Monday Post 324d

One final good evening and greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3529. Ha, I'm just over  3.5 grand. XD Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• After one loo trip, Winnie hands me back to Jacinta and next we head to Sunny Park and buy   groceries from Woolies after Jacinta grabs a trolley for us.
• Happiness is having fifty cents arvo for a soft serve; Jacinta gets herself one too plus small chips and sticks chips into my ice cream for me! :D
• Back home I  take a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who helps me rinse  out my hair, thus freeing Era to  hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea might've been one yummy banana/one mouthful of gloopy passionfruit/some other fruit, one tasty rice cracker and TWO big mugs of white tea since clever Jacinta found PIG mum's new hiding spot for the honey! May haveta text her toms again for it; maybe behind the second bottom shelf @ the back of  the tall cupboard behind sth? XD
• Happily read for fifty minutes while Jacinta cleaned the bathroom then sat and very gently massaged Ela for about forty minutes.
• Sat over the loo for two more tinkles before signing Jacinta  off with my thanks and byes. She's back same time next Monday.
• Only fifteen minutes left, so just briefly:

• Had dinner and used loo once more  @ 9pm but got the runs? o_O PIG mum  blames the soft serve I had and says that I might  be becoming  lactose intolerant! o_O ><

• Toms: Peggy's minding me from 9:30am till 4pm and taking me to UQ for physio with Natasha from 1-3.

• After seeing me  home and showered, Peggy's leaving  @ 4pm and then  Sandon's popping over afterwards with  arvo  tea!

• Will prolly haveta skip reading for one hour and justt watch the 6pm news for the 193RD time!

Monday Post 324c

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3442  (so hopefully I'll have reached 3.5  grand before the night's out XD) but secondly  and way more importantly, I'm really still owed THIRTY-SIX MINUTES online after I visit the loo once more @ 9pm!! Anyways, continuing today's events?

• Daddy Bear and I happily cuddle and snore, nature calling once more around 9am, justt before PIG mum  begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon,  she's let herself into my  room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing bar the batt strap and laying out the ttops before leaving me  to get myself mostly independently kittted, which I comply with after immediately struggling into the tops first then giving myself fifteen more minutes.
• That done, I immediately call PIG mum and ask her to please finish with Elf's AFO straps and both laces since it's nearly 9:45am! Still, she takes her time about things, meaning I don't let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth until nearly 9:50am. *sigh*
• That done I use the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself  slowly and safely out to  the gobbling :P table for breakfast, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• PIG mum's left me one more of the ttuna buns I helped her recently make for breakfast! I also pop all  my usual drugs :P  and drink one  full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

•  Breakfast  finished, I  walk myself slowly and safely back tto the toilett,  again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! 

• After washing  and drying  Era, I  climb into the backseat of PIG mum's car. Amazingly, today she helps me buckle my seatbelt before tootling me off to see Ray for some acupuncture and massage!

• At  Ray's, I use the loo for one tinkle then lie down for some massage and acupuncture. PIG mum's in her element, yapping ceaselessly @ Ray; my sincerest thanks to him who always replied and kept a conversation flowing. PIG mum excitedly yapped one syllable five  times before continuing today. XD

• After one more tinkle, PIG mum tootles us home and I read my daily Bible passages and tootle online two minutes for myself before PIG mum summons me for lunch.

• She's topped up oven-baked pizza with pineapple, salmon and cheese! I munch two slices and drain a beautiful big mug of Chinese tea~

• After taking the bowl over to the sink, I walk myself slowly  and safely  back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• At 1:55pm I sit over the loo for two tinkles then sit by the door awaiting for Jacinta's arrival @ 2pm and climb into her car after she arrives.

• Jacinta tootles  me off to Breathe for physio with Winnie.

• Physio today: 1.554km bike rideassissted push ups with left weight shift, forty steps for Erf with more left weight shift, forty steps for Elf, forty v-bar cable rows for both hands, forty leg curls for Elf, forty leg curls for Erf, forty leg extensions for Elf, forty leg extensions for Elf, tennis ball throwing and catching for Era and boxing 🥊!

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1256 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily   devotional topic from last night's "Church Growth  God's Way";   thirdly,  TWFT topic's 'Keep  On Keeping On' and fourthly,  Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Christ In Me' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still  owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-EIGHT MINUTES online after I get home and watch the 6pm  news bulletin (Nine's) for the 192ND time!! Anyways, events for today?

• Woo hoo, 7th consecutive awesome sleep last night; that's the12TH time this year I've managed one consecutive weeks of awesome sleeps! :D Nature didn't   call until 7:00am and after one pot :P   trip I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

• After publishing the previous composing the previous post, I continued writing my GCCW homework. The previous meeting was only like three days ago (Thursday);  can't believe Mary's already handed her homework in! XD
• At 9pm, I walked myself  once more slowly and safely  to the loo for one more tinkle and back,  always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: PIG mum'll help me up coz I'm seeing Ray for some acupuncture and massage. Bet she's simply DYING to yap ceaselessly @ him. XD
• Will doubtless come home for lunch but unsure who's taking me to Breathe for physio @ 2:30pm.
• Hoping to read for another hour and watch the 6pm news bulletin for the 192ND time!

• When PIG mum summoned me for dinner @ 7:20pm, I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight:  rice tonight, lotsa choko, some pork mince and one lil mouthful of steamed egg  which I obviously saved for last.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

 Heylo again, good afternoon and please excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I  get to post online before online before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2478 steps (so surely will have passed 2.5 grand before Sunday's out XD); secondly, John Piper's daily  devotional topic from last night's 'Six Things It Means To Be In Christ Jesus'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Trust   Your Covenant With God' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's Rich Provision". Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 6th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:50am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. • At 9pm I rang Aunty Lai and chatted with her for 5:33~ She's having yuck cha with dearest dad toms!

• The call  finished, I walked myself slowly and safely  once more to  the loo for one tinkle  and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: just church,  definitely nothing special. No, the special thing's PIG mum's taking  me  back home  after ESS and then  Jane's coming  @ 11am  and taking me to lunch   @ Ho Lin Wah  so PIG mum  can attend her gossip and coffee social  with her  aunty friends! Why I'm looking forward to this lunch:  Thursday two days ago already marked ONE WHOLE FORTNIGHT since I last enjoyed a proper lunch out! :D
• Jane will see me home and showered before leaving  @ 2pm. Planning to spend my most important  two  hours of  the day online, read A Fortunate Life  for one/two hours then  watch the 6pm news for the 191ST time!

• PIG mum tossed me one banana (to peel myself, passed me one tasty cracker (the 5th/6th?) and poured me one huge  mug of herbal  tea before returning upstairs for pigland. I happily  read  A Fortunate Life for another two hours and five minutes, since it's only Saturdays that I can spend a blessed three hours reading~
• After using the loo for one more tinkle, I returned online.

• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa turnip, lotsa soup carrot and some yummy eggy meat brisket with tofu on  top!

Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 5th consecutive  awesome sleep  last night! Nature didn't call until 7:45am, and after one pot :P trip  I immediately did those exercises Winnie  taught me  to prevent further back pain before I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

XD Before she did that,  I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. Daddy  Bear gives a paw nod and imperiously flicks his paw 'shoo' @ her  and she wisely leaves but when she comes back two minutes early I protest; luckily, she goes and washes my glasses for me first.  XD
• 900 seconds later I use the pot :P for one more tinkle, asking had she taken holidays? Eeep, no, she'd  caught appendicitis! o_O
• We get me kitted, I head over to he bathroom and brush teeth before drinking one tall cup of  water then sitting over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. • Aside from munching my weekly  fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very thinly  spread with some avocado, I also enjoy my first big mug of white tea with one spoonful of  honey, pop all my usual drugs :P and drain another tall mug of water. Over and after breakfast I happily  read A Fortunate Life for thirty minutes.
• Reading done, I ask Jane please to gimme (my  face  and both  hands) some sunscreen  before I use the loo  for one more tinkle then climb into the passenger seat of Sally the Stonic.
• Jane tootles us off to Underwood Marketplace, parks underground and grabs a trolley  for  us.
• First, I buy groceries from Woolies; that nice Africa man's manning the checkout today! I thought his name was Hambo  but it's actually like Ilyambo?
• Groceries bought, we head next to Sushi  Creators to   get my honey   chicken sushi   roll. Sweet, Jane just  gets me to lean  against the countter while she orders it. When the girl hands her the receipt, Jane's surprised she knew Jane wanted one but  the girl nods @ me and laughs, explaining "She's a regular." XD
• Back home I take a nice hot shower -  hairwash  today. Also  thanks to Jane who helps me rinse out my  hair, thus freeing Era to  hold my  stupid  right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch is one bowl of the yummy pasta I helped PIG mum cook  yesterday plus TWO more big mugs of white tea sweetened with one spoonful of honey. We'd worked it out beforehand: since mother may  be around, I'd just pass her my empty cup   and she'd know what to do.  XD
• At 12:55pm I  sat once more over the loo for two  tinkles then signed Jane off with my thanks and byes.  She's back toms and we're having lunch   @ Ho Lin Wah, woot!
• Once I've used up   the most important  two hours of my day I'll use the loo for one tinkle then  sitt, munch my  arvo  tea sushi roll  and read A Fortunate Life for anotther two  hours and five/ten minutes, since it's only Wednesdays that I get   to   spend a blessed three hours reading~
• Toms: just  church, nothing special. Actually, the special thing's that Jane's taking me for lunch to Ho Lin  Wah while PIG mum's enjoying her coffee and gossip session with her auntty friends! Phew that  Jane eats Chinese and isn't  vegetarian.
• Jane will see me homw annd showered before leaving  @ 4pm. No plans for the rest  of the day.

• After publishing the previous post, I continued reading and sharing  Facebook memories while listening to the Panthers vs. Bulldogs game.
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly  and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle  and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms: Jane's finally back! Think she's minding me from 9:30am till 1pm. Going to Underwood Market Place with her for grocery  shopping and sushi arvo  tea buying then heading home for a shower but don't have any plans for the rest of the day since dad's overseas! Hoping for three big mugs of white tea with sweetener and planning to read A Fortunate Life for three hours!

• After  publishing  the previous post, I started my next GCCW homework. Sure, the last meeting  was only yesterday but it's like a race to submit homework and  I've been nagged @ for submitting homework the day before the meeting! XD
• When PIG mum summoned me over for  dinner,  I used the loo  for one tinkle then walked myself  slowly and safely over to  the gobbling :P  table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Lol, Winter's almost ended but tonight's my first hotpot for the year! Thanks to PIG mum who also  microwaved me a mouthful of rice lest I fret.  XD

 Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 2822 and secondly, Joni's devotional  topic's 'What Can't Be  Shaken'. Righteo, potential  final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the first post, I continued reading and sharing my Facebook memories.
• Precisely two hours after I started online, I got offline, used the loo for one tinkle then sat to read A Fortunate Life for one hour and  to munch the arvo tea (one unpeeled banana, one tasty cracker and one huge mug of herbal tea) that PIG mum  had kindly left me before hitting  pigland upstairs.
• After reading for one hour I used the loo for one tinkle, washed and dried  Era  then walked myself  slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after dinner,  else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!

Friday Post 324

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2665 steps (ha, I'm over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic's 'Jesus Will Trample All Our Enemies'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Jesus Is In Your Corner (1)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Courage God Gives'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like the past  two/three days nature didn't call until  7:45asm and after one pot :P  trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Shortly afterwards, PIG mum starts her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into  my room to hit me with the eye goo before returning outside and awaiting the arrival of the new agency carer.
• Phew, Becca comes promptly. After I've had fifteen more minutes, I use the pot :P  for three more tinkles  and introduce ourselves.  Becca's thirty-three from Ghana, has an eighteen month old baby boy (who her husband's looking after but usually works with Queensland Rail) and she's studying social work somewhere.
• After  getting kitted, I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth before sitting over the loo for one  tinkle. After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P   table with Becca and point out  my Minion collection  to her. XD
• Breakfast is one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with avocado and hopefully very lightly sprinkled with salt, one bowl of plain porridge, all  my usual  drugs :P and one full mug of  water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*  For the second consecutive day, I happily watched Sunrise over breakfast~
• Breakfast finished, I ask Becca please to gimme (my face and both  hands) some sunscreen  and then   she walks behind me back  to  the bathroom before returning  to the bathroom and washing the breakfast stuff up. Over the loo, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! 
• After washing and drying Era,  I climb into the passenger seat of  Becca's car   and she tootles  me  off to  the  NAB.  During the  drive I shared a brief  WhatsApp  videocall   with  dearest  dad and thanks to Becca who kindly helped me with my seatbelt both ways.
• Less than thirty minutes  left, so  just  briefly:
• Physio  for two hours with Chan: Thirty barefoot Elf sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift, twenty double leg push ups on tower of power, thirty single leg push ups for Elf on tower of power, eight circuits obstacle course inside gym and ten laps long hallway walking.
• Used loo  for two tinkles,  got home,  showered, had lunch, used loo  for another tinkle then plopped online.
• Planning to  read  for one hour so don't  haveta watch  the 6pm  news and see  how  the  Broncos lostt. *cringe*
• Toms:  Jane's back! Think  she's with me 9:30am   till 1pm!
• Planning to read A Fortunate Life for tthree hours!
• Annyways, hopefully  bbl else wishing everyone a smashinng weekend ahead!

 Good afternoon! Anyways, events for today?

Only it's especially busy along Logan Road this morning and Terri takes awhile before finding where the library is, hence why I skip the arrival loo trip and head straight into meeting room one.

• Only nine attended and Tammy went with me to the loo once @ the break but Sattya thought my homework piece was deserving of CAKE and brought some;  I even got  seconds! :D

• The meeting ended nine minutes early today and our next homework topic's 'The Last   Train To Nowhere'.

• Less than twenty-five minutes left, so just briefly:

• Used loo for one more tinkle, went home and showered then had a tuna in tomato and onion toastie with only one slice of cheese and one mug of powdered HK-style milk tea for lunch.

• Ari came and gave Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises

• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 189TTTH time!

• Hopefully PIG mum'll gimme dinner @ 7pm since I wanna watch the Broncos play the Storm afterwards; coverage begins  @ 7:30pm! Just grumpy that Reynolds has been denied his Suncorp farewell; I SAID in my XMas Greetttings last year that he and Hunt should've retired immediately after winning the premiership last year!! >< *sigh*

• Tonight's ice cream night, yay; like I say every week; a very little's better than none @ all!

• Toms: Milly's coming  @ 8am and taking me  to the NAB for two hours of  physio with Natasha. She'll see me home and showered before leaving @ 2pm.

 Heylo  again, good   evening  and one final greeting   for tonight! • WhatsApp video chat with dearest dad this morning:  Singapore's two hours behind Brisbane; he's having breakfast @ the airport (the hardboiled eggs there are still clear, does that mean still  raw??) and will fly to HK this arvo!
• Saw Ray for some acupuncture and massage.
• Had a tuna toastie with only one slice of cheese for lunch.
• Jacinta came @ 2pm and took me to   Breathe for physio: 1.375km bike ride, forty bar-assissted push ups with left weight shift, forty step ups for Erf with more left weight shift, forty step ups for Elf, forty v-bar cable rows for both hands, forty leg curls for Elf, forty leg curls for Erf, forty leg extensions for Elf, forty leg curls for Erf, tennis ball throwing and catching for Era and boxing! Plus, today's Winnie's BIRTHDAY! She's thirty-six~
• Bought groceries from  the Sunny Park Woolies and enjoyed a soft serve before  going home~
• Took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one  gloopy mouthful of yummy passionfruit, one tasty cracker and TWO big mugs of white tea with sweetener! Clever Jacinta found where sneaky PIG mum hides it~ XD
• Used the loo for two more tinkles @ 5:55pm then signed Jacinta off with my thanks and byes. She's back same time next Monday
• Toms: Louiza's minding me from 9:30am till midday. She's helping me up, we're grabbing groceries from Coles  plus my once-weekly crunchy pork  bahn mi for lunch from  the Pinelands Bakehouse then coming home for lunch. Hoping  she can find the  sweetener else I'll haveta text Jacinta again.    XD
• Peggy's coming @ midday and taking me to the NAB for two hours of physio with a new student!

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 2404. Aww, sorry, not quite 2.5 grand; maybe toms. XD Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• At 9pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Toms:  PIG mum'll help  me up,  since I've got  a late-morning appointment to  see Ray for  some acupuncture and massage. Bet  she's simply   DYING to  yap unceasingly @ him.  XD
• Wonder if there's any  chance PIG mum'll take me out for lunch afterwards?
• Jacinta's coming @ 2pm  and taking me to Breathe for physio @ 2:30pm then  we'll buy groceries  before I return home for a shower. 
• Unsure will I have time to read for one hour and watch the 6pm news for the 188TH time?

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's  new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 2322 and secondly, Joni's  devotional topic's 'The Owner Of The Upper Room'.  Anyways,  continuing tonight's events?

• PIG mum didn't lemme shower until 5:20pm. *sigh*
• So a  nice hot shower for me -  I  washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening  both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was all  done after only 9%, but  happily leaned fully against the side rail and watered myself for another tinkle before calling PIG mum back.
• Since she'll not even dry my back for me anymore, once she dried the back of the seat for me I did everything else until Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying.
• After drying the loo   seat I sat for one tinkle, stamped both feet dry, dried inside both ears, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Dinner tonight: leftover from dinner last night plus lotsa added vegetables.

• Dinner was spooned down  with one bowl  of soup;  after taking the bowl to  the sink I  walked myself slowly  and safely back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

• Uncle Slam  said he'd pick  dad up for the airport @ 8:30pm but when he'd not arrived by 8:40pm I sent him a Whatsapp message asking  where are you?

• But he arrived shortly, and obviously I had to walk out  to the garage to hug and kiss dearest dad and wish him a safe trip back to HK!

• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final  plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening  toms else wishing everyone a smashing week ahead!

• After using up the most important two  hours of  my day I used the loo for one tinkle then  sat down  to scoff arvo  tea before returning online and watching  the Broncos' Friday night victory over the  Raiders!
• We won by 4! Sorry to spoil Big Papa's  farewell match but since we'll already miss the finals  despite being  the PREMIERS last year *cringe*, @ least we FINALLY won SOMETHING!!  >< XD
• Wanted to shower right  away but PIG mum's still too 'tired' from having her long arvo nap ... *sigh* 
• Meaning I'll prolly haveta skip the news since I don't wanna miss the final  dinner with dad before he returns to HK for three weeks/one month!  *sigh*

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2471 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Pleased To Praise'; thirdly, TWFT topic's "History's His Story" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Authentic Son O God'. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, what better way to end the weekend then  with  an awesome sleep last night?  Nature didn't  call until 6:50am and after one pot :P trip I immediately  tried falling back asleep again before PIG mum let herself into my room @ 7am!
• Aww, sleep didn't  return before PIG mum came and hit me with the eye goo @ 7am. After she helped me with absolutely nothing bar the bra strap and laying out the tops she left me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I  comply with after immediately struggling into the tops and giving myself fifteen more minutes first. Whilstt doing so, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

• PIG mum returns to  finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over  to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Breakfast is one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast very lightly spread with some avocado and hopefully sprinkled with some salt, all  my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• Breakfast finished, I walk myself  slowly  and safely back to the bathroom, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude! Actually, I had to  hike upstairs and use my upstairs bathroom, since PIG mum had already closed the lid of the toilet downstairs. *sigh*
• After washing and drying Era I climb into the  backseat of PIG mum's car and buckle my own seatbelt (what I do all day). PIG mum tootles us off to church, parking about seven cars from the ramp. I hike up the rqmp,  use the second cubicle of the normal female toilets (since both the disabled toilet of the first cubicle of the normal female toilets have lids down  but crummy  PIG mum won't lift it), wash and dry both hands then grab my usual spot @ service to the most left.
• Yay I get to stay seated for worship  today~ I sing everything plus the harmony  for three songs but like every other week,  meant absolutely NOTHING. >< *sigh*
• Speaker today was Pastor Peter Pie with his last sermon  from the  How People  Change series and there was communion afterwards but service still ended thirteen minutes early today.
• After another loo trip  I  hiked around to  the back for  arvo  tea but   disappointment  was not   finding anyone to drive me to our picnic lunch, meaning Thursday three  days ago already marked one whole WEEK since  Im last enjoyed  a proper meal  out and dad made me eat Hungry Jack's with him again. *sigh* But I got a Whopper Junior (not a cheeseburger) and shook a medium  choc shake,  even though dad was a HUGE CHEAT who took a MASSIVE slurp from  it before passing the cup to me! *sigh*
• But he lemme open the sunroof briefly while coming home~
• Back home, I  used the loo for one tinkle then walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• PIG mum's already bugged me about getting offline  but after I've read for one hour I'm returning online and watching the Broncos' replay match win from yesterday!
• Having dinner @ home tonight before someone drives dearest   dad to the airport for his three/four week trip back to HK~

Will haveta ask PIG mum  about lunch after ESS with everyone else and what's happening to our Sunday dinner outs; will she swap them for Sunday lunches out instead?

 Good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 5886 (so prolly won't reach 6000 before tonight's out, sorry XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "Don't Just Cover Both  Ways". Anyways, continuing tonight's  events?

• Card writing done and arvo tea (two tasty rice crackers, one gloopy mouthful of passionfruit and one huge mug of green  tea) I used the  loo for one more tinkle then  returned online to watch the  6pm news (Nine's) for the 185TH time. All the things I like recording are @ the bottom of  the previous post. Dad tried  summoning me over for dinner @ 6:58pm but I replied if you can't wait two minutes please eat first; I'll join once the news finishes.
• Permission given to join dinner after the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle then walk myself slowly  and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Dinner tonight:  rice, lotsa not-very-yummy pumpkin, lotsa some other vegetables I've since forgotten, some yummy snow fungus and like two lil chunks of delicious chicken.
• Dinner was spooned down  with one bowl of  soup; after taking  the bowl  over to the  sink I used the loo for another tinkle, washed and dried Era then walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
• Immediately turned on ABC radio and listened to the Broncos match coverage; eep, we were losing  by fourteen points! 
• When I tuned in, the Broncos immediately scored and soon regained the lead with ten minutes left!
• Dad randomly demanded I come over and watch the last ten minutes  on  TV;  I immediately complied, replying please turn channel nine on.
• We all forgot: Nine doesn't have streaming rights for Saturday matches until the finals! I grumpily returned online and listened to the end of the ABC's commentary; phew the Broncos FINALLY won and I'll have a match to watch toms!! :D
• When nature randomly called @ 8:25pm I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding exactly 5300 steps (sweet I'm more than half  a normal person today - that's rare! XD); secondly,  John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Jesus Is Who You're Looking For"; thirdly, TWFT topic's "The Greatest Moment In Your Life's Now" and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Faithfully Serving Others"  Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, what better way  than to end the week with an awesome night's sleep? Nature didn't call until 7:45am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. • I'm counting  myself back to  sleep when PIG mum   suddenly goes THUMP and I   remember that's right, the carer's coming @ 8am today! Soon,  she's let herself into  my room to hit me  with the eye  goo then returning outside and awaiting  Faith's arrival  @ 8am but comes back @ 8:01am snapping "Fifteen more minutes.  She's late." I immediately comply but remind PIG mum please to ring CODA should Faith have not arrived by 8:15am.
• Luckily, she arrives shortly afterwards; when she taps me @ 8:15am I sit up, say good morning, introduce myself  then use the pot :P for  three tinkles. After we get me kitted I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth before sitting over the loo  for  one tinkle. After washing and drying  Era, I head out  to  the gobbling :P table with  Faith,  who tells me that she had ugali  for breakfast this morning. She's only twenty-four from Kenya,  BTW~

Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. • After washing and drying Era, I climb into the passenger seat of Faith's car. Sweet, she drives  a BMW! Comfy leather seats and lotsa legroom~
• Physio today: Eleven sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift, ring work stacking and reaching for Era and Ela standing and one fast hike around the Great Court! Best of  all, PIG mum kindly left me ten bucks to order myself  a LARGE dirty   chai with marshmallows and Kat left  four/five little Cadbury chocolates for me! Obviously, I wolfed them all down during the drive home; PIG mum wouldn't have lemme enjoy them had I brought them home! 
• Got home and took a nice hot shower - hairwash  today. Also thanks to Faith who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, lunch was one bowl of the delicious oyakodon I'd cooked with Ari yesterday heaped to the brim with vegetables (lotsa yummy cabbage and lotsa soup carrot) and one huge mug of green tea.
• Lunch finished, I asked Faith to please washup the lunch dishes while I used the loo for two tinkles then plopped online and did my daily Bible readings. I also asked PIG mum to see Faith off after she finished washing the dishes; she's got one more shift from 4pm till 8pm tonight.
• Toms: Jacinta's minding me earlier, since Noel's coming @ 10:35am and taking me to Rosanna's birthday party! So expect a super-pissy plodding total from me toms~

• Toms: Faith's minding me from 8am till 2pm and taking me  to the NAB for two hours physio with Amr. 
• Since I already cooked with Ari this arvo, once Faith leaves I should be free for the rest of the  day;  looking  forward  to my most important  two hours of the day online, reading A Fortunate Life for one hour and watching the 6pm news for the 185TH time!

 Heylo again and good evening again! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 3808 (so won't reach four grand before tonight's out, sorry  XD) but secondly  and way most importantly,  I'm really still owed SIXTEEN MINUTES online after I use the loo once more @ 9pm!! Righteo, lemme start with Tuesday's events, just briefly?

• Had my once-weekly crunchy pork bahn mi from the Pinelands Bakehouse for lunch then  had UQ physio with Vincente for two hours: Barefoot Elf thirty-five sit-to-stands with left and forward weight shift, more standing reaching card work for Era, five hikes up the slope and back down.
• Wednesday's events, just briefly?
• Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:45am~
• Louiza took me to table tennis @ 1:30pm but was stuck majorly in bad traffic all the way home; I thanked her every time I passed another level of Jewel Queen. XD
• Pastor Peter Pie gave me a lift to GG~  Loved the three slices of sausage PIG mum included in the rice leftovers she gave me for dinner!
• Muji started with a prayer for us before she goes to Toowoomba for five/six weeks physio placement!
• Last night, Pastor Peter Pie led everyone through Study 5: Facing Your Thorns and he dropped me home afterwards.
• Now, today, just briefly?
• Louiza minded me from 9:30am till 2pm; we went grocery shopping @ the Underwood MarketPlace Woolies and bought groceries for my cooking adventures with Ari this arvo!
• PIG mum ordered I write out the recipe for Ari and kindly found a lined notebook for me before going out for pool exercises.
• After Ari and I cooked chicken  oyakudon together, PIG mum drove me out to Bupa Optical and we  both collected our new specs from Bupa Optical; Rico was there! Unfortunately PIG mum wouldn't lemme grab any arvo tea from Eight Street (even though I told her I was willing to hike all the way there) but she lemme buy a box of green tea Pocky from Daiso! 
• Got home, did my daily  Bible readings, tootled online then watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's)   for the 184TH time. All the things I like recording are @ the bottom of the previous post.

Thursday Post 323

 Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3682 steps (ha, I'm over 3.5 grand XD);  secondly, Joni's  devotional topic from last night's 'Shine Like  Stars'; thirdly, Em's final, final plodding total from Wednesday's actually 2095 (ha, I'm just over two grand XD); fourthly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'What The Resurrection Means For Us'; fifthly, TWFT topic's 'Your Reaction Time Matters'  and sixthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "Shine Christ's Light" but seventhly   and way most importantly, I'm   really  still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-FIVE MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm  news bulletin for  the 184TH time!! So hopefully bbl  with yesterday's and today's events else  wishing everyone a smashing end to the week toms!
