyways, wonder if i can get nine's news working tonight ...

-i used the pot :P three times last night and once more this morning, before cuddling bear bear and successfully falling back asleep with him until PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes."

-speaker today was squeaky ross farley, only he seems to have lost his squeakiness? he likes to promote TEAR Australia, though.
-there was communion before ross spoke, and afterwards, i stayed behind for pastor chris's Q&A about the small group thing. i asked two questions, and learnt that (1) this small group things are only for the english ministry, and two, each small group should last for two/three years before changing.
-afterwards, PIG mum took me once more to the loo, then tootled us home, but surprise! dad wasn't there! PIG mum rang him and found out that he was actually doing sth over @ aunty shuk lai jie jie's new house.
-we met @ maccas for lunch. PIG mum got us both that chicken cheeseburger with lettuce and small chips to share; when dad arrived, he ordered a medium big mac meal all for himself!
-while we ate lunch, i browsed the sunday mail, and found out that the poor bunnies haven't won a premiership for like thirty-seven years! i'm cheering for canterbury, though uncle colbert favours the storm. that's why i yelled "go the canterbury bulldogs!" when we drove past their street when dad was driving us home.

-i had one tinkle before dominique flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, had another tinkle, then got creamed. i got rekitted, and had one final tinkle when dominique was pinning pedro back onto my pants.
-dominique Forced me to walk back out to the gobbling :P table, where i made my usual toastie for arvo tea. sadly, PIG mum only lemme eat half, but hopefully, she'll save the other half for me toms arvo! i also drank one mug of tea, white sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of honey, 'incorrectly'.
-after i finished, dominique massaged ela for just under forty-five minutes. it would've been forty-five exactly, but dominique ran away to the loo once around 5:30pm.
-dominique took me once more to the loo for two tinkles before she left. she says she's not planning on dinner tonight, coz she had a huge lunch.
-i tootled online briefly, until PIG mum awoke from pigland. immediately and gleefully forcing me offline, she gleefully forced poor me on ages of those wall exercises that the guy from the STEPS lunch taught us.
-that was followed by 30+ minutes for poor ela and culminated in a painful standing calf stretch for about fifteen minutes.
-but my bladder was simply grateful that i didn't need to plod on the bloody treadmill for twenty minutes! XD
-anyways, i took myself slowly and safely there and back, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-dinner tonight: leftovers from jo's 21st party last night! i had some of that yummy korean noodle, one ham and lettuce mini-wrap, one skewer of chicken and cucumber and some of PIG mum's homegrown lettuce. that's the first time we tried them; if you never hear from me again, you can safely assume that PIG mum's gardening poisoned me. XD dinner was spooned down with one rather disgusting bowl of celery soup; i keep telling PIG mum to hurry up and drink it all, but it just seems like she's made too much! XD
-after dinner, dad wandered over to watch the semi-final NRL game, souths vs. bulldogs. i'm cheering for canterbury, but south sydney's winning. XD

good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding sth less than 2184 steps today (i'll explain why later) and TWFT topic's 'prayer (4)'. righteo, let's start off with last night's events first!
~before we left, i went once more to the loo for @ least two tinkles.
-then dad tootled us off to the kwok's residence!
-we parked up on their driveway, which i think wasn't really appropriate, considering everyone else that was attending, but hey. XD someone grabbed joey for me, i gave her a hug, said "happy birthday!" and gave her my card and gift then plonked my butt down on some plastic folding chair, while the parents headed inside.
-kwany came over and fed me some fairy floss! (apparently, there was some fairy floss machine factory going on in some corner. XD) he also got me a little cupcake container of lollies~
-tim attached some green glow-band/stick thing around ela's wrist, while kwany put a blue one on era's wrist.
-joshels and janice were seated beside me, and they suddenly had the crazy idea of dragging me onto the jumping castle with them! they took both shoes off, but i kept elf's AFO on. then, holding onto them, i somehow clambered up onto the jumping castle and started bouncing! "dad, look @ me!" i squealed. XD dad came over, joined in on the bouncing, then, @ my request, took a short video! and that's why i've been plodding somewhat less than what pedro's given me today, coz i forgot to take him off when i started bouncing; he must've gotten excited and given me lotsa steps. XD
-when dinner was called, i plopped back off the jumping castle. sitting down @ the table, PIG mum bought over almost one whole plate of the food we'd tried @ the kwok residence earlier!
-grace came over to sit with me! she's teaching cello and chinese @ COC, only it's not called christian outreach college anymore, but rather citypointe college! wonder why the name change?
-lol, the funny thing was that grace forgot who wells was! @ first, i kept telling her "it's 'vincent'," but obviously, she didn't believe me. so i went through the alphabet with her: a's for aaron, b's for bob ... etc. ec. etc. she finally got the answer from pole. XD
-pole kindly got me a lil seconds, then after i'd finished eating, helped me once to the loo, where i managed fine by myself.
-back outside, i chatted with lotsa different people, until 'twas cake time!
-we all stood up and sang happy birthday to joey, then we all posed for photos!
-one of joey's asian friends passed me some cake (they were inside these little cupcake platters), then josh cham passed me another one in a soft serve cone! which means tiff told me a porky pie when she said there were none left, but hey. XD
-alas, PIG mum decided we'd leave just as the speeches were going to start! :(
-and back home, i had to walk all down the hallway to pour my milk before i hit the sack!
-today: but unsurprisingly, i snored all the way until 6:30am before nature called!
-that was followed by more happy sleepings with bear bear until PIG mum left for work @ 7:45am, when i used the pot :P once more. then i spent the ten minutes till 7:55am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-after that, i cuddled bear bear and snored ... all the way till tess arrived @ 10am! lol, guess i was still tired from last night's activities. XD
-usually, tess leaves me in bed till 10:40am; when i was still bedbound @ 10:45, i called out and told tess i was ready to get up.
-using the pot once more, i just swung myself back into bed when i realised i felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. tess got me kitted, then we walked over together, where i brushed my teeth. thanks to tess who had prepared everything for me beforehand.
-after drinking one full mug of water 'incorrectly', i went and did a stinky unspeakable, also leaning briefly against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to percy the angel/saint, asking him please to help me get through today.
-afterwards, i went over to wash and dry era, before tess and i linked arms and we walked out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast together.
- thanks to dad who cooked some ham and eggs; thanks to tess who added one slice of cheese for me. she also fed me another slice of bread (which she cooks not in the toaster, but the saucepan!) with some sliced banana and honey, and i drank one mug of tea, white and two, 'incorrectly'.
-after i finished eating, tess gave me her iphone to play with, while she massaged ela for about fifty minutes, all the while telling me about how worried she was for elsa, whose moved outta the house!
-just past midday, she took me once more to the loo for four tinkles, and made me one mug of warm horlicks, my third mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-back @ the gobbling :P table, i tried ringing aunty nga, but annie jie jie told me that they were all out!
-so i read more fanfiction till about 12:45pm, when tess massaged ela for ten more minutes then took me once more to the loo for two/three more tinkles.
-i won't see tess next week, coz we'll be away on church family camp!
-anyways, i read for awhile, until dad remembered that he could feed me lunch even before PIG mum returned home. XD
-but PIG mum returned about then anyway, meaning i enjoyed lunch and one bowl of soup with her. then i went to the loo once before plopping online.
-well, dominique should come help me with my shower soon, so fingers crossed i can bbl, else;
-aunty a's coming over for dinner tonight, then toms:
-church, definitely nothing special.
-fingers crossed i can have lunch @ foodcourt afterwards!
-then i think kwany's coming to visit me toms arvo; hopefully we can hit sakuraya for drinks again!

hello again! em's new final plodding total for friday now stands @ 3385. righteo, continuing today's events?
-aunty lucia arrived shortly after 4pm and Forced me to walk to the bathroom for my nice hot shower - hairwash today. also thanks to her who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
-i had one tinkle before aunty lucia turned the nice hot water off, i got dried, got creamed and had another tinkle. aunty lucia rekitted me, and i had one last tinkle when she was doing elf's AFO straps.
-aunty lucia Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea, only my face was (and still is!) super-itchy coz of that new garnier face cream mother bought me! ><
-*sigh* i had half of that chocolate bun i'd bought last night for my arvo tea. next time i go, i'm gonna ask PIG mum for three more bucks then buy dad his own bun and hopefully, he'll leave mine alone!
-also thanks to PIG mum who poured me slightly less than one mug of plain milk; i used that as the cup for today that i could hold 'incorrectly'.

-well, i'm off for my naruto fix now, then going to joey's 21st party tonight! :D hopefully, it'll be lotsa fun!

friday post 108
good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 3120 steps today; secondly, TWFT topic's 'prayer (3)'; thirdly, the spam count for the week's nine but forthly and most importantly, i'm still owed SEVENTEEN MINUTES online after aunty lucia comes and helps me with a shower @ 4pm!!! but coz i'm attending joey's 21st tonight, i doubt i'll get the time back ... >< *sigh* the list grows forever longer... >< anyways, let's start off with last night's events first!
~stupid annette arrived one minute late yesterday, and Forced me to walk to the bathroom for my nice hot shower - only there wasn't any hot water! >< meaning i got a bucket shower yesterday arvo. XD yup, a tip bucket over me shower, minus hair wash (meaning PIG mum's being griping sth insane about how disgustingly dirty and oily my hair is... chill, i promise i'll get it washed this arvo. XD )
-actually, before annette tootled us out to garbo, i had to sit outside and wait for her hubby to drop the car off for us! when he arrived, annette immediately called "hi, lukie!" to the boy who climbed out from the passenger seat, but luke just ignored her (he's got autism). instead, i extended my hand to the driver, who was walking up to me. "hi mr. matt, i'm emily. thanks muchly for bringing the car over." matt shook my hand, laughed, then said, "i got all the way home before i realised i was supposed to bring the car back to annette!" XD
-anyways, sparkless was loaded, then annette and i were off!
-luckily, there was a disabled parking spot waiting underground for us; annette Forced me to walk up to the library, i grabbed orson scott card's 'shadows of the giant' then sat down and happily read until 6:30pm, when annette took me once to the loo before we went and got dinner!
-and who should meet me @ KFC but anna! lol, neither of us can remember who found who on facebook first. XD
-anyways, i got my usual (and loving the fact that i can ask for certain pieces!); anna got some kinda prawn tempura from hanaichi (she's really pro with chopsticks!) but i forgot what annette and her daughter got (oh, her daughter rachel joined us for the rest of the night)
-after dinner, we went to dick smiths, where i bought that happy birthday thirty buck itunes gift card for joey's 21st, then did my fortnightly post on an ipad while anna did the same. annette and rachel went window shopping somewhere while anna and i were inside dick smiths.
-all too soon, anna had to leave for her shift @ foodworks @ the hyperdome! i never knew foodworks stayed open 24/7!
-annette and rachel soon came back and we all went to the downstairs breadtop, stopping along the way for a loo trip. actually, rachel and i had the chance to chat briefly while annette was in the loo herself. rach told me that she studied drama, and that she's actually turning fourteen this december but still in year eight.
-huh, the downstairs breadtop had already closed! back upstairs we trundled, then. rachel had a turn @ pushing sparkless with me.
-after buying a bun for breakfast and a bun for arvo tea with aunty lucia, we all enjoyed a soft serve cone! annette and rach are funny, though: both don't eat the cone, just the ice-cream! XD
-and that marked the end of another great night out. annette tootled us home, and i managed to persuade PIG mum to lemme return online for my remaining ten minutes coz we needed to ring mickey and say happy birthday to him!
-we both sang the happy birthday song to mickey together, though i left out the hip hips, guessing he wouldn't understand them. actually, the silly boy's voice has gone all hoarse! aunty nga just said that he'd been too loud @ school. XD
-anyways, repeat the usual nightly routine, then zzz. XD

-*sigh* PIG wouldn't park in the spot closest to the entrance for me. :( but i went up to the loo once(we bumped into karen!) then i went to the loo once, before PIG mum left me with some UQ brochure about all the physio clinics they run and went downstairs to pay margit.
-jay came for me with a walkbelt, Forced me to walk in. physio today: twelve laps walking along the hallway, thirty-sit-to-stands, some work for ela and mat work. wonder where kat was today, though? she wasn't inside her office and the door was locked, see.
-afterwards, PIG mum took me once more to the loo for two tinkles then tootled me off to see naz for some fish and chips!
-the only sad thing's that she refuses to check downstairs for a park first anymore, always zooming straight up to the second floor. :( if anything, that just teaches me to be self-centered!
-but i ordered fish and chips from naz (and asked him for lotsa chicken salt on the chips! XD PIG mum growled no, but naz gave me lots anyways. XD lol, i didn't really need lots; lots just means that PIG mum won't steal any from me! XD but i only got water to drink this time ... hopefully that means i can drink a pudding milk tea next time! or if not @ least an iced lemon tea!
-after lunch, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk back to the 4WD and tootled us home. i went once to the loo when we arrived (of course, she gleefully forced me to do everything) then walked myself slowly and safely to the computer, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.

thursday post 118
good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding2161 steps today; secondly, TWFT topic's 'prayer (2)' but thirdly and most importantly, i'm actually still owed TEN MINUTES online after annette leaves!!! but since i'm hitting garbo tonight, guess i'll never get that time back, argh, my list grows forever longer ... >< anyways, events for today?
~yay, another great sleep last night! nature didn't call till 6:30am, and after a pot :P trip i cuddled bear bear and snored with him until dearest dad came to kiss me good-bye before leaving for work. i reminded him, "dad, i'm going out to garbo tonight, so please take PIG mum out for dinner too. dad laughed, then said, "we're only going swimming together." i laughed too, then said, "but after you go swimming together, please take PIG mum out for dinner, okay?'
-after he left, i cuddled bear bear again and we fell back asleep together, waking @ least once more to use the pot :P before PIG mum came in and poked me with "fifteen more minutes."
-when she came back, i swung myself over to the pot :P for one more tinkle, just swinging myself back into bed when i realised i felt like doing a stinky unspeakable. PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the bathroom and brush my teeth before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-breakfast was two yummy weetbix with the shortest and thinnest stram of honey ever. i also drained one whole mug of water holding the cup 'incorrectly' and popped all my usual drugs. :P
-after breakfast, i went and did my stinky unspeakable. of course, horrid PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but i also lent briefly against the side rail and had mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to wash and dry both hands, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the 4WD. of course, she gleefully forced poor em to buckle her own seatbelt all day, and for the drive to the good health medical centre, she chose to listen to that nasally anfy hui. as for me, i just blocked the sounds of his voice out by concentrating on helping ela stretch. XD
-PIG mum took me once to the loo before pincushion practice. zero thanks to her for gleefully forcing me to dak myself, but i let era open the tap lotsa and lotsa times when she was going herself to make up for it.

heylo again and good evening! em's new plodding total for wednesday now stands @ 4236 and joni's devotional topic's 'rescued through the flames'. righteo, continuing today's events?
-when carol arrived, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to open the door for her.
-from there, i headed straight into the bathroom for my nice hot shower - i washed and rinsed my own hair today.
-i had one tinkle before i flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (carol helped with my back and era), had another tinkle, then mostly creamed myself (again, carol helped with my back and era). i mostly rekitted myself (carol helped with elf's AFO and sock) and i had one last tinkle when carol was repining pedro onto my pants.
-carol Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea, where i enjoyed the yummy chicken sushi that PIG mum had kindly bought for me. guess the shop was out of inari.
-i also drank one mug of tea, white and two, 'incorrectly'.
-after i finished, carol started massaging ela for about twenty-five minutes. while she did so, i read our newest book club novel.
-at 5:55pm, after i put my jacket on, carol took me once more to the loo for two tinkles, but i didn't get a chance to return online afterwards, coz aunty shuk lai jie jie came to take us to visit her new place! thanks to PIG mum who changed me outta my pyjamas and into normal everyday clothing before she left somewhere for her talk.
-dad walked me to aunty shuk lai jie jie's car, where she kindly helped me with my seatbelt before tootling me off to her new place! it's on lytton street, sunnybank hills, or thereabouts.
-aunty shuk lai jie jie walked me into her house, where i took a seat on a folding seat. but eep, my butt must be getting too big, coz there wasn't much space on either side of me! XD
-dad went with aunty shuk lai for a tour of her one storey house, which contains three bedrooms, while i sat and softly sang about 1/3 of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, closing my left eye for all the important numbers.
-when aunty shuk lai came back from showing dad around her new place, dad decided we'd go to cafe mi for dinner. before we left, though, i used her bathroom once; it's uber cool, coz it has railings along both sides!
-aunty shuk lai tootled me off, following dad and parking up @ the cinemas.
-as expected, dad ordered two plates between the three of us. i got about half a bowl of some BBQ duck and bean sprout rice and another half bowl of pork chop rice. i drank most of a cold horlicks, although dad did snatch my cup away and pour himself half a plastic cupful. and he didn't gimme back any of his cold milk tea! >< *sigh*

wednesday post 118

-i used the pot :P three times last night, once more this morning around 6am and once more when dearest dad left for work around 8am. then i cuddled bear bear and fell back asleep with him until PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes."
-when she came back, i used the pot :P once more for three tinkles, PIG mum got me kitted, then she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the bathroom and brush my teeth before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.

-physio today was kinda strange ... apart from ela doing all her usual activities, vincent also had me falling sideways and forwards onto him! @ first, i was like, "no way. knowing you, you'd prolly just step aside @ the last second then laugh as i crashed to the floor." XD he was like, 'whatever. dai jie, i promise i won't let you fall when you're doing this activity." huh, he prolly just wanted to catch a girl falling onto him; he should find a better-looking/more physically able one. XD
-PIG mum took me once to the loo before tootling me home. aunty wendy arrived soon after, and PIG mum left for some shopping.
-aunty wendy fed me some yummy lunch! first, i chomped one crunchy pear, then she fried me one plate of spiral and macaroni pasta with lotsa little tong vegetable and sliced carrot, one slightly runny fried egg and strips of spam ham! nomnomnom~ with lunch, i also drank one yummy mug of chocolate nesquik 'incorrectly'.
-after lunch, i read for about five minutes, then aunty wendy took me once to the loo for four tinkles.
-back @ the gobbling :P table, i propped erf and elf up onto the stool, then read happily for one hour while aunty wendy did the rubbing for ela.
-before she left, she took me once more to the loo, then i plopped online.
-well, carol should arrive in about ten minutes or so, fingers crossed i can bbl, else:

-after annette tidied up the bathroom, she massaged ela for about twenty-five minutes, while i read my book club novel.
-just before 6pm, annette took me once more to the loo. she's having sth like potatoes and sausages for dinner tonight, and she's coming back on thursday and taking me to garbo, yay!
-alas, i didn't get any time to return online, coz horrid PIG mum immediately and gleefully forced me on 10+ mins of wall exercises 9the ones that guy @ the STEPS lunch taught us), followed by 55+ (i kid you not, almost ONE HOUR! ><) of forced exercises for poor ela.
-but PIG mum hadn't made me miserable enough yet. no, that was followed by fifteen minutes of a painful standing calf stretch and finally culminated in her gleefully FORCING :( me to plod twenty minutes on the bloody treadmill for her. *sigh*
-one loo trip for me before dinner; of course PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself. but i quickly made my way back to the gobbling :P table, coz ronan was performing!
-dinner: alas, 'twas the yucky rice again tonight, with lotsa yummy kailan, lotsa little tong vegetable, several wee chunks of tasty beef and several thin strips of yummy BBQ chicken, which i saved for last, of course. dinner was washed down with one mug of warm water (PIG mum somehow thinks two cups of tea in one day is more than enough for me? lol, i just remembered when i used to live in BIRU, i got SIX/day! XD) then i returned online.

-dinner: alas, 'twas the yucky rice again tonight, with lotsa yummy kailan, lotsa little tong vegetable, several wee chunks of tasty beef and several thin strips of yummy BBQ chicken, which i saved for last, of course. dinner was washed down with one mug of warm water (PIG mum somehow thinks two cups of tea in one day is more than enough for me? lol, i just remembered when i used to live in BIRU, i got SIX/day! XD) then i returned online.
-well, i've gotta go send a message to aunty maragaret and thank her for the book and letter she sent me; then i'm needing the loo once more @ 9:00/9:15pm. fingers crossed i can come back with my final, final plodding total plus events for toms afterwards, else hope everyone has a smashing day toms!

tuesday post 106
good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 4640 steps today and secondly, TWFT topic's 'translation'. righteo, events for today?
-i used the pot :P three times last night and once again this morning when dearest dad left for work this morning around 8am. when he came to kiss me good-bye, bear bear told him, 'you forgot to kiss emily good-bye yesterday morning. i watched.' dad laughed, replied, 'oh, did i?" then kissed me lotsa times to make up for it. XD
~after that, bear bear and i cuddled and snored until PIG mum came and poked me with 'fifteen more minutes.' actually, this morning may have been the last time leopard will ever get to cover bear bear and i, coz this morning, i felt hot, kicked leopard off and said, 'hmm ... see you next winter; it's getting too hot to use you anymore. i'll see you again next winter. oh, but say bye bye to bear bear, coz he'll be retiring @ the end of this year." only, my silly bear and silly blanket got teary! XD so i decided to use leopard for one more morning, nevermind the heat, coz PIG mum would change me.
-when she came back, i used the pot :P once more for three tinkles. PIG mum got me kitted, then she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush my teeth, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk to the gobbling :P table.
-breakfast was three yummy weetbix, one mug of water and all my usual drugs. :P
-lol, i can't remember did i do a stinky unspeakable this morning or not! XD
-but PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the 4WD, and tootled me off to UQ for physio. of course, she gleefully forced me to buckle my own seatbelt all day, we also listened to anthony callea's 'a new chapter' album all day, too.
-as usual, i spent most of this trip with both eyes closed and having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-opening both eyes somewhere along coronation drive, era helped ela stretch for five minutes, then she opened and closed her palm fifty times, holding each for a count of five.
-at UQ, PIG mum took me once to the loo then left me with that australian cyclist mag from two years back before going down to pay margit.
-jay came for me, Forced me to walk into the gym. physio today: ten laps walking along the hallway, a short standing calf stretch @ the parallel bars, mat work and work for ela. karen used me @ the end as a gunea pig to teach tone.
-afterwards, PIG mum took me once more to the loo then tootled me off to sushi train for lunch! while she drove, era helped ela stretch for fifteen minutes, then she opened and closed her palm one hundred times, holding each for a count of five.
-lol, kyoko was here today! after we said hi, i moaned to her, "kyoko-san, onaka ga tsuita!" she laughed, then replied, 'okay, i go order your food for you. what are you after?' XD
-i enjoyed the mini kaarage udon with a chicken sushi, while PIG mum had a mini kakiage udon with a scallop sushi! we both drank green tea; i sucked my teabag once. XD
-afterwards, PIG mum gleefully FORCED :( me to walk all around woolies to buy some cheese! and wade was back!
-back home, i turned off the alarm, opened the front door, used the loo once and turned the lights on before slowly and safely walking over to the computer, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-anyways, now i've got forty-five minutes to get some reading done~ sadly, not fanfiction, coz PIG mum's ordered me to read (1) smelly's book and (2) the stuff jess gave me about neuroplasticity.
-but fingers crossed i can bbl, else:
-annette's coming to watch me shower @ 4pm
-toms: another torture session with vincent the bloody physio. >< before aunty wendy comes to mind me for three hours, then it's carol coming over to watch me shower. best of all, it's ice-cream night toms night!

good evening! em's new final plodding total for monday now stands @ 9380. hey, i'm not sure how i walked that much today ... i haven't gone anyplace special today? let's just say pedro loves me heaps. XD righteo, continuing today's events?
-i had one tinkle before i flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (carol helped with my back and era), had another tinkle then mostly creamed myself (again, carol helped with my back and era). i mostly rekitted myself (carol helped with elf's sock and AFO) and had one final tinkle when carol was repinning pedro onto my pants.
-carol Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table, where i enjoyed the second half of my lunch as arvo tea, plus one mug of tea, white and two, my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-at 5;25pm, carol started massaging ela, painting her sth like cooked pork colour with crackling dots today. however, poor ela got slightly less than thirty minutes, coz carol always stops @ 5:50pm now so i can stick my jacket back on myself. anyways, hope PIG mum'll make that back up for ela tonight!
-before carol left, she took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. she's back on wednesday, and is having pork for dinner tonight (hence ela got painted pork colour today. XD
-i returned online briefly, but unfortunately didn't get much time to listen to the news coz PIG mum was downstairs soon after carol left. :(
-thus followed ages of wall exercises (the one that the guy taught @ the STEPS lunch), exercises for poor ela, a painful standing calf stretch twenty FORCED :( minutes on the bloody treadmill (it still hasn't died yet, drat. XD) and even more exercises for poor ela (ripping newspaper) before PIG mum lemme go to the loo once more before dinner.

monday post 107
good afternoon! firstly, em's been hard @ work plodding 5567 steps today and secondly, TWFT topic's 'starting over'. righteo, events for today?
~i used the pot :P once last night and once more this morning, when dearest dad left for work without kissing me good-bye! *wails* ><
-anyways, after PIG mum came and poked me with "fifteen more minutes," i used the pot :P for one more tinkle, just swinging myself back into bed when i realised i felt like doing a stinky unspeakable.
-PIG mum got me kitted, gleefully FORCED :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush my teeth, before she gleefully FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling :P table.
-breakfast was three weetbix without honey, but with sliced banana. i also drank one full mug of water 'incorrectly' and popped all my usual drugs. :P
-before i left, i went and did my stinky unspeakable. of course, PIG mum gleefully forced me to dak myself, but i also leaned briefly against the side rail and had a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.

-yay, afterwards, PIG mum tootled us off for lunch @ the calamvale BBQ and chinese restaurant! even cooler, the owner lady remembered my name, 'emily'!
-PIG mum got some egg noodle thing, while i stuck with my favourite, the BBQ pork and tofu with rice.
-while we ate, the owner lady told PIG mum she'd been reading genesis; PIG mum suggested she could try reading psalms, also.
-PIG mum also wrote down vincent the physio's number for her, coz she told us that chef boss dude was suffering from back pain. he came out, and PIG mum told him about contacting vincent the physio.
-while they were talking, the owner lady peeled an apple for me! she said 'twas a fuji apple; i remembered to give PIG mum a bite, too, of course.
-then, when we left, she even gave me four more apples to take home! lol, i hadn't the heart to tell her i was a pear fan, not an apple one. XD
-PIG mum tootled us home, i went once more to the loo then plopped online.

-then, i headed upstairs for the AGM! uncle stephen chan, uncle stephen SK lam, reverend lam and pastor chris all spoke.
-when that was all done, PIG mum took me once more to the loo, then i headed over to uncle kelvin's car, coz he was driving alfee and i to little singapore for our SHINE fellowship lunch!
-at least twelve people attended; we shared rice, ho fan and some crispy chip things meant for curry.
-after lunch, uncle kelvin drove us back to church. alfee helped me once to the loo, where i managed fine by myself, also letting era open the tap lotsa times.
-today, kwany attended SHINE, too!
-after worship, we split into groups and prayed, before we did bible study about jesus being the gate for the sheep.
-when fellowship finished, PIG mum drove me home, where i enjoyed the second half of my perfect toastie - that's SIX times this month i've enjoyed one! :D

-well, i'm gonna need the loo once more @ 9pm, fingers crossed i can return online afterwards, else i've got:

-breakfast was weetbix without honey but with sliced banana, yummy~
-when dad tootled us off to church mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-today, i went downstairs for service! best thing was that i stayed seated for worship, although i sang the harmony for two songs and era clapped along for one more.
-and our speaker today was wells! think he spoke from the last chapter of mark.
-after going to the loo once, i got two yummy chunks of garlic bread and one yummy lemon cream bikkie for morning tea. i'd grabbed a white cream one too, but PIG mum wouldn't lemme eat it! ><"
-then, i headed upstairs for the AGM! uncle stephen chan, uncle stephen SK lam, reverend lam and pastor chris all spoke.
-when that was all done, PIG mum took me once more to the loo, then i headed over to uncle kelvin's car, coz he was driving alfee and i to little singapore for our SHINE fellowship lunch!
-at least twelve people attended; we shared rice, ho fan and some crispy chip things meant for curry.
-after lunch, uncle kelvin drove us back to church. alfee helped me once to the loo, where i managed fine by myself, also letting era open the tap lotsa times.
-today, kwany attended SHINE, too!
-after worship, we split into groups and prayed, before we did bible study about jesus being the gate for the sheep.
-when fellowship finished, PIG mum drove me home, where i enjoyed the second half of my perfect toastie - that's SIX times this month i've enjoyed one! :D
-sadly, she demanded i shower; poor ela. ><
-afterwards was even worse: she gleefully FORCED :( me to plod on the treadmill for ONE BLOODY HOUR! ><

saturday post 108d
one final good evening! em's final, final plodding total for saturday now stands @ sth significantly under 1978. don't ask me how i managed to have almost plodded 2000 steps without having gone anywhere today; pedro just loves me. XD righteo, final, final events for tonight?
-i happily read fanfiction until 9pm, when i took myself once more slowly and safely to the loo and back, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-toms: just church, definitely nothing special.
-well, special can be our fortnightly SHINE meeting! we're going to little singapore for lunch first; yummy~

good evening! em's new plodding total for saturday now stands @ 1804. righteo, continuing today's events?
-while i read, dominique massaged ela for nearly one hour! there was actually time foe a seventy-five minute massage, but dominique spent some time clearing our arvo tea things (she drank green tea), and then another five using the loo.
-before she left, dominique took me to the loo for two more tinkles. she doesn't know when she'll be back, either.
-i tootled briefly online. PIG mum rang to say she'd be home soon, and soon after the slams arrived for dinner, dad kicked me offline to plod on the bloody treadmill. >< only i refused when he said he wasn't gonna walk himself also. his revenge for that? feeding me very lil dinner. that's okay, though, i'm used to it. *sigh* i drank about half a bowl of soup, had a spoonful of tessa's yummy fried rice, lotsa lettuce, about three small chunks of beef and one small chunk of whiting.
-afterwards, i returned online to complete the bible study homework that thomas had kindly translated for me into english.
-now i've got just over thirty minutes online for myself, before i brave the loo trip once more. fingers crossed i can bbl, else hopoe to see everyone @ church toms!

-i took myself once to the loo slowly and safely and back @ 3:30pm, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over. then i read fanfiction happily until dominique arrived, just before 4pm.
-she Forced me to walk to the bathroom for my nice hot shower - hairwash today. also thanks to dominique who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
-i had one tinkle before dominique flipped the nice hot water off, got dried, had another tinkle, then got creamed. i got rekitted, doing elf's sock myself, then dominique Forced me to walk out to the gobbling :P table for arvo tea.

saturday post 108
good afternoon! firstly, i've been hard @ work plodding 995 steps today (it's always a tiny plodding total on saturdays, coz i stay @ home all day; in fact, i think pedro is just trying to show how much he loves me, coz i kinda doubt i've walked almost a thousand steps today! XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'gracious words'. righteo, events for today?
~i used the pot :P once last night, once again this morning and once more when PIG mum left for work @ 7:50am. then i spent the ten minutes till 8am having a mostly silent chat to percy the saint/angel, asking him to please help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance i needed to get through the day, giving all the pleasure, all the satisfaction to PIG mum and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she could be happy and/or satisfied.
-cuddling bear bear and returning to sleep with him, i woke once more to use the pot :P but successfully fell back asleep again before tessa arrived @ 10am.
-only i called out to tessa to please help me up @ 10:25am (usually, she lets me sleep till like 10:40! XD) coz i felt like doing a stinky unspeakable!
-so tess got me kitted, we went over together where i brushed my teeth (thanks to tess who'd already prepared everything for me), drank one tall mug of water 'incorrectly' then went and did a stinky unspeakable, also leaning briefly against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to percy.
-afterwards, i went over to wash and dry era, before tess and i headed out to the gobbling :P table together.
-even though the horrid parents have forbidden tess from bringing any cool/yummy food to share with me like she used to, saturday's are still my favourite breakfast days coz dad makes ham and eggs! today was a special plus, coz he used thinly sliced spam ham! :D tess also fed me an extra half slice of bread from aldi with some butter and strawberry jam. :) oh, and i drank one mug of tea, sweetened with two teaspoonfuls of honey, 'incorrectly'.
-afterwards, i read fanfiction on tessa's iphone while she massaged ela for one full hour!
-at midday, she took me once more to the loo for three tinkles and made me one mug of warm horlicks, my third mug to hold 'incorrectly'.
-i rang little mickey pig, and he answered! mickey said aunty nga had gone to sai wan ho and that he was attending a birthday party tonight! when i asked him who's birthday it was, he said, "mine" even though his birthday's not until the 20th!
-aunty lai answered that question, though, when i rang her next. "oh, we're going out to a buffet dinner to celebrate his birthday early."
-before she left, tess took me once more to the loo for two tinkles. she's going to mind jasmine for three hours now. oh, and rodel rang tesa's phone around 12:45; dunno why he's got a private number, though. i answered it for tess, coz she was outside with the washing.
-shortly after tess left, dad rang to reassure me that he'd be home soon.
-but then a funny thing happened! PIG mum returned home, then realised she'd forgotten her keys! i heard her banging against the door, and was just about to get up, walk to the door and let her in, when she rang!
-walking out to the door's easy, coz the wall's on my right hand side and the right's my good side; walking back into the gobbling :P table, however, is harder, coz the wall's on my left! PIG mum had left to check our mailbox, but i walked myself slowly and safely back to the gobbling :P table, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-lunch was about half a bowl of tessa's yummy fried rice, with lotsa yummy wombok. the only thing that PIG mum and i both discovered, however, is that tessa adds PEPPER into the fried rice! ugh. XD
-thanks to PIG mum who made me one yummy mug of mint green tea. yes, i couldn't resist and sucked the teabag once. XD
-afterwards, i walked myself slowly and safely back to the computer and online, rising above god's hatred and not letting him push me over.
-anyways, i'll need the loo once more @ 3:30pm, but then i've got free reading time until dominique arrives @ 4pm, yay!
