Friday Post 448

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3779 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'God Demonstrates His Love'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Tell The Truth'; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Prayer Matters' and fifthly, the  spam count for the week's eighteen but sixthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed  SEVENTEEN MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 96TH time!! *sigh* Anyways, events for today?

•  Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like the previous few days, nature didn't call until 7:45am and after one pot :P trip, esdwI spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Peggy was meant to come @ 9am because PIG mum had to take dearest dad to some medical appointment, but she didn't show up'! o_O PIG mum put my footwear on, passed me the home phone and left with dad.
• When Peggy knocked, I rolled outta bed, walked to the door and called out, "Good morning! Who's there?" I thought Peggy would reply "Peggy"/even "Me" but all she said was "Yup!" Luckily, I recognised her voice and immediately opened the door for her. Then I rang PIG mum to let her know that Peggy had arrived safely; it wasn't her fault, CODA hadn't rung her to inform her of the earlier shift start! ><" Peggy says next time, don't just e-mail Michelle, also cc admin. 
• Thanks to Peggy who squirted me some toothpaste before I brushed teeth. After sitting over the loo for one tinkle I headed out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, who told me she'd had avocado toast for breakfast.
• For my breakfast, Peggy gave me two Weet-Bix with some Minus :P and also one slice of buttered sultana bread! Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• After breakfast, I sit over the loo once more. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootles me off  to  Breathe for physio. Thanks to Peggy who helps me buckle my seatbelt all day.
• Physio today: 1.422km bike ride 36 assisted pull-ups, 36 hamstring curls for Elf, 36 cable rows for Ela 36 step downs ferd and boxing! Winnie told me that for the Monday public holiday, she, Shirley and Connor are taking a roadtrip down to NSW!
• Our other stop before returning home was the Warrigal Square Woolies for groceries.
• Back home, I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, Peggy made me one tuna in onion and tomato salmon toastie with TWO cheese; HEAVILY buttered on the inside! Pity that she couldn't find any sweetener but the big mug of French earl grey with milk still tasted fantastic~
• Before Peggy left, I sat over the loo once more for two tinkles.
• Dorrie came to give Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises. Next Friday we're cooking japchae together!
• After she left, PIG mum passed me one banana, half a plain cracker and one big mug of delicious Chinese tea. I happily read the Kylie Chan novel for one hour, reaching pg. 150 @ 3:45pm.

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 3422. Aww, not quite 3.5 grand. Maybe toms. XD Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, I happily settled down to watch the second half of the Broncos' match from last week.
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over. 
• It's ice cream night tonight, yay! Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!
• Toms: Peggy's minding me from 9am till 2pm. Usually it's 9:30am but she's coming thirty minutes earlier  since PIG mum's taking my dearest dad to some medical appointment. Lol, she refuses to lemme know what's wrong with him because she reckons I'll share about it over Facebook but she's fine  blabbing about it when we're @ Aunty Yvonne's place for dinner, I'm playing with my mobile and she thinks I'm not listening? XD Anyways, Peggy's taking me to physio @ Breathe with Winnie and then presumably we'll buy groceries  before I head home for a shower and lunch.
• Once  she leaves Dorrie's coming over to give Ela one hour of unfunctional exercises. I'm more excited about finding a new recipe for cooking next week; I wanna cook japchae!
• Looking forward to my most important two hours of the day, reading the Kylie Chan novel for one hour and watching the 6pm news for the 96TH time!
• Then I'll  quickly wolf down dinner and be seated on the couch  to watch Brisbane play the Roosters; Broncos FTW!
• Anyways, hope everyone has a smashing end to the week toms!

Thursday Post 448d

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 3341 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'A Lesson From Corrie'. Righteo, events for today?

• Thanks to PIG mum who let Nisha inside when she announced her  arrival two minutes early, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door myself.
• So a nice warm shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks too Nisha who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was some juicy pear, half a plain rice cracker and one huge mug of green tea. After the parents left for walkies, I told Nisha that since today was World Tuna Day, I wanted to  make myself a tuna toastie! She asked me, did your mum say you could? I countered with did my mum tell you I couldn't? When Nisha said no, I went and got the bread from the freezer and  the cheese from the fridge. Lena found the small can of tuna and opened it, I tipped  the can over the bread, spread the tuna evenly around, tipped the toastie with cheese and turned the thing on! Thanks to Nisha who flipped and cut it for me; 'twas delicious!
• I also happily read the Kylie Chan novel for one hour, reaching page 100 @ 4:43pm, finishing pg. 111 @ 5:04pm and reaching pg. 125 @ 5:23pm.
• Happiness was then getting to play the HP version of Bejeweled for thirty minutes, not that I passed anymore levels. XD
• At 5:55pm I sat over the loo once more for two tinkles before I signed Nisha off with my thanks and byes. She's back next Tuesday 10am till 2pm.
• Happily watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 95TH time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When the parents summoned me for dinner, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy wombok and strips of delicious chicken.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• Righteo, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's  happening toms else wishing everyone a smashing end  to the week on Friday!

Thursday Post 448c

 Good afternoon and potentially one final greeting for today! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 2968 (so will have definitely cracked three grand before the day's out XD) Righteo, let's continue with last night's events first?

• When Adrianna the coach saw me walking, she was like wow, Em, well done! You've hauled yourself up here! I groused that she'd better gimme an extra-big piece of cake but she said sorry, it's all been cut up already. But you can have another slice if there's leftovers! I started with a milk chocolate piece of mudcake and when the plate was passed around again, took a white chocolate piece of mudcake! :D
• Thanks to Kim who wheeled with me out the door @  the other end of the hall (I'd never noticed the opening there before) and waited with me while Lena moved the car up the driveway to collect me. Thanks to her who remembered I needed the loo once more before leaving; this time I just walked into the bathroom myself.
• Back home I took my quickest possible shower since 'twas already after 5pm, Peter Pie was picking me up @ 5:45pm and I had to have dinner before going!
• Thanks to PIG mum who microwaved me some rice leftovers for dinner; I also sat over the loo for two tinkles before sitting by the front door and waiting for Peter Pie and Yu Lam's arrival.
• She was driving tonight! @ the golf place, I used the disabled loo myself once (thanks to Yu Lam who put the toilet seat down for me) and then crashed on the most left of some sofa seats with frames.
• I had lotsa fun playing the HP version of Bejeweled last night; I even passed three levels! Even better, the girls shouted me a slice of pumpkin pizza! Doesn't matter that pumpkin and I aren't really friends; the cheese was great!
• After another loo trip, our other destination for the night was this fancy gelato place; the line was enormous! Peter Pie went ahead and got a table for us; when I followed with Yu Lam behind  me these two young blokes saw me coming and immediately got up, offering us their seats but we replied thanks we're just the table behind yours.
• Originally I was gonna get one scoop of my favourite cookies and cream but Charlie had the day's specials on his phone; after reading them I chose white choc until you drop in a cone and OMG, 'twas the BEST gelato I'd ever tasted!! :D
• Only we got stuck in traffic coming back home ... meaning PIG mum immediately hit me with the eye goo and said get yourself to bed. Fine with me, I enjoyed the rest of my most important two hours online and then hit the sack, zzz~

• PIG mum comes back to finish with Erf's footwear before dearest dad send her swimming and finishes Erf's footwear. I brush teeth, sit over the loo for one tinkle and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• Back home, I use the loo for one tinkle and then sit @ the gobbling :P table with the intention of playing the HP version of Bejeweled until lunchtime but horrid PIG mum snatches my phone away, dumps it somewhere and then jeers @ me to go  get it! Too bad: instead I pickup and happily read my Kylie Chan novel until PIG mum says I may have lunch.

• Dad cooked Chinese fettucine  for lunch! That was with lotsa yummy wombok and three tiny slices of beef.

• Lunch was washed down with one delicious mug of Chinese tea; after taking the cup over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• When nature suddenly called, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• Nisha's minding me from 4-6pm today. Hopefully she'll retrieve my mobile for me.

• Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!~

• The Bunnies are playing the Panthers tonight ... should I watch?

• But I'm definitely watching the Broncos playing the Roosters toms night! That's after Peggy takes me to Breathe for physio in the morning and Dorrie gives Ela one hour's worth of unfunctional exercises in the arvo.

 Heylo again and pleas4 excuse the first post; you know I still get too excited whenever I get to post online before midday. XD Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total from Wednesday night's actually 5052 (ha, I'm just over half a normal person XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'The Reality Of Heaven'; thirdly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 361 steps (since obviously, I've not left the house yet); fourthly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Dirty Rags No More'; fifthly, TWFT  topic's 'Come Outta That Corner' and sixthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A Creator We Can Trust' but seventhly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-ONE MINUTES online after coming home this arvo!! Anyways, let's start off with yesterday's events first!

• Back home, I use the loo once and plop online briefly before dad summons me over for lunch; he's cooked fried rice for us! Yum~
• Nisha took me to play table tennis and for the first time since March, there was CAKE! :D Only the bloody lift suddenly broke down! >< Luckily I can walk some so got outta Sparkless3 and hauled myself up four steps; thanks to Kim who brought one slice of cake down for Glenda coz since the woman uses a manual wheelchair like me, she's not able to get up and walk some.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Wednesday now stands @ 1403 but secondly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed SEVEN MINUTES online after I get back from our GG social tonight!!  Anyways, let's finish off with last night's events first!

• Lol, dad was tempted to walk every single aisle while I tried to keep the trolley straight and walk to the end so we could pay. Dad likes the self-serve checkouts and demands I put everything through myself, the total bill was like %55.10 but he took the Fly Buys points ten dollars discount~

XD Firstly, my final, final plodding total from last night's actually 3967 (aw, sorry, not quite four grand XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'Crisis Intervention'; thirdly, today I've been hard @ work plodding only 441 steps (but leaving the house with dearest dad next); fourthly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's '15 Tactics For Joy' fifthly, TWFT topic's 'Going Forward/Staying In Your Comfort Zone' and fifthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Authority Of Jesus' but sixthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR online after I  get back home from our SG social tonight!! Anyways, let's start off with last night's events first!

• Five minutes before Lena  left, I sat once more over the loo for two tinkles. Dunno why PIG mum shooed Lena away before I came out, but hey.
• Once I came out I asked PIG mum since it's bubble tea day, can we please make the box of matcha bubble tea that Anna gave me last month for my birthday? She said yes and it tasted great, too! :D
• After using the loo for one more tinkle, I plopped online for the most important two hours of my day.
• That finished, I used the loo for another tinkle and then sat @ the gobbling :P table to read for one hour and wait for PIG mum to wake from her daily arvo nap and gimme some arvo tea. Yesterday I reached page seventy-five @ 5:19pm. PIG mum eventually appeared, tossed me one banana, about half a tasty cracker and one huge mug of green tea for arvo tea.
• At 5:25pm I was just about to sit over the loo for two tinkles when Nisha suddenly arrived five minutes early! Just one tinkle then, while PIG mum and Nisha moved Sparkless3 to Fried Chicken Tuesday.
  
  
• We got a smooth run to QUT but the free parking wasn't available AGAIN!  >< *sigh*
• Last night there were two guests from Vietnam! Neil also PROMISED to bring some food next meeting. XD He gave me the impromptu speech "If I could drive anywhere ..." I talked about HK, obviously!
• Once Toastmasters finished, Nisha tootled me back to the Mt. Gravatt Maccas for my UnHappy Meal with an orange juice while she had some McNugget meal herself.
• Actually arrived home around five minutes late since the drive-thru line was huge but luckily dad was asleep and didn't steal my chips. XD

 Good afternoon! • Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:45am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pijum, Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking for the pot :P once more shortly after 9am, just before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with only the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
• PIG mum comes back to finish with absolkutely  nothing bar  E'lf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over. Actually, I'd just started walking down the hallway when Lena arrived! Hence why I did a 360, walked back to the front door and let her in; Lena then walked behind me to the gobbling :P table.
• Breakfast was one bowl of the yummier (flaky) bird food :P (what Dr. Ku calls All-Bran XD) mixed with some Minus :P, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, Lena walks behind me back to the bathroom. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I climb into IX's passenger seat and  Lena tootles us off to Underwood Lake for our hike around!
• Yay not only WERE the sunlounges available today but the water dragon came back to say hi!
• Our other stop was Pinelands Plaza; Lena got a trolley for us and we bought groceries together before I bought my once-qeekly crackling pork bahn mi from Aunty Nancy.
• Meaning back home I had to shower my quickest since Lena was leaving @ 2pm!
• Dried, creamed and rekitted I had my delicious crackling pork bahn mi for lunch plus oone huge mug of delicious Chinese tea.
• Before Lena left; I sat over the loo once more for two tinkles; after she left PIG mum lemme make the bubble tea sachet Anna gave me one box of!
• After one more  tinkle I tootled online for myself.
• Once I've used up the most important two hours of the day, I'll visit the loo for another tinkle and then sit @ the gobbling :P table to read and wait for PIG mum to come down from her long arvo nap and feed me some arvo tea.
• Nisha's taking me to Toastmasters tonight! Looking forward to getting some dinner home from Maccas; never mind that UnHappy Meals were what I had  late three DECADES ago! *sigh*
• Toms: think I'm  seeing Aunty Anna for some massage and acupuncture? Bet PIG mum's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ her; me, I'll try my hardest not to fall asleep. XD
• Fingers crossed PIG mum'll take me grocery shopping and aisle  walking  somewhere afterwards else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me.
• Lena's coming back @  2pm and taking me to table tennis; fingers crossed for birthday cake coz I don't think we've had any since my birthday last month!
• Oh, May arrives toms!
• But most excitingly, it's GG social toms night! Obviously I'm too physically disabled to participate in playing golf but count me in for dessert; think it's my last  chance for shaved ice before it gets too cold!

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3050. Ha, I'm just over three grand. XD Righteo, final, final events for tonight?

• After I published the previous post, I cheekily asked Zach over Messenger was he gonna shout me another bubble tea toms @ Toastmasters foer national bubble tea day but he replied saying he's been hospitalised for pneumonia!! o_O I told Lisa right away and she said she'd check-in with him~
• At 9pm, I walked myself slowly and safely once more to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Toms: PIG mum'll  help me up; once Lena arrives @ 10am she'll head out for her Pilates class. She's sending Lena and me back to Bupa Optical to get my nose pad fixed again.
• Presuming we'll buy groceries from Pinelands Coles afterwards; fingers crossed she'll lemme get my once-weekly bahn mi from Aunty Nancy/Aunty Lisa!
• Also fingers crossed she'll lemme get a bubble tea with Lena for national bubble tea day!! Even though she said I could make the pack that Anna gave me...

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3448 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'More Than A Conqueror'. Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• At 5:55pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for two tinkles and back, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• See the previous post for all the things I like recording. While watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 94TH time, the parents had dinner without me, but hey.
• Once the news finished, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• Dinner tonight: the very last of the pasta I'd cooked with Tiff and the new therapy assistant! Thanks to PIG mum who remembered that I needed some rice too. Oh, and there was lotsa melon and pawpaw too. 
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink, I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• Anyways, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happening toms else wishing everyone a smashing Tuesday ahead!

Monday Post 447b

 Heylo again and potentially one final greeting for today! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3050. Ha, I'm just over three grand. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

• After washing and drying Era, I climb into the backseat of PIG mum car and she tootles us down the road to our local Woolies. Obviously, she gleefully forces me to  buckle my own seatbelt both ways; we listen to her mix of Chinese pop music all day too.
• Groceries from Woolies bought, we head home, I use the loo for one tinkle and PIG mum feeds me some leftover pasta I'd cooked with Tiff back on Friday plus one huge mug of delicious Chinese tea.
• After using the loo for another tinkle, I pop online for myself. 
• Thanks to PIG mum who lets Jacinta inside when she announces her arrival one minute late, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous walk to the front door myself. I note down the extra minute online and head into the bathroom myself.
• So a nice hot shower for me - hairwash today. Also thanks to Jacinta who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was one yummy banana, half a tasty rice cracker and one huge mug of green tea. Happiness was reading the Kylie Chan novel for one hour (today I reached pg. twenty-five @ exactly 3:20pm and then I reached pg. fifty @ 4:01pm. Then I had twenty-two/three minutes to happily play the HP version of Bejeweled and passed another two/three levels!~
• Before Jacinta left @ 4:30pm, I sat over the loo once more for two tinkles and then signed her off with my thanks and byes after she helped me put a pajama top on.
• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 94TH time!
• Toms: Lena's minding me from 10am till 2pm, so expecting PIG mum to help me up around 9am. Think she's sending me to Bupa Optical to get my nose pad fixed again?
• Presuming we'll buy groceries @ Pinelands Coles toms; fingers crossed PIG mum'll lemme buy my once-weekly crackling pork salad roll from Aunty Nancy/Aunty Lisa from the Pinelands Bakehouse!
• Looking forward to spending my most important two hours of the day online and fingers crossed I can read the Kylie Chan novel for one hour before Nisha takes me to Toastmasters!

Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2703 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last might's 'The Great Exchange'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'To Be Conformed is 2B Creative' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Pray And Watch 'but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES online after Jacinta minds me for two hours!! Anyways, events for today?

• Argh, IMMEDIATELY after I missed out on one straight week of awesome sleeps by one day, it happened AGAIN! >< But don't worry, 'twas still a sound sleep~

Sunday Post 447b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Sunday now stands @ 4531 (sweet I'm over 4.5 grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Justified And Sanctified'. Righteo, continuing events for today?

• Best of all, before we left, Yu Lam ducked back into somewhere and got me my first-ever HK-style milk tea in like two MONTHS; I was so happy I'd slurped the cup dry by the time Peter Pie exited the carpark! XD
• After a long hike down to the hall @ Rochedale State high, three high school girls accompanied me to the toilet. Awkward, but manageable.
• Back outside, Peter Pie got me a seat with a backrest and then said I could even prop both feet onto the bench! I happily did that but had to put them down after fifteen minutes coz I started getting pins and needles. XD
• Not only did I happily get to play the HP version of Bejeweled for two hours, but I also finally reached level SEVEN HUNDRED!! :D
• I asked Trace would she please help me out a bit @ EM camp coz I wanna attend too; she said she was willing but how about try asking Aunty May first?
• After hiking back to Peter Pie's car, he and Yu Lam dropped me back home. Tonight they're having a birthday dinner for Daniel but Peter can't remember is Daniel just turning seven/eight, just that the lad wants chicken wings and an ice cream cake for his birthday! XD
• Back home, I used the loo for one tinkle then had the honey chicken sushi roll that I'd forgotten to eat yesterday for arvo tea. It's gotten much harder but 'twas still delicious~
• Showered my quickest since I wanted to watch the 6pm news! I  washed and rinsed my hair today and only only sang my shorter second-favourite song softly, slowly but most hatefully out aloud seven times.
• Happily watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 93RD time. Dunno why the stream suddenly cut off but luckily 'twas during the ad break, PIG mum kindly turned on the TV for me and I immediately headed over to the couch. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• Since PIG mum said that dinner was ready once the news ended, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa lettuce, lotsa wintermelon, lotsa soup carrot, some snow fungi and one chunk of delicious leftover roast pork.

• Yay, 6th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:20am, when PIG mum's noisy daily a-THUMPING around awakened me; after one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep again since I thought PIG mum would get very noisy again exactly one hour  later!
• Instead, I fell back so deeply asleep, I slept throough PIG mum's daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs and didn't wake until she opened my bedroom door! While I used the pot :P for one tinkle, she hit me with the eye goo and, after I'd climbed back into bed, she helped me exceedingly slightly with not only the bra strap but the tee (since dearest dad's @ home) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.

• Pastor Vindo (SIC's English pastor) spoke about the tongue today and Pastor Peter led communion afterwards.
• Service ended twenty-four minutes early; when PIG mum collected me, she said the Canto sermon was still going! I used the loo for another tinkle and sat down outside the hall since we'd ended that early, morning tea hadn't been set out yet!
• Peter Pie had said he'd count me in for lunch, take me to the local high and drop me back home afterwards, but when we parked outside Mum's Wok @ Runcorn Plaza, the restaurant wasn't open! Inside, Glamorous Wok @ Sunny Park sold the same cuisine; about eight met for lunch instead. 
• Best of all, before we left, Yu Lam ducked - bbl!

• Happily watched the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 92nd time before having rice leftovers for dinner with PIG mum. Well, I ate, she was busy making tuna buns.
• Dinner was washed down with one cup of coffee (fingers crossed I'll not haveta resort to Panadol toms night); after taking the cup to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• When nature suddenly called @ 8:37pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• At 9pm, I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

• Toms: just church, definitely nothing special. Fingers, toes and all other appendages crossed that the parents will lemme share lunch with other peoples @ the local high before they all play soccer and I play my mobile! Since PIG mum gets her once-weekly coffee gossip session with all the  other aunties and dad gets arvo tea  with his mates every Sunday  after badminton with his mates, surely I get a meal out too?? If not, I'll gonna get uber  pissed! >< *sigh*

• Pijum, Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P shortly after 9am, just before PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with not only the bra strap but the tee (since dearest dad's @ home) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. Whilst doing so, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

• PIG mum comes back to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I drink one tall cup of water then sit over the loo.  There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Breakfast is my once-weekly fried egg on one piece of toast but without a very thin layer of avocado since dad gobbled all the avocado up. XD I also drink my first big mug of white tea with one squirt of honey and happily read for thirty minutes first up, reaching pg. 400 @ 10:3am..
• After one loo trip, dad tootled me off to church to play table tennis with him! Usually I don't go until like 2pm but today something else has booked the room this arvo, hence why we played in the morning.
•  Comingf home, I used the loo for another tinkle and then climbed back into the car coz dad then drove us to Underwood Marketplace for lunch and grocery shopping.
• Lunch was like two mouthfuls of sushi? Dad had brought along a bottle of water.
• Then we bought groceries from Woolies before dad demanded I take everything through the self-serve checkout.
• Back home, I settled down to read for another 2.5 hours, since it's only Saturday that I can spend a blessed three hours reading~ First though, I had to let PIG mum gleefully force poor Ela to feed me a pear but I didn't really mind since I was seated and could fully concentrate. Besides, she'd completed the task before dearest dad came back inside, meaning PIG mum didn't get the chance to show off how much power she has over me, ha. When I read, I reached pg. 425 @ exactly 2:30pm, reached pg. 444 @ exactly 2:55, reached pg. 450 @ 3:01pm, reached pg. 475 @ 3:21pm, reached pg. 500 @ 3:46, FINISHED THE BOOK @ 4:01, reached pg. 525 @ 4:14pm, the author interview was finished @ 4:21pm and everything was finally finished @ 4:29! Since PIG mum was mean and wouldn't grab a new book for me, I'd grabbed a Kylie Chan novel (Dark Serpent, maybe?) and happily read that until I'd read  for the whole three hours~
• Took a nice hot shower after that - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also softly, slowly but most hatefully sang 15% of my shorter second-favourite song out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• I had one tinkle before PIG mum flipped the nice hot water off; after PIG mum dried my back and tge back of the chair for me, I did everything else and she didn't feature again until Elf's AFO straps needed doing up and both laces  needed tying.
• After drying the loo seat, I sat for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, stamped both feet dry, washed and dried Era and then walked myself slowly and safely online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

  Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4328 steps (sweet, I'm over four grand; that doesn't happen too often!); secondly,  John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'You Were Made For God'; thirdly, TWFT topic's ;  thirdly, Our Daily Bread's devotioonal topic's 'Pull The Weeds Of Worry' but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FIFTY MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm newws bulletin (Nine's) for the   time!! BBl!

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Friday now stands @ 2823 and secondly, the final, final spaam count for the week's now eighteen. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• After publishing the previous post, reading and sharing the She Reads Truth devotional, I had about fifteen minutes to play the HP version of Bejeweled and even passed two more levels!
• At 9pm, I walk myself  once more slowly and safely to the loo for  one tinkle and back, always   rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Toms: fingers crossed PIG mum helps me up before 9:45am and takes me for walkies somewhere else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me.
• Think dad says we'rere gonna play table tennis earlier @ church than usual coz someone's booked the room for toms arvo?
• Looking forward to my two big mugs of white tea with one spoonful of honey and fingers crossed I can read The Great Zoo Of China for three hours; I've nearly finished it!

Friday Post 447b

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 2740 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Justification'. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

• fter washing and drying Era, I climbed into Auto's (pronounced Alto) passenger seat and Peggy tootled me off to Breathe for physio with Winnie. Thanks to her who kindly helped me with my seatbelt all day. Arrived early and had @ least ten minutes to play the HP version of Bejeweled and passed one level!
• Physio today:  1.468km bike ride, 48 single bike leg split squats, 36 leg curls for Elf, 36. Push-ups, 36 single cable rows for Ela and boxing!
• Bought groceries with Peggy @ Warrigal Square before coming home for a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, Peggy made me a plain two tuna toastie with TWO cheese and buttered HEZVILY on the inside! That was washed down with one mug of delicious Chinese tea.
• At 1:55pm I sat over the loo for one tinkle. Usually I sit over for two but then PIG mum hurried Peggy away and the OTs arrived.
• Was the new OT assistant called sth like Gwenda? No, that wasn't it ... She's Australia and has worked in Western herbal medicine previously! Tiff got Ela to show her what exercises we usually did together and then we cooked chicken Carbonara pasta!
• Actually I finished that with mother coz exactly one hour after they arrived she rushed downstairs and hurried them away. XD Next Friday Ela's just doing unfunctional hand exercises but the Friday after I'm hoping we'll cook japchae!
• For arvo tea I munched one bowl of the delicious pasta bake and happily read The Great Dragon Zoo Of China for one hour. Today I reached pg. 300 @ 3:18pm, reached pg. 325 @ 4:36pm, reached pg. 333 @ 4:32pm, reached pg. 350 @ 4:42pm and reached pg. 375 @ 4:56pm.
• After one more loo trip I plopped online and happily watched the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 91ST  time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post. Actually, @ 6:41pm PIG mum announced that she and dad were starting dinner; I just replied I'll join once the news has finished.
• At 7pm, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa hairy melon, lotsa lettuce and some leftover chicken/duck from when dad invited Uncle Stephen and Aunty Yvonne over for dinner together.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after one final loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight, the final, final spam count for the weekend plus what's happening Saturday else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2539 steps (ha, I'm just over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "Paul's Salvation Was For You'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Take Time To Wonder And Worship'; fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Serving Together In Jesus and fifthly the spam count for the week's seventeen but sixthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES online after I  watch the 6pm news (Nine's) for the '91ST time!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like the past three nights, nature didn't call until 7:35am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pearl and I happily cuddled and snored, me not waking again for the pot :P until just after 9am. Shortly after that, PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs; soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before going back outside and awaiting Peggy's arrival @ 9:30am.
• After PIG mum lets Peggy in, Peggy knocks, pushes open the door and announces good morning. When I wave Pearl @ her, her second announcement's fifteen more minutes. After another nod from Pearl Peggy thankfully removes herself; phew, since Pijum's anatomically incapable of giving the Bear Bum! XD
• When Peggy comes back, she counts Pearl's seven pearls for him while I use the pot :P for one more tinkle and we get me kitted, before I head over to the bathroom to brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted some toothpaste for me.
• Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast with Peggy, who told me she had avocado on toast with salt for her own breakfast.
• For my own breakfast, I had two dry (no honey) Weet-Bix with a very light scattering of Minus :P, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. • Our dinner guests left around 8:35pm. I happily kept playing the HP version of Bejeweled until 9pm, when I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one more tinkle and back, again and always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Tonight's ice cream night, yay! Like I say every week, a very little's better than none @ all~ 
• Toms: Peggy's coming @ 9:30am and taking me to Breathe for physio @ 11am.
• Presuming we'll buy groceries from Warrigal Square  Woolies before heading home for a shower and lunch.
• Peggy leaves @ 2pm and then Tiff's coming with a new therapy assistant called like Gwenda and cooking chicken carbonara pasta with me!
• Will hopefully eat one bowl for arvo tea and read for  one hour before spending my most important two hours of the day online and watching the 6pm news for the 91ST time!

 Good evening again! Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 3024. Ha, I'm just over three grand. XD Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• After publishing the previous post, I was reading and sharing Facebook memories when suddenly nature calls. I get up and start walking to the toilet but three steps into the journey suddenly lose balance and stack it! >< Luckily I remember to lean forward when going down so didn't hit my head; even bigger relief was that I went down silently and nobody heard me; the parents, the Lams and Aunty A are all happily chatting. I was hardly gonna call help I've fallen over, was i?! Instead, I bum scooch three steps back to the computer table, go from two point to one point and then push myself back upright and phew, I didn't stack it again!~  As I'm walking to the loo dad summons me over to drink the soya bean milk PIG mum made; I said coming after I visit the loo~
• 'Twas silky smooth, warm and actually sweet for once! After enjoying my cup, I grab my mobile and then walk myself slowly and safely back online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

 Heylo again and good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 2627 (ha, I'm over 2.5 grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'For The Beauty Of The Earth'. Righteo, continuing tonight's events?

• Uncle Stephen and Aunty Yvonne arrived for dinner, as did Aunty A!
• When the parents summoned me for dinner, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely over to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, dad made chicken and yummy duck while Aunty Yvonne cooked some kinda melon and most amazingly, PIG mum got me SECONDS! 
• I drank soup before dinner and Chinese tea after dinner; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2406 steps; secondly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Liberating Power Of Forgiveness'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Be A Disciple Of Jesus' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's My Helper" but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed FORTY-FIVE MINUTES online should Uncle Stephen and Aunty really arrive @ 6pm and I'm summoned  for dinner immediately!! Anyways, events for today?

• Not only that: for the first time ever, the HP version of Bejeweled gave me one HOUR of free lives! I happily played the ENTIRE HOUR and have passed three levels!

• Yes, I'm aware that I ambulate with a disabled gait  post brain-injury but did the parents really haveta GO ON AT ME for not walking as perfectly as they do?? At least I got to take a brief rest on the sunlounge though! Must remind PIG mum to send me the photo~
• After hiking a loop around Rochedale Park dad tootled  us home, I used the loo for one tinkle and then sat @ the gobbling :P table to wait for lunch, which was actually flavourless two minute noodles since I don't eat spicy coz the flavour sachet was spicy meaning dad cooked the noodles first and scooped out a small half-bowl before adding the sachet in! That was with lotsa lettuce and washed down with one huge mug of green tea
  
• Afterwards, I sat on the sofa to watch the Minions DVD that Warren sent me! Turns out it's pirated: I've zero idea which language the subtitles are in (not English XD) and there's no extras! XD Still, <3 the Minions! :D
• Once the movie finished I sat @ the gobblingf :P table and kept playing the HP version of Bejeweled until PIG mum woke from her long arvo nap to feed me one banana, two small round crackers and another huge mug of green tea.
• Took a nice hot shower - I washed and rinsed my hair today. I also sang 20% of my shorter second-favourite song softly, slowly but most hatefully out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers. Actually, I was all done after only 11%, but happily leaned fully against the side rail before tapping the nice hot water off and calling PIG mum back.
• I had one tinkle before I turned the water off; after PIG mum dried my back and the back of the chair for me, I did everything else and she didn't feature again until my bra strap needed doing up, Elf's AFO straps needed sticking and both laces needed tying.

• Presumably afterwards we're gonna buy groceries from Pinelands Coles since toms arvo PIG mum's got Tiff coming with some new OT assistant and we're cooking chicken carbnara pasta! I'll have some for arvo tea since I need rice for lunch; wonder if the parents will save me any for Saturday lunch? Fingers crossed!
• Also fingers crossed that I can read the  Great Zoo Of China for one hour andwatch the 6pm news for the 91ST time!
