Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2534 steps (ha, I'm just over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "No Detour From Calvary; thirdly, TWFT topic's "Uncovering Satan's Schemes (1)' and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Spirit Of Christmas' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed THIRTY-SIX MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 200TH time!! Anyways, events for today?
- Yay, 6th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Like yesterday, nature didn't call until 5:25am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
- Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking again for the pot :P just after 9am, shortly before noisy PIG mum begins her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with absolutely nothing but the bra strap before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first.
- PIG mum comes back to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces, before I let her gleefully FORCE :( me to walk over to the bathroom and brush teeth. That done, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Breakfast is one bowl of Minus :P and Special K cereal with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly smeared with some avocado and hopefully lightly sprinkled with some salt. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
- Peggy arrives @ 10am and promptly performs surgery for poor Pearl, before lathering me with sunscreen and walking behind me back to the bathroom after I've finished breakfast. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
- After washing and drying Era I climbed into the passenger seat of Auto (pronounced Alto) and Peggy tootled us off to Sunnybank Plaza Hoyts! Thanks to her who helped me buckle my seatbelt both ways~
- Phew, Peggy took the side park under the cinemas; we caught the escalator up and then I hiked up the ramp to the cinemas. After getting out tickets I sat by the cinema entrance while Peggy went to Coles to buy me one packet of sweet popcorn!
- After one loo trip, our cinema was number one, which was off to the right. I'd asked for seats without stairs please but had to walk to the other end of the cinema. But I did enjoy leaning all my weight to the right before sitting down; usually it's leaning all to the left/keeping it in the middle. XD
- What a movie! I'm way behind: I not only need to write a movie review for Gladiator2 but Moana2 and I've not even started my XMas Greetings yet and they're due out on the 11th! LOVED the COCONUT PIRATES!! <3
- After another loo trip Peggy tootled me home and I took a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
- Dried, creamed and rekitted lunch was a tuna in onion and tomato toastie with one slice of cheese and one huge mug of some herbal tea. At 2pm I signed Peggy off with my thanks and byes; she's back same time next week.
- Dorrie came and we cooked fried rice together! The photos are on Facebook~
- After Dorrie left (she's here twice more before Christmas arrives) PIG mum tossed me one banana for arvo tea. I also munched half a tasty cracker, drank another huge mug of some herbal tea and happily read Mr. Einstein's secretary for one hour, reaching pg. 111 @ 327pm, reaching pg. 125 @ 3:49pm and finishing pg. 150 @ 4:16pm.
- After one more tinkle I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
- Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin (Seven's) for the 200TH (yup, two HUNDREDTH!) time!
- Toms: fingers crossed PIG mum'll help me up latest shortly after 9am ...
- Looking forward to my once-weekly fried egg and two big mugs of white tea with one big spoonful of honey!
- Planning to spend a blissful three hours reading Mr. Einstein's Secretary toms; will skip watching the 6pm news bulletin's for the 201ST time for that!
- Presuming dad and I are playing table tennis together @ church?
- Anyways, hopefully bbl after dinner else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!
Cheers,
Em. ^^
