Good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 3920 and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's 'Steward Your Sufferings'. Anyways, continuing today's events?
- Dad tootles us off to Rochedale Coles for another $60 shop. Since Woolies was my first workplace before the brain injury wiped me out; I like Woolies better than Coles but was very impressed when Coles have cameras above the self-serve checkouts and when you haveta lookup fresh produce, it already finds it for you!
- After shopping, dad tootled us back home. I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely online, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Shortly afterwards, PIG mum tootles us out to the Underwood Coffee Club for lunch with Mrs. Dent; it's the first time we've seen her this year!
- Mrs. Dent was sitting outside but when she saw us coming, she immediately got up and came over for a hug. I sat opposite her and PIG mum sat beside me.
- First up, I immediately offered Mrs. Dent my condolences about Nana's death and asked did she just fall asleep one night and wake in heaven? Mrs. Dent explained no, she kept getting UTIs and that eventually led to liver failure. After her funeral in Melbourne, she was cremated, and her urn now rests with her husband and her son. Glad to hear that she went peacefully~
- For lunch, I had my favourite eggs Benedict with a CROISSANT and tried this new matcha drink with fresh mango! PIG mum had an omelette and we traded one bite each. Over lunch, we just chatted. Turns out Alexis and one of the twins are on the spectrum!
- Fingers crossed I can bbl, since I'm really still owed FIFTY-SEVEN MINUTES online!!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
